Adobe Acrobat Sign

Im getting this message after I sign a document and after Adobe Sign says processing.I have tried over 10 times. I really need help.The esignWidget is created. Bellow is the error message. --------------------------------

We are looking to use Adobe DTM to track usage in our Salesforce Lightning Communities, and we have hit an apparently insurmountable technical issue that is blocking the use of DTM (ie Salesforce blocks the creation of custom footers in Communities pages). Have any of you successfully used Adobe DTM to track usage in a Salesforce Lightning Community, and figured a way around this limitation?

Hello! I am trying to flatten form fields of a PDF originally created in InDesign. I recently got a new Mac and have not been able to flatten the fields since, when I had no trouble before. I receive the following error message: This PDF document cannot be made compatible with earlier versions of Acrobat because it contains and embedded font. I don't know what to do!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to use Adobe Sign but many of our users don't have Adobe products on their PCs- will they still be able to sign or will it require them to get and Adobe product in order to complete the signature?

In the version 5 REST API documentation (REST API — Document e-signature Software — Adobe Sign ), there is the call to getAgreements; if sent using the "Try it out" with my access token, I get back a list of the documents sent under the id associated with the access token.There is a parameter documented for the call named "query"; the explanation reads: "The query string used for the search. Multiple search terms can be provided, separated by spaces. Some of the search terms include document name, participant name or company, and form data". Where can I find the documentation on the string used in this parameter? I've tried some naive things with "Try it out" - status:EXPIRED and the like - and have gotten an empty list back, though without the parameter some of the documents do have a status of expired. I'd like to know what the possible query strings are.

Livesign is integrated with AEM forms and once the user signed the agreement it will stored on the document cloud. I need to capture/download the signature block separately, not the whole agreement as an image . Could you help me to find the API ?

Hi.A while back I had an account for another user using my email address.  I changed all the names back to mine through my Adobe account but whenever someone sends a document to sign it shows the old users name at the end and it can't be edited.The name that is appearing does not appear anywhere in my account details.Any suggestions?Liam

I would like to send the same form to 100+ people for signature.  I need each person to complete the form and return it to me.  I do not want multiple people to sign the form, and I do not want any one person to be able to see the form that another person signed.  Same form, individual signers.How can I do this without sending 100+ separate signature requests for the same form?Thank you.

I have been using "Send for Signature/E-Sign" with no issues for months now.  With no warning, all of the sudden I started getting an error.  I send a document at 4pm yesterday with no issues and at 6pm, I started receiving an error.  Nothing changed between those times and it will not work anymore.  What is the best way to fix this?

At first, the documents were able to send with no issues via email for signature, but I changed my primary email address and now it doesn't work. Has anyone had the same issue?

Hello,I'm having difficulties opening up a documents under Waiting for me to be Signed. I double click the document but it just stays as processing document going in circles for hours and nothing happens. I've tried resetting my computer and a different computer and no luck. Can someone please help me?I've never had this issue before so i'm not sure why this is happening.. i can open all the completed documents in my library except any under this category for "Waiting for me to sign".Thanks!Madelaine.

Hi,I am setting up photo release documents in Adobe Sign. The ideal scenario would be to have the subject sign the release and allow us to take a photo of them to include in the document. This is a standard workflow for photographers and I have done this in the past with other apps. Is this possible in Adobe Sign?Please advise.Jen

Hi,Our product is currently integrated with Adobe Sign through the API and this continues to work quite well. I have a question about the functionality when you send an untagged document (i.e. no text tags to anchor signatures) to Adobe Sign through the API. When I was working on this integration several years ago, the outcome of this was that the signatures would be defaulted to go on the final page of the document near the bottom. I was wondering if this is still outcome, or are there other options for resolving the position (e.g. the signer can drag their signature to the appropriate spot on the document)? Thanks,Tim

We have both Adobe Sign (called by AEM Workflow) as well as Adobe Analytics integrated with our site. One of the workflow steps is to send documents from a form submission to Adobe Sign. The question is, how can we get the status of a document (after it's been signed) over to Adobe Analytics? We have other behavior tracked in the form itself, but once it's out for signature, we're no longer in the browser experience and it could be hours or days before a signature is set. I know that Adobe Sign supports webhooks for certain events, but I'm not certain that Adobe Analytics supports this?

Hello I received an email today from an account executive stating that I have gone over the annual allotted esign transactions.   When I initially signed on with Adobe Acrobat, I worked with an Adobe Sales rep and nothing was ever mentioned about limits to transactions.  Now out of the blue, and after 10 months of using the Adobe sign, I am being asked to pay the overage which is roughly 700 transactions. I have searched and have not found any mention of an annual limit, and am also wondering why this was never brought up when I initially went over.  If anyone has experience with this please let me know. I sent two separate documents to two separate people for signature using "send for signature" in Acrobat Pro DC. Both people were able to sign, but it didn't track back on my end. One sent me a screen shot so I could see the signature. The other sent me back what was completed, but the signature didn't come through. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

We are racking our brains here trying to figure out a way of sending a document that uses the text tag codes to auto identify the relevant fields. Sending it for signature. Receiving it back after signature. And then re-sending that same document to fill out additional fields on the already signed document.We get our customers to sign off on each milestone of a project. They will sign off on milestone 1 (for example) but not milestone 2. I want to get the document back, and then re-send it once milestone 2 is done.I can download the signed PDF and send this. But it strips out the text tags meaning i have to manually drag new fields on to it every time i send it. Please help!

Can anyone advise how to use Adobe Sign to get a document signed by two people who share the same email address (older couple who just have one email address between them)?Thanks!
