Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,I'm having difficulties opening up a documents under Waiting for me to be Signed. I double click the document but it just stays as processing document going in circles for hours and nothing happens. I've tried resetting my computer and a different computer and no luck. Can someone please help me?I've never had this issue before so i'm not sure why this is happening.. i can open all the completed documents in my library except any under this category for "Waiting for me to sign".Thanks!Madelaine.

Hi,I am setting up photo release documents in Adobe Sign. The ideal scenario would be to have the subject sign the release and allow us to take a photo of them to include in the document. This is a standard workflow for photographers and I have done this in the past with other apps. Is this possible in Adobe Sign?Please advise.Jen

Hi,Our product is currently integrated with Adobe Sign through the API and this continues to work quite well. I have a question about the functionality when you send an untagged document (i.e. no text tags to anchor signatures) to Adobe Sign through the API. When I was working on this integration several years ago, the outcome of this was that the signatures would be defaulted to go on the final page of the document near the bottom. I was wondering if this is still outcome, or are there other options for resolving the position (e.g. the signer can drag their signature to the appropriate spot on the document)? Thanks,Tim

We have both Adobe Sign (called by AEM Workflow) as well as Adobe Analytics integrated with our site. One of the workflow steps is to send documents from a form submission to Adobe Sign. The question is, how can we get the status of a document (after it's been signed) over to Adobe Analytics? We have other behavior tracked in the form itself, but once it's out for signature, we're no longer in the browser experience and it could be hours or days before a signature is set. I know that Adobe Sign supports webhooks for certain events, but I'm not certain that Adobe Analytics supports this?

Hello I received an email today from an account executive stating that I have gone over the annual allotted esign transactions.   When I initially signed on with Adobe Acrobat, I worked with an Adobe Sales rep and nothing was ever mentioned about limits to transactions.  Now out of the blue, and after 10 months of using the Adobe sign, I am being asked to pay the overage which is roughly 700 transactions. I have searched and have not found any mention of an annual limit, and am also wondering why this was never brought up when I initially went over.  If anyone has experience with this please let me know. I sent two separate documents to two separate people for signature using "send for signature" in Acrobat Pro DC. Both people were able to sign, but it didn't track back on my end. One sent me a screen shot so I could see the signature. The other sent me back what was completed, but the signature didn't come through. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

We are racking our brains here trying to figure out a way of sending a document that uses the text tag codes to auto identify the relevant fields. Sending it for signature. Receiving it back after signature. And then re-sending that same document to fill out additional fields on the already signed document.We get our customers to sign off on each milestone of a project. They will sign off on milestone 1 (for example) but not milestone 2. I want to get the document back, and then re-send it once milestone 2 is done.I can download the signed PDF and send this. But it strips out the text tags meaning i have to manually drag new fields on to it every time i send it. Please help!

Can anyone advise how to use Adobe Sign to get a document signed by two people who share the same email address (older couple who just have one email address between them)?Thanks!

When sending via Mega Sign, there is no option to set reminders on a per-agreement basis (as opposed to the standard "Get a Document Signed" workflow). After sending via Mega Sign, it is possible to select agreement instances on a per-email address basis to set reminders, but it is not possible to do this in bulk or to multi-select addresses (let alone set on a conditional basis for all recipients whose agreements are "Out For Signature"). In Account Settings, there is an option to "Set a default reminder for agreements created by users in this account" - does anyone know how this Account Settings reminders default interacts with Mega Send agreements? thanks,LeeNote that this is one of many glaring shortcomings with regards to Mega Sign, and anyone considering using this feature is encouraged to thoroughly think through your needs. The court I work in requires signature to be in blue ink.  Currently we use a few services that allows this. I love how adobe is real easy but is there anyway I can have it so when I send document for an e-signature to a client is comes back in blue?

I'm locked out of the ability to route important documents for signature with the error message given in the title. Has anybody experienced this issue? How can it be corrected? I'm on a full, paid Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and all the support links seem to all end up here in the forums.Thank you!

I need to send a document in which there is a section showing the signer to choose one option or another, for example,  "yes" or "no". Before I send the document, I click on "initials" and drag it to the Yes line and then to the No line, so that the signer can choose which one they want.In the past some signers chose both, in error (even after saying "choose one or the other").   How do I make one selection non-chooseable once the other selection is chosen? Is this possible?  If the signer chooses to initial by "yes", what do I need to do in Echosign to make it so they can't initial by "no" ?Also what is the phone number for Adobe Echosign? I would also like to speak to a customer service representative and can't find it on the website. Thank you!

How do i replace just the pdf doc without having to start from scratch and input each data/sign field again for the entire document. There may be minor word corrections on the master pdf doc and i don't want to have to import a whole new doc to overlay all the fields again.

Hi all,I started by creating a html form and using a PHP plugin called FPDF, converted the form data to a .pdf file. Then using the "try it out" functionality on the Adobe Sign page I uploaded the document and created a widget from it which was then sent to the recipient(me) for signing with a bunch of pre-filled fields using the data supplied from the HTML form.As I am only using the trial at the moment I don't know whether I will have time to test the whole process before it runs out. What I want to know is could I get these two working in tandem so the workflow would be a long the lines of:User visits page and fills in HTML formThe data from HTML form is pushed to a pdf fileVia the adobe sign API that file is uploaded to Adobe and from that a widget is createdThen either the document is emailed to the user or the user is directed the hosted URL to sign

We currerntly issue and send PDFs programmatically - all sent automatically from one email account.If we integrate to Sign it seems we have to send them with a user's email address  - but we want to continue to send from one standard email address.We need to do this with the Sign API, without any requirement to log in to the Sign GUI.For each 'send' we do know who the user is, so we could push the user name through.Can anyone suggest where we find tips/tutorials/pointers for how to do all this? When I use the Fill & Sign tool and I select the signature tab the search icon appears and never finds my signature as per below:I have previously used my added signature and initials but for some reason it no longer wants to work.If somebody could help me out it would be much appreciated.Thanks

I have releases that I have signed by both parties and the email I received says they have been filed but I'm still getting asked to submit them. Do I have to pay for Adobe Sign to complete the process?

Can I send a Mega Sign document through Egnyte

I've had issues with the app crashing for awhile now. I've tried everything I can think of including getting a new iPad. It would happen all the time with my old iPad, so we tried resetting it, restarting it, I would constantly delete and re-download the app. All these things fixed the problem temporarily and then it would begin again. Eventually we finally switched to a new iPad figuring that our 5 year old iPad was the problem, This solved the crashing issue for several months and I found the new iPad to be working great. Now its consistently crashing, possibly worse than before. Its very frustrating because I will be signing a document with someone and half way through or even right at the end, the app crashes and I have to start from the beginning filling in information and getting their signatures. I sign with people using this app several times a day almost every day. I don't understand why this keeps happening and I desperately need a solution because this is a very inconvenient
