Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have 3 computers on a network and I need ADOBE , I believe, to use if I need to send out a PDF file or form or paper password protected.,Is this the right APP ?

I am having an issue with the "Full Name" field in Adobe Sign.  I drag the field onto the document in the same manner I have since I began using the service, and then send the document.  All of the fields I added to the document show up in the signature document except for this field.  I cannot seem to figure out why it is not working. Any ideas?

I've created a fillable form for our contract. But when I send it to a client for signature, I want the fields that WE fill out to be no longer fillable, just the Signature and Date lines. How do I do this? Thank you!

What can I do when I consistently get a Server Error message when I try to retrieve my document?

I am trying to create a simple way of receiving a signed document into my company's system.  I created an IMAP client service that listens for incoming mail on special email account that will be used only for this purpose.  I can get the email, get the attachement(s).  I now have a Byte Array for the signed doc.  I had stored 2 hidden fields on the Doc when creating it on the Adobe Sign site.  I would like to be able to retrieve those two fields and use them to tell me where to store this doc on our servers.  The idea is for this to work in real time.  I don't want to have to schedule a process to go check the adobe sign site for signed documents.   I tried using Acrobat SDK; but the only form field it found was the signature.  Is the a C# sdk or anything out there where I can turn the byte array back into an object that I can get form fields off of?

I'm trying to enter data validation for a field in my template to require the participant to enter 4 characters (letters or numbers). I only see "maximum" allowed. The field in my template is the final four digits of a credit card payment (first 12 digits are in a separate masked field). I tried "string" allowing letters and numbers (using letter O in place of number 0 due to problem with csv dropping leading zeros) but I'd like to make the field error proof by requiring 4 (no more no less) characters in the field. Solution?

need to have a form for students to attache the required confidential document for admission such as transcript, financial info, etc. Is Adobe Sign database a secure place to store/archive such documents? Please advise.

We have a situation where we want to send a 'take-it-or-leave-it' agreement to a recipient.This recipient will be a signer (although in a 'received-and-acknowledged' capacity),but the agreement also needs to be signed by an authorized signer at the recipient'sorganization, whose identity is unknown at the time of sending.Ideally, we'd like to list the first recipient's email for both roles, and let them (or require them to)delegate the second signature to the authorized signer when they get the email from Adobe Sign.I see Enterprise now offers a "Delegator" role, so I guess with the appropriate upgrade, thequestion now would be does Enterprise allow you to specify the same recipient email address twicebut with different roles.Thanks,John

I have a standard user account to Adobe Sign which we want to link to an outside App we will be using to register people to our organization (which is a Non profit ONG, a union). The App has been programmed but it seems that our account doesn't allow this type of things. I need to know what can we do to enable this app to simplify our work.Basically, the App is linked to a web page form in our website that automatically sends a document to the person who registered  to the email provided for him or she to sign its reception, basically.Can you please help me? I want to make a form in Word that has to be signed by two different signers (this is already working), additional there has to be the option for one of the signers to fill in an authorization form for an preauthorized debit (here's the problem), that part includes a space to fill in an account number and name and than sign it. Filling in the authorization form has to be optional, not required. Can anyone help me with this?

I sent a document to be signed by multiple employees, it is currently pending a signature from an employee that is no longer employed.  How can I skip this signer and move to the next signer?

I am getting the following error on an agreement I used to test the service when I first started:"We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support.Error message: This agreement has form fields that are not supported"The option to delete the document is grayed out (as are the other options), so I cannot get rid of it.  Has anybody else found a fix for this issue?

Hello,Is it possible to enable notifications for the documents expired before being signed?We are sending document to Adobe sign through an integration process using API. We want to notify all the parties involved when a document is expired just like the one we get signed copy email from Adobe Sign. I have an electronic signature but the signature looks to have a spelling error in the font that was used.  I would like to correct this but cannot find a way to do this.

Is it possible to upload existing signed agreements that did not travel through the signature process in Adobe Sign? I am able to upload these as Archives, but I would like these to be categorized under "Signed." I see that you can upload a signed agreement with any that are "Out for Signature" but I'm looking to upload ones that were signed previously, the old fashioned way The ability to manually change the status of archived agreements would also work, but I'm having no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I'm trying to integrate Adobe sign to one of our application. The process goes like this..The users fill out the form which is tied with workflow actions like approval process. In the same form but in another tab, user can view the adobe UI where they can drag and drop the signature and rest of the fields as per requirement. When they hit Send Button, I need the internal approval process to happen first and once that is approved adobe kicks in. But right now the scenario is parallel process, ie the approval and sending adobe agreement happening parallel. Is there a syntax/API where I can hold adobe process even though the send button is triggered? I don't want the user come back later to trigger the adobe process once the internal approval is done.
