Is there a way to personalize the automatic messages for web form notifications after signature?The Adobe default response message is too specific. Tks a lot for any help !

Deal all,we are a team using Acrobat Sign for signatures.All works fine but we would like to akt as a team and for that we would like to be able to send the documents and anyone of our group should be able to see all documentsthat where send by anyone of this group and in case of vacation, sickness,... be able to send reminder and so on. But we have also individual documents that should not be seenby the others as we use it as well for internal purposes like expenses.How do we need to setup Acrobat Sign for Teams so that we all can have access to all the documents that were sent as a team member?Thank you for any help

I have just received the new update and before this I was able to add multiple documents to be sent for E-Signing and then be able to download them as individual files once the document had been signed.Can you please tell me how to send multiple documents on the new version to be able to save them individually once signed??Thanks

Hello. I recently found a menu of settings that appear to control certain functions of web forms. The only way I found to access these settings was by going to "E-Sign" and then clicking on "Add e-sign branding".I want to know what other way I can access this menu. I'm not sure if this has to do with the type of account I have. Once I was in that settings menu, I changed some settings. Specifically related to the terms of user acceptance and the post signing landing page.It appears that the settings I changed only apply to web forms I created after I applied the new settings, but I want the settings to apply even to web forms that were created before I edited the settings. How can I accomplish that?

hello, I work in HR and have to deal with approval from upper management on a daily basis. We process 10-15 or more employees promotions, resignations, demotions etc. for that I recently started using E-Sign features for signature from upper management. It gets tedious to assign people every time when you have to deal with more. Is there a quick solution to automatically assign signature and date fields for multiple people at a time? Can I save a template and use that for every single time as the upper management does not change.

With the latest update the signature block has two options. One is the signature, name and date. the other is the same plus email. with how we layout alot of our documents we just need a signature, and we place the date and name seperatly.  Is there a why to do this? Initally the latest update seemed great, however without being able to add a signature by itself easily it makes it almost useless for us. we'll have to consider going elsewhere.

when I sign a document it sends an auto email confirmation to the recipient with the subject "Document xxx is signed between XXX  Ltd and xxxxx." Is there a way to change this message/ company name?

I starting to explore adobe sign and I have an specific use case... I need the user to complete a kind of user/password fields while completing an Adobe Sign agrement, that needs to hit a custom API that provides an answer and allow the user to sign if the anwser is ok, and that information should not remain in the signed document, is private. is this possible? I signed up for a developer account usign this link but it doesn't seem to provide any kind of custom field interaction or something like that to try to add something in the flow. Maybe exists a way to develop some kind of plugin?

Hi, I am trying to create a webform that caputres the address history of indivduals for upto the past 5 years. Is there anyway to make the next address entry conditional upon their previous entry e.g. if they have lived somwhere for 5+ it doesn't allow them to enter in the additional address history.  

Hello,I’m am trying to convert one very specific word document and send it over via adobe sign, but whenever I do I get a "File Upload Fail Error Code 400" prompt. (screenshot attached). I tried disconnecting from the internet, restarting my computer, researching online, trying later, and am unable to delete/redownload the app to my computer as I need Admin permission at my work to do so, and cannot obtain said permission at this time. I do not believe deleting my browser cache would solve this problem, as I am specifically running into this issue with the adobe App.  I do not run into this technical issue when sending any other documents through adobe sign, it seems adobe only has difficulty specifically sending one specific document type.  Any assistance or advice that can be provided is greatly appreciated, thanks so much!   

When opening the Request E-Signature tool, and adding an email address, I am no longer greeted with the More Options clickable text to open advanced options.Has anyone encountered this before and if so, have a fix? Some within the same company and license have the option whilst others don't. 

How can I re-use a template with the same field layers on different documents? I created the template on a 2 page document. However, when I try to apply this same template on anything more than 2 pages, it completely messes up the format.

Since the new update, starting this week sometimes when I send out signature requests the data entry spaces I place (Name, Title etc.) are deleted, and the signature space is moved to a random space. Very disappointing

This has left our entire orgnization dead in the water in regards to sending out agreements. None of our form fields are now supported. When going to send for signature, it removes half the form fields saying they are not supported and the documents overall is unintelligible, with no form field text formatting being retained. On top of all that, using an M2 Macbook Pro, and its acting like im using a 15 year old laptop. 

I have a techical document that I need to send for signature.  I have text entered like this: studies/{{studyoid}}/datasets/{{Form}} Adobe Sign is removing the text {{studyoid}} and {{Form}} and putting in a text box. When I remove the text box the required text as above is deleted.How do I stop this happening?  The document must have this information present before it can be signed.Thanks!

Hi, we use AdobeSign e.g. to collect signatures for participant lists (where users confirm their participation in a training). At the moment, I have to add a signature field for each participant - which can be quite time-consuming when we have around 20 participants.So my question is whether it is possible to add the e.g. 20 signature fields to the document without assigning them to specific signees (e.g. by using recipient 'anyone')? It doesn't matter which participant signs which signature field in the participant list, and it would make the process faster if I didn't have to selecte each recipient name and then drag/drop the signature field. Or does anybody have any other ideas on the best way to manage signatures on documents like this? Thanks,Erika

I find the document in Adobe Sign Manage, under Shared > For Signature > Signed and would like to remove it. The only options available are:1. Print, enlarge, pdf. hide2. View, share, protect, remind, history notesI checked all the articles regarding clicking on the file and then "cancel" and "delete" and don't see either of these buttons. Please help.
