Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am tring to integrate Abobe Sign into Salesforce and the following error appears: 'Adobe Sign Authentication Error: access_denied : Please contact Adobe Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.' I have contacted the support but they didn't respond. The licence I use is an individual one, for one user.Can anyone help?  Thank you in advance.

Hello, We recently created a 'new' Adobe sign/document cloud account VS 'upgrading' our old 'echosign' account for internal reasons. My question is now, how do we take all our historical documents from our old account and Migrate them to our new DocumentCloud account? Is there a bulk download or service we can use to complete this task? Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you,

How/Where is an AdobeSign document stored once sent through email for signature? Is there any way a party other than the intended receipient would have access to reading the content of that document? Since it is sent through email, does the document stay within the email system and thus could anyone with access to the email system (IT, etc.) open the email to see the contents? Thank you!

Hi, I've just upgraded after my trial sends were used to the annual plan and now cannot use fill & sign from my adobe reader DC on my PC or when I log into Adobe Sign from the website.On PC, I get through initial email recipients with a message and then get a this error "Could not Send: An error has occurred. Please try again."On Adobe Sign website - I can choose the document, then choose fill & sign or send for signature and just get a spinning Adobe Sign is loading screen.  Update: I was able to call customer service and it turned out I had a free account in addition to my paid account. Once they removed the free trial and had me log out of everything, I was back up and running.I've been trying to get this two work for 2 hours, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The company I work for is looking to streamline our work process. We have some PDF's that we would like our agents to be able to fill out and have the clients sign right there. We need to be able to capture a timestamp on the form. Does Adobe Sign have the ability to capture a timestamp? 

Hi, my company is evaluating Adobe Sign for possible use.  One of the primary features we want to use is the ability to collect payments via forms on our website.  I have signed up for a trial account, but I don't see the payments integration option under account settings.  Is this feature available to demo under the free trial?

I have a smart Card with signature certificate from D-Trust (German provider) and a card reader from Reiner SCT, with keypad. I want to use both to sign documents via adobe sign or adobe acrobat, but in all cases the signature workflow can not continue. After selecting to use a certificate on a device connected to the computer, adobe always tells me it can not find any device. However, drivers are installed and other applications can access the card reader and certificate. What am I missing here?ThanksJ PS: edited to add the following info: I read in one answer to another issue that the question author would need the enterprise version of the software. We do use the enterprise version of  Adobe Sign, if that makes a difference. Several dozens of groups, hundreds of users, as far as I can see. Using the real deal (i.e. qualified dig sig with smart Card would be the super solution for us. But, as said, I don't get it to work. I was given a temporary administrative account which has since been taken away because I didnt need admin permissions.  However, now I'm in a position where i cannot view and/or sign documents for approval.  The "Review and Sign" link takes me to the log in page, but since my account is deactivated I cannot view or sign.

It has been noticed that since last few days (weeks), any documents for signature triggered through echo sign, is reaching to junk to most of the clients (irrespective of what email they are using gmail, yahoo, hotmail). We have to chase up making call for signature. Even reminders reaching junk/spam. Something has changed since last few days and as it is affecting gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc., looking like not our or any other individual's fault. Need urgent attention.

Hello,We have documents that exceed the maximum file size allowed that still need to be routed in Adobe Sign.  I'm trying to see if there is a mechanism to store and sign the large document outside of Adobe Sign yet still use the routing features of Adobe Sign so that all recipients get to sign.      So possibly, enter recipients in Adobe Sign, put a link to the large document in the message field, have users get the email asking them to sign and then goto to the external location to sign.    If this doesn't work, has anybody split up documents?  

I am unable to find the adobe sign dashboard to manage my documents.  It used to be readily accessible, but now with changes is not.  Where is the link?  I want to manage my documents and not just see individual documents that need a password.  Help.

In the past few weeks, any documents which I have sent out to recipients generate an email which has no obvious link to sign the document.These are all recipients which have extensively used Adobe Sign previously.They get an email informing them that a document requires their signature, but no way of clicking through to the document to sign.This only seems to have started presenting in the past few weeks,

Hi, I did a forum search prior to posting this, and everything seemed to be unrelated or specific to a browser or Mac software. In short, I'm a premium user, but have never been able to use the Adobe Sign feature... I've just been paying the $15/mo for 2+ years and never taken the time to contact support (or what ended up being the forum, since I didn't see a support or email button in my dashboard).Windows 10Google Chrome

The classic experience has the option for the sender to upload a signed copy or replace signer of the document.  I do not see where that option is in the new experience. 

I created a pdf with an image field, but adobe sign just ignores it. It works fine on acrobat though. Would be strange if some of the form tools were not supported on the app version. I need to signer to take a picture of his/her licence.

I apologize if this has already been asked, but I didn't see anything when I searched.  We use Adobe Sign for surgical consents and contracts.  I understand that Adobe Sign itself is HIPAA compliant, but what about when it sends a copy of the signed contract to all parties?  My understanding is there needs to be some sort of secured link that you click on to view the documents to make it HIPAA compliant.  The fact that it is just an attachment would not make it secured.  Thanks!

I have several documents that show that they haven't been seen by the recipients. I question it because, I have one that shows they never looked at it, but I received a signed copy through snail mail.
