Adobe Acrobat Sign

Can you create a report of the forms that have been signed and are still out for signature. I want to be able to send  the higher ups weekly reports, so they know who has signed and who has not.

Hi,We use EchoSign to sign forms and the final department that receives the forms was simply downloading them and not signing them.  We have since omitted them as a signer and download it ourselves and email them the form with our departments signatures.However, now I have about 80 documents that were never completed in EchoSign, and will never be completed.  Is it possible to delete them without notifying all of signers?  I haven't done so yet because I don't want to inundate the signers with a bunch of cancellation emails and confuse/annoy them.  So the incomplete d just sit there, but it would be nice to clear them out.Thanks,

When I send a pdf for signature, why do I get "Could not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again."

I have just started to add Adobe EchoSign functionality and I can't seem to find my API Key. I am unable to find API Key in my account.Am I missing something?

I have downloaded and installed the free trial for Adobe DC Pro.However when I log into documents.adobe.com to send/track documents for signature, I am asked to Subscribe Now and I cannot view my dashboard.Within the software, I have activated my free trial and it states this in the bottom right-hand corner.

I am trying to send a document for countersignature, but I'm not being allowed and keep being advised I've exceeded my page limit.  What can I do to get around this as I wasn't aware I had a page limit - thanks

I have an EchoSign form that needs to be filled out by signer1, but cannot be changed by subsequent signers. I can set all the fields to be assigned to signer1, but the radio buttons default to "Anyone" and I can't change that setting.

I'm trying to make my custom field be in this format: 1234-56-7. I can't figure out how to make that happen using a custom expression. Any tips or tricks? I used a text field and selected custom regular expression.Thank you!

How can I get my email changed on echosign where documents are sent to?

We are a Construction Co. and hire people in very rural areas, up to 20 a day, across the US doing pipeline work.  Before they start we need them to fill out a bunch of paperwork.   We'd like to use e-sign and have in the instances the employee has email and means to receive the email on site but half don't.   Our site superintendents will have an IPad or computer on site but sending it to our employee's email  and having the future employee sign the documents doesn't seem like the right thing to do.  This paperwork will have SS#'s and will need to be legally binding.  Are there options to set up something on the web for the new employee to log in and sign the docs or have them on our website?  Looking for ideas on how we can do this.  Thanks!

How do I add a signature block within the pdf?  I do not see "prepare form" link in menu.

Hi:I am trying out a service that would enable our small business to sign PDF documents either in our desktops or on our mobile devices. I came across Adobe eSign Services as a mobile solution (Since we already have Acrobat Pro) However, because I am pretty new at Adobe eServices, I am wondering is a client with no Adobe eServices (eSign) could sign a PDF that was sent to them by us using Adobe eSign Manager? (particularly on mobile devices. For example, if they had CudaSign or DocuSign) We don't want to cause any inconvenience for our clients in having to download a particular app, or having to create any accounts anywhere just to sign one of our documents. Some clarity in this regards would be appreciated.

Hi guys, when one of my clients is trying to submit an e-sign doc on iPad, they're getting an error message along the lines of 'There is an unhanded error 150914070121509 odd-prod-app5' We have many of these docs completed every week and this is the first issue we've ever had. I have been through the process on the phone with my customer and he appears to be doing everything he should. Error message appears after the 'sign' button is clicked. Any help would be appreciated as the online chat could't. Thanks for reading.

My client has more than 500 customers who may sign and return a given form. How can we stay away from being charged? I wasn't clear about echo sign and the 5 free uses. Is that 5 free for the signer or the form distributor?

i have a pdf contract document saved to my server which is edited whenever a new employee starts.  It is not giving me the "blue Boxes" to input employee name/dates/salary, etc.  How do i fix that it will do that.  There are other users thats use this same document and they are able to edit the PDF and input info in those boxes.

How do I remove the default documents that come with a new Send for Signature (EchoSign) account? (I9, W9, W4, etc.) These are old and outdated so I dont want those to show up for selection.

Since about 9 months ago I've had to create a pdf/word file of my google doc I want signed and upload, rather than use the google drive link.  Is the google drive link broken?  It spins and spins and never comes up with my drive.  Is this the intention?   It's been broken around same time as transition to Adobe Cloud, and/or Google changed api; so not sure related to either.  I wrote support an email 9 Apr 2015, and never heard back.  Is it working for anyone else? Originally started as EchoSign templates.I am account owner and creator of ALL templates which I share across my org.Recently I went into the Manage section and only ONE template was available for editing.All other templates are missing.I have a total of 11 templates which I can work with from the dashboard but I can no longer find a way to edit them.Any ideas?

When I try to download a document I get the error: Page Not Found We’re sorry, but the page that you’ve requested does not exist or is no longer available. These are documents that have been posted within an hour.

HiHow can I get the Signed version of Personalized Widget using getDocuments? It seems we can get that by specifying the participant email when calling getDocuments method but it doesn't seems to work. It always returns the initial widget document but not the signed one. Any help will be appreciated.p.s.: It works fine when getting the documents created using "sendDocument" method but not with the documents created with "createPersonalUrlWidget".

Hello,I would like to know if it is possible to upload the consent form onto my website for persons to download and sign it there. This way it would be possible to avoid emailling it to them.Is this a possibility?
