Adobe Acrobat Sign

Currently I have several Appendix document templates that a user can add to their document via the "Add Files" option. The document is then sent to Preview & Add Signature Fields where a field template is used to add the relevant fields. At this point you can see the appendices at the bottom of the page. The document is then sent and when it's opened by the client to sign, they are unable to see the files (appendices) added to the bottom of the document.They can see the files once the document is signed and they download a copy of it but appendices are required to be read/seen before signature.Is there any way to enable these appendices/files to be seen by the client when they are getting ready to sign the document?

Hi,I am new to adobe sign and have been using it in its simplest form to send documents out electronically through the admin side/login. My question, I have a sales force of roughly 200 people and we have/created a "sales portal" where sales agents have access to a number of sales and marketing related documents and an important part of our business is getting applications submitted. The process right now, a sales agent requests an application. Someone from corporate (internal employee) sends the template loaded in Adobe Sign to be completed. The problem, I do not have staff working 24/7 and the business is growing to a point where I wish there was a way for my sales agents to either access the application themselves (without giving them access to log-on to Adobe Sign) or trigger something which would then send "the desired" application out to whoever they need to send it to automatically, cutting out one of my employees having to be the "trigger" to send the document. Hi,One of the signatories for a document I have circulated, selected "Discuss" rather then "Approve".  Is it possible to re-set this instead of cancelling, and re-circulating the document again?

I uploaded two templates, but have not saved the original PDFs. When I try to download the templates using the "PDF" link from the Manage tab it downloads a signed copy that does not allow me to edit the template. Please allow me to download the original templates that I uploaded from the template library so I can revise the template itself.

I'm looking to purchase Adobe Sign for our organisation, so signed up for a trial.  The idea was to deliver a slick demonstration to the people who need it and then get buy in.Part of this was to set up SSO (SAML) with Okta.  It didn't seem to work initially and I've now locked my self out.  I would like someone to switch my account back to 'SAML Allowed', from 'SAML Mandatory'.  Unfortunately Adobe Sign support won't help as I'm not a customer Anyone have the powers to do this?

HelloI have some document libraries in SharePoint 2013, they contains many scanned PDF. I would like to automatically convert scanned-PDF into OCR-PDF.I have tried manually with Acrobat DC, and it works fine. Now I would like to automate this, maybe with a script, because I have many PDF to OCR.Is there a way to do this ?

Adobe Status  says otherwise, but Sign is down. Why?

I can view a certain number of Adobe Sign events as listed under "Recent Events"; I didn't realize that I can't do any reports without having a more expensive version of the software. I need to see ALL of the events, especially some of the earliest events in a not so large list of "events", but I can't see any of the early events (especially "was viewed by" events, as I can't scroll past a certain point. I know there are earlier / older events, but I don't know how to see them so that I can verify that everyone "viewed" or did not view the documents that were emailed to them for signing. Is there a way to do that (see early events / all events)?Also, the portal indicates that Chat-based help is available (as well as telephone -based support) but I don't see anything on how to access either of those options. Chat would be awesome...Thanks!

Over the last few days I have noticed some of my clients have their signature as the Adobe Sign document recipient showing below the signature blue line where it is placed on top of the printed name and date of signing.Does anyone have a cure for this?

Hi,I have an existing .pdf that is fillable with the exception of the signature - how can I create the box for electronic signature so the recipient can "sign" with their actual signature then be able to "submit" the completed form, with electronic signature, via email?I know how to do it by applying the "digital signature" but we need an actual signature - not digital.  ThanksKim

Once in a while when we send a document for signatures to multiple people it splits the document into two once signed.One version with signer A's signatures and another version with signer B's signatures.We absolutely need the signatures on one document and I do not know how to merge other than re-sending the entire document (which makes us look highly unprofessional).This happens once in a blue moon and we do absolutely nothing different when sending these docs - what are we doing wrong or how can we fix this?-Lo

I have created a widget with a document, I'm able to send and compile the document by sending the widgets via link or embedding it into a webpage using the iframe url.But is there a way to assign an unique identifier to each successful compilation?Workflow example: I have a website where each user has its own reserved area, when there are documents that users need to sign, I prepare a new widget, in the reserved area each user will get a link to sign the document, click the url that displays a webpage with the widgets iframe; I need to associate the user-id with the signing process (or obtaining from the API an unique one-time url for the same widget), so when the user complete the signing process, I can associate this operation with the user itself and always know which users have signed a certain document.I read that for each widget I can set a callback url to be called after every successful signing procedure, but without an initial unique identifier, I cannot associate each signing

I have long documents to sign (20-50 pages) and it keeps stalling and wiping my info. Is there a way to save the information already there? What can I do to stop it from doing this? It's highly irritating.

I have a related question. I use Acrobat Pro DC for teams and Abobe E sign for business. I sent most of my documents from Acrobat Pro DC for signature. Is it possible to change the default message to signers from within Acrobat Pro DC, instead of an individual edit per document?In other words can you make a message template within Acrobat Pro DC like you can with Adobe e-sign for business?Thank you—-Joslyn

Hi,I'm using Adobe Pro DC Teams Edition, it comes with Adobe Sign Individual.I've downloaded the Adobe fill and sign app on my iPhone X and I'm reading that it should sync my signature I've created to Adobe document cloud and then be available to sign documents in Adobe Pro DC.The signature I've used is not appearing in DC.How can I get it to sync?Thanks

Hi, I am integrating adobe sign with my Java web application. My contract document has a default signature block. AdobeSign places a signature box at the end of the document for signing and not on the signature block already present in the document.Is there a way to make sure that the signature box appear on the signature box only and not at the bottom for single signers as well as multiple signers.Thanks for your time. Title says it all :Can not get developer account in UK now that I already have a user account..I signed up as for free user trial and then realised I wanted a developer a/c - but I just get redirected in circles, new web pages opening all over the place - seems like 2008...Any ideas?Right - I then tried to sign up with a different email but the stupid system decided it was the same person - so I now have two accounts that both go to the same place.I can't get to the REST API samples.
