Adobe Acrobat Sign

If I have a pdf document with many required signature on the file, is there a way for me to auto place the signature fields for every "John Smith" appearing on the document?  Otherwise I will have to manually place signature field one by one into the right place.I test played DocuSign, they have the feature to autoplace a field if the text on the document matches a certain string.

I have added the form field.When the recipient opens the file and cliks on the form field he gets "This operation is not allowed" (or similiar: I have it in another language).Normal signing with certificate (without forms, using this doc: Podpisy oparte na certyfikacie, Adobe Acrobat DC works OK.What to do?Thanks,-- BC

Is there a way to specify which field is next when you press Next in an AdobeSign document when using text tags?  So far, regardless of what I've tried the order on a page has been left to right, top to bottom.  I'd like the field layout to be similar to below with the Next moving between the fields based on how they're numbered.{{Field1}}   {{Field4}}{{Field2}}   {{Field5}}{{Field3}}   {{Field6}}{{Field7}}   {{Field9}}{{Field8}}   {{Field10}}For reference, AdobeSign support has answered this question, and it is not possible to set the field order as described above.

Is there a way to trigger a workflow when a widget is signed? It would assign the signer role for a workflow to the e-mail used by the signer of the widget. Example:New hire completes the widget for new hire documents on orientation site. Once he completes the required form fields and signs the document, it triggers the benefit form workflow and sends it to the e-mail address he entered into the e-mail field for the new hire documents widget.I'm open to any ideas. I've been using two widgets but the inability to swap out documents when we change benefit vendors is creating a problem for me.

Hello.I am the SF System Administrator that installed the Adobe App to our org. I assigned the Integration Admin permission set to my user but whenever I click the Adobe Sign Admin tab (lightning or classic) it displays a blank screen. It does not appear to be a popup blocker issue. Looked at my profile and everything seems to be OK with permissions.Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks,

I'm having trouble completing a digital signature.  I'm able to bring up the digital ID and appropriate certificates, but when I hit "Sign," nothing happens.  Any ideas how I can complete the signature?  Thanks.

I'm getting errors when trying to send a doc for signature , a little help?

So I attempted to send 2 of the same documents to 2 people to sign separately, but the way it worked was not how i anticipated. Is there a way to send 1 document to several people for send and sign and be able to track it the same way you would track it when you send the emails individually. I see a CC option but i don't see a BCC option but none of those are helpful considering we want to protect our clients emails.Best,Ricardo

I need to obtain two different signatures from individuals at the same email address. I have followed the posted video instructions but they are not producing asigners@email.comandsigners@email.com(1) It only produces signers@email.com (color specified) and signers@email.com (different color specified); when I tested the document, one of my signature fields is missing. So two questions:Is this even possible with my current subscription being set as a basic individual subscription? If yes, how to edit/enter the recipient email so the signers@email.com(1)  appears.Thank you in advance for any info provided!

Hello,In Adobe Sign, is there a way in which you can check if an entered date falls within a particular date range?  If validation fails, then I would like to prevent the signer from being able to complete the form.  The date range is dynamic and it is based on the value of another field entered by the signer.I have tried to use the custom formula validation function, however, after reading another post,I understand that it doesn't allow you to reference another field name.Are there any work arounds?  Many thanks.

How can I sign a document? - Tools/Fill&Sign lets me highlight the signature panel, but the Sign icon is grayed out and inoperable.  I knew how to do this in Acrobat 9.

Okay - Signed up for trial account.  Changed my adobe ID.  Now I have issues.  Contacted via chat.  blah blah. Transferred over to someone in chat.  Signs chat guy says in essence this transferred chat line is for paying customers - go to forum.  Have a nice day.Just need sign on to be resolved.  I am testing not just for myself, but also to offer my input to my company (total of 40+ employees) on the out come of my trial.  We use Adobe Pro DC (Enterprise if I'm not mistaken).  I don't know if I should be evaluating another software... because I would hate for my company to invest in this and the support service be lacking.At this point, I can't even get on sign because it keeps telling me there is an error with my Adobe ID.

Something simple proving to be hard to do. I need to change my Last name  in my 'edit profile' in e-sign. Can change Company, Title etc but last name is not offered. Have changed my name on my Adobe account but my old name is stuck in e-sign. How do you change it - anyone know? Thank you

I can no longer log into Adobe Sign. I had used it in May and am not aware of a notification that it was no longer available to me.I did change my email associated with my Adobe ID today. I couldn't log in with either the old email or with the new.I had only used Adobe Sign that one time, so I don't have to have it. It is useful now and then. I would like to know whether I can use it under my Creative Cloud account as before or if it's now paid and so I can plan around not using it anymore.Thanks!

I signed up for Adobe Sign a couple of years ago and found it quick and easy to use.I don't know what has happened, but lately I have had nothing but issues.- Documents don't upload - just goes round and round- Now it has started saying "Thumbnail not yet available"It is wasting a lot of my time.  It does this in Firefox and in Edge.No - I'm not downloading any more browsers.When my sub is up later this year, it may well be time for a move to something that hasn't gone off the boil.At least this is my experience - not that anyone will care!

I am an Adobe Sign enterprise user. While logged in to Adobe Sign, I am unable to access the support menu using the ? icon. Hey,Just downloaded the Adobe Sign companion app on my iPhone X, iOS 11.14.Problem: I can‘t upload any documents from my phone. Reproduction: Uploading a file. Anytime I upload the app goes to a blank screen and does not seem to respond. Anyone that has encountered the same problem?It’s also highly unpractical that I am prompted to log in each time I open the app.
