keeps asking me to login in although the "keep me signed in" box is checked

I changed my Adobe ID and ever since, I cannot send for signature.  I am logged in to my profile and it lets me do everything but send a document for signature.  I get the following error.  I have tried logging out and back in.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  nothing works.ACCESS DENIEDYou do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access. 

Ive making fillable PDFs using   Adobe Pro DC. I want to Fill these PDFs using iPads for a small business. Adobe Fill and Sign does not work, which is part of this "PDF pack" and offered as a free app on the App store. Adobe Sign also doesnt allow me to even sign the documents. I can access my Google Cloud, but I can not actually sign the document. The option to "Sign" in the corner is blank Should I just abandon using Adobe apps for filling these PDFs? Customer support told me they no longer offer support for handheld devices. 

I'm trying to send out for signature and it's showing loading adobe signature but nothing is happening it's just going round and round. I have signed out closed down my computer and it hasn't worked. 

Hi,I'd like to know what happened to a document/PDF already signed, at the expiration of a plan.In other words, if the subscription ends, the document it's still accessible, verificable and have legal value?And besides that, the documents signed in this way can be also signed and to be recognized as legal value in Japan?Regards

I canceled a document for signature.However, the signer is still receiving a Reminder.The Reminder function is turned off for the document so how do I turn off the Reminder?

Hi there AdobeSign Community -Is there a way to set up a condition where the a counter-signer is not needed to sign a web form widget? Note: I don't want the last person to even get a notification or email about the widget if their signature is not needed at all. If the conditions are met, then it would route to the last person for approval. I'm having a hard time trying to figure this out through the web form.

Is there a way to programtically to get authorization code without user interaction with browser UI?

When I am preparing to send a document for signature, and I have multiple form fields required to be filled assigned to the recipient, I'm unable to send because it wants me to fill out the form.  I've used this form before.  What has changed?  Why has it changed?  Are we encouraged to forge signatures? An hour after I initially tried to send a template I'm still fighting with this.  Why you ask?  Because there's no "Go back and edit the document to see if you're the one who messed something up" button.  That would be a nice feature to have, guys.

I have an Adobe sign account from which I created a template.  When I go to the document cloud I can not access the template and there is no option to add from my templates.  How do I upload my template from Adobe Sign to the Adobe Document Cloud so that I can create an Adobe ID

Hi,   I understand that Adobe Sign is part of Document Cloud seervices.When using Creative Cloud, Acrobat DC can create Adobe Sign form.Does Creative Cloud user can use Adobe Sign at all without extra plan for Document Cloud?If yes, what is the limits of forms someone can publish per/months before having to buy a DC plan?

We use Adobe Sign in Salesforce, for getting signatures on documents generated from Conga Composer templates. It looks like it should also work in our Salesforce sandbox, however when I click 'Send for Signature' I get the following error:   "The call to the EchoSign web service call to send an interactive document returned an error message 'Unable to send on behalf of user: [Personal details removed by the user]' and error code 'EXCEPTION'"   Should this work off the bat, is there anything we need to do to test this in the sandbox?

I have created a template in Adobe sign.  Is there a way to create a link to that template so that people can click on it to complete instead of me having to email the document to people?

Once I click Sign & Fill the document goes blank.  I then have to click back to document for it to reappear.  I have use this product for 8 months without any problems and now this issue has come up

I have generated workflows for written signature in SpringCM. When i send document to client it take me to a wrong signature block. Is there any way to manullay set the signature block. So that each time when i want to send to client, it take me to correct signature block.You can see below in screenshot, it first load on subscriber side then platts, but what i want to first load automattically to platts side then subscriber. 

When I go to "My Profile", there is no link to change the email address.  Can I get assistance?

I do not have any stamps available to add to my document, and the time field is required by my company. The time on the history page is not sufficient, it must be by the signature. What can I do to resolve this?

i have the teams version 3 license and i am getting the same issue... Please let me know the fix for this issue. When i log into the adobe id it shows a Manage Account and Team Management, so i don't know if thats the issue but the account all have the same email and the issue remains. When i use send for signature these days, can not finish, i contact your support channel but they refer me to forum with no correct information. Really confused, i sign up for a plan via Mobile app on IOS. After signed up, i can send for signature but now can not. Please help.
