Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello, i am trying to develop an application for adobe sign but when i try get to the link to edit it, I get the following message:I am not sure what is causing this, It might be that my account is fully set up as a developer,I went to the Developer Sign Up Web page and signed up, but I see no difference from the normal version.Regards Jordan.

We are trying to see if this program will work for us.I need to send documents to clients for real estate - if they are married both people need to sign, if it is a single person, only one person signs. After that I need to sign. I'm trying to set up the forms so i can fill them in using Adobe Acrobat and then send (either through acrobat or adobe sign).  The problem I'm having is if there is only one signer, it tries to make me the second client. In acrobat, I tried marking my signature boxes as sender with my email address, and putting the test email address as signer 1, but it didn't send to me.The only option I see is to either:a) set it up for 2 clients to sign and then for me to sign, and have to change the fields if we only have one client.b) set it up for 1 client and have to add fields if they have a spouse.I feel like there should be an option to have fields assigned to the sender in such a way that no matter how many clients/signers there are, the sender signs those fie

My clients are having trouble receiving their contracts and some are having trouble having authorization to sign. This has been going on for a few days now. It says sent on our side but the client never receives it, also we tried sending the contract from our direct gmail & they receive it but we need them to sign.

Hi,I sent out a contract, using Megasign, a few weeks ago. I now want to know who has signed the contract, from within AdobeSign, rather than looking back through all my emails. If I go into reports, it just shows me the numbers of people who have signed. In recent events, it gives me the info I want, but there doesn't seem to be any way to search for a particular contract or over a time frame, and it only shows about a page worth of the most recent events. Can anyone help?Thanks

Hi Guys!I did a search of the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question. So here goes.I have a template with Pre-fill, Participant 1, Participant 2, Participant 3.In the occasion that the document only needs 2 participants, some of my users are pre-filling fields that are meant only for Participant 3. The field is not meant for Participant 3 to fill out. It is meant for the Pre-fill stage. How do i disable a pre-filled field according to the number of participants? Is it even possible?Thanks!

Been using Adobe sign for a few months, fully paid up version (not trial) - used it OK this morning, facility not there this afternoon?Looking in the "tools" section "fill & sign" is still there but "send for signature" has gone - any suggestions?RegardsIan

Hi,we have 3 users based in India that get a blank document in Adobe Sign, without any option to sign it. They have forwarded me the link and when I open it (I'm based in Netherlands) it works as it should. Because none of the users located here in Netherlands have reported this issue (and we sign documents all the time) it looks like the issue is somehow related to them being in India (GDPR related perhaps?). Below is a screenshot of how it looks. It has worked before just fine. I have tried reinstalling Adobe on one of their laptops and it did not work. They are all Windows 10 laptops, one on the latest April update but the others on the Fall Creators update. Tested in Chrome and Edge, issue is the same in both browsers. I hope anyone can shed some light on this strange issue.Thanks!Mathias

I'm using the radio buttons, so that my signer must 'choose only one' option. But to help him, I want one of the options to be default. But... how???For checkbox you have the checkbox(checked), but i can't find a solution for the radio buttons.Is it possible that a grouped set of options have a default value.

Hello,When we are starting the signing process everyone of the recipients receive an email notification to sign the document. But on top of that, they also get an email, when they finished the signing process with the complete filled out PDF. Is there a possibility that they only receive the first notification?Thank you already for your help.

Currently I have several Appendix document templates that a user can add to their document via the "Add Files" option. The document is then sent to Preview & Add Signature Fields where a field template is used to add the relevant fields. At this point you can see the appendices at the bottom of the page. The document is then sent and when it's opened by the client to sign, they are unable to see the files (appendices) added to the bottom of the document.They can see the files once the document is signed and they download a copy of it but appendices are required to be read/seen before signature.Is there any way to enable these appendices/files to be seen by the client when they are getting ready to sign the document?

Hi,I am new to adobe sign and have been using it in its simplest form to send documents out electronically through the admin side/login. My question, I have a sales force of roughly 200 people and we have/created a "sales portal" where sales agents have access to a number of sales and marketing related documents and an important part of our business is getting applications submitted. The process right now, a sales agent requests an application. Someone from corporate (internal employee) sends the template loaded in Adobe Sign to be completed. The problem, I do not have staff working 24/7 and the business is growing to a point where I wish there was a way for my sales agents to either access the application themselves (without giving them access to log-on to Adobe Sign) or trigger something which would then send "the desired" application out to whoever they need to send it to automatically, cutting out one of my employees having to be the "trigger" to send the document. Hi,One of the signatories for a document I have circulated, selected "Discuss" rather then "Approve".  Is it possible to re-set this instead of cancelling, and re-circulating the document again?

I uploaded two templates, but have not saved the original PDFs. When I try to download the templates using the "PDF" link from the Manage tab it downloads a signed copy that does not allow me to edit the template. Please allow me to download the original templates that I uploaded from the template library so I can revise the template itself.

I'm looking to purchase Adobe Sign for our organisation, so signed up for a trial.  The idea was to deliver a slick demonstration to the people who need it and then get buy in.Part of this was to set up SSO (SAML) with Okta.  It didn't seem to work initially and I've now locked my self out.  I would like someone to switch my account back to 'SAML Allowed', from 'SAML Mandatory'.  Unfortunately Adobe Sign support won't help as I'm not a customer Anyone have the powers to do this?

HelloI have some document libraries in SharePoint 2013, they contains many scanned PDF. I would like to automatically convert scanned-PDF into OCR-PDF.I have tried manually with Acrobat DC, and it works fine. Now I would like to automate this, maybe with a script, because I have many PDF to OCR.Is there a way to do this ?

Adobe Status  says otherwise, but Sign is down. Why?

I can view a certain number of Adobe Sign events as listed under "Recent Events"; I didn't realize that I can't do any reports without having a more expensive version of the software. I need to see ALL of the events, especially some of the earliest events in a not so large list of "events", but I can't see any of the early events (especially "was viewed by" events, as I can't scroll past a certain point. I know there are earlier / older events, but I don't know how to see them so that I can verify that everyone "viewed" or did not view the documents that were emailed to them for signing. Is there a way to do that (see early events / all events)?Also, the portal indicates that Chat-based help is available (as well as telephone -based support) but I don't see anything on how to access either of those options. Chat would be awesome...Thanks!
