Adobe Acrobat Sign

I've sent a prospective client multiple documents out for e-signature via Adobe Sign. I'd now like to send them one summary email that has everything they need to start a project with me, including a link to each document they need to e-sign through Adobe Sign, so they don't have to go through their email account and try to find each email one by one. How can I obtain said hyperlink for each document I've sent them to e-sign, so I can copy each link and paste into one email? Much thank you!Lane

I want to create my digital signatue with  my company logo. I have had this before but can't figure it out this time. first, sorry for my english, i'm french i send a copy to be sign but when i go in my account and try to click on the document i see that message Cannot read property 'get' of undefined the person received it but on my side i can't open it to view the document. normaly, i was on the phone with my client and it was possible for me to view what i sended to him but now i can't.... why ? thank you

hello One of our customer with which we use a lot Adobe sign suddenly doesn't receive the request anymore. it's neither in SPAM, there is no rule , the email is just not in his mailbox. In Sign, it is marked as waiting for signature, Can someone help ?

As an Admin (new) how do I see all the documents in Adobe without sharing an account please?

When testing AdobeSign I was under the impression group admins could see the documents of other non-admin group members. This is not the case, so we must of unintentionally shared accounts when testing.Now I need to figure out the best way to share employee accounts with their manager/team, but not with each other.Is there a way to do this without having to have each user go in and share their account? Also, is there a way to enforce the sharing so the end user can't remove it?

We are having issues with several templates that are sent to new employees asking them to fill in information.  For some reason, the documents are pre-filling incorrect information, taking information entered in one document and placing it in another but in the wrong places.  This is causing employment applications and background check forms as other employment documents to be incorrect.  The templates will not allow the user to correct information. It seems to happen when employees try completing the information on a computer as well as when they try on a phone so that isn't the issue.  Can anyone suggest a solution?

I am trying to arrange for wet signatures. I would like the client to download their document from Adobe Sign, sign the document, then upload back to Adobe Sign. I found the instructions to accomplish this in the Guidelines. However, I don't have the settings to set this up. The "send settings" is not available for me. GUIDELINE SETTINGS VS. MY SETTINGS:How can I set up my Adobe Sign for wet signature?

Though I am not asked to specify the gender of the signatories when I send contracts out for e-siganture using Adobe Sign, when the confirmation email comes through confirming the contract has been signed and filed, the gender of the external receipient is always given as "Mrs". How can I remove this?

Hello,   I have a question.  We are trying to add our finance team to a job posting document we have.  What they are asking if we can submit to all 3 individuals on this team and the first one who signs it can move the document onto the next signer.  They do not want 3 separate signatures.  With their workload, they want to ensure timeliness with approvals as to why they want to send to all 3 but it just requires on of them to sign to move process on.  Is this possible?   [Title renamed by moderator]

I have a contract that has to be sent out to around 300 clients. I've set up a CSV file with all the clients details and have imported this to Mega Sign. I want to bulk pre-fill some of the fields in the contract with information in the client CSV file (so, for example, merge the client's name and address, so that I have 300 personalised documents just waiting for signatures). I've seen this done on Adobe sign videos (but it's all a bit smoke and mirrors without the detail of how they actually do it), and I've been told by Adobe staff that it can be done (but they don't know how and technical staff never get back to me). Can anyone help?

Hello everyone,I would appreciate if you guys can help me with this.These days I was trying Adobe Sign, and searching all the functionalities of it. So, I find the "Mega Sign" function, and was trying it, by the way, works fine inserting signers manually.But when I tried to "Import Recipients and Merge Fields from File" I downloaded the CSV sample to learn how to do this. And then i understood how to fill the fields and how it works, so after that, I insert the data that I wanted, and saved in CSV format. But when I tried to upload the file, it gives me an error.It said "Upload error: An error has occurred".I don't know how to solve this, because i want to send a lot of forms and I need to have different data in each one of those.Thank you for your attention.Att, Marcus Madureira.

I have setup some web hooks in my adobe sign profile to notify me when any action occurs.  My api url is accepted by adobe sign and I can test it successfully using fiddler but adobe sign is not triggering my api. My api url is just a test at the moment, it simply sends me an email containing the json that was sent in the request. How can I troubleshoot adobe sign and find out why my api isn't being called?

Hi there,We are Docusign Customers for 5+ years and we have recently switched to Adobe Sign. There are things we love about Adobe Sign and there are things we love about Docusign.Unfortunately, we cannot have these things we love combined in one system or platform.Anyway, we have a long list of feature enhancements that we want to pass on to Adobe Sign Engineering Team. Basically, these are features we have enjoyed and maximized when we were still with Docusign but are missing in Adobe Sign. We know that every feature request is being lodged by Adobe Sign Support and they cc your Adobe Sign Account Manager. We are just wondering if there is also a site similar to Adobe Sign Community where we can directly lodge a request and monitor it's progress. Right now, we have a few requests already and the progress is not visible to us at all. 

Here is my situation - I need to send multiple recipients (1,000 plus) the same contract to sign. The recipients are from all different companies/teams. Is there a way for adobe sign to do this? And still keep track of the signatures? In addition - once signed can adobe sign API be configured to automatically save each signed document to a sharepoint spot? (1,000 plus of the same document) Any help is welcomed!

I am currently on the 14 day trial period for Adobe Sign on Mobile(Android). They told me that all features present in the paid version are there in the trial as well.Well, the site says that I can move my signature on the document after signing but I cannot see any option to do so.Can anyone please clarify this issue ? 

Hi, We have a staff website and would like to issue a contract for each new staff member to sign upon joining. Is there a way to generate a contract from a template, pre-filling details such as name, address etc. and allow the staff member to download this / email it to them for signing? Thanks.

I have a complex form that's been completed by multiple parties in a team and now needs to be sent for approval by others via an Adobe Sign workflow.  Trouble is, Adobe sign re-examines all the fields and takes the Signer through every field before they get to the Signature page.  Adobe sign is also flagging format issues with some fields - dates, for example, because it's expecting all dates in US format MMM dd, YY when our fields are set to the Australian standard of dd-MMM-YY. Is there some way to tell Adobe Sign to ignore existing document fields?  That would save a whole lot of heartache.

Is there a way to copy a link to the recipient's documetn they need to sign and send it in your own email to them so spam doesn't block it every time?

I want to send a document for signature, so I use Adobe Sign.  When the signer receives the document, they donwload the .pdf (via other actions) and then try to run "Compare Documents" in Acrobat DC...unfortunatly the file they download to sign is certified, and Acrobat DC won't allow the Compare Document to process.  How can a person who recevies an e-mail form Adobe to sign a document verify the content is as what was previously agreed to?

There is a case that with the original workflow, the reqeust A send an approval request to approver C, C is the second level approver, but C is out of office and not able to approve the request, and A change the approver to D and D had already approved the request. When C comes back, the screen still show that the request from A is pending while is not convenient.
