Adobe Aero

Ich scanne den QR-Code mit dem Android-Smartphone und folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint: "Beim Laden der Szene ist ein Problem aufgetreten Überprüfen Sie Ihre Internetverbindung und versuchen Sie es erneut."An der Internetverbindung liegt es nicht. Alles andere funktioniert. Die Szene ist etwa 2 Jahre alt. Damals hat es noch funktioniert. Die AR- Entwicklung lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Bitte Fehler beheben oder mal kommunizieren ob das in Zukunft überhaupt noch funktionieren soll oder ob das Projekt gecancelt wurde. 

Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue with Adobe Aero today. It suddenly stopped creating or updating links. Everything was working fine last week, but now I'm stuck. I’ve gone through all the related posts on the forum, tried all the suggested solutions, and even had chats with two Adobe agents today who guided me through more troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, nothing has worked. I’m in the middle of a university capstone project and can’t progress without this feature. Does anyone know if this could be a server issue? Is Adobe Aero down or just broken right now? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Aero files are not synchronizing. I have checked all possible options: errors on behaviors,  files and assets sizes, re-starting computer, shutdown computer, internet is working, check browser and the last one, checking if my antivirus app is stopping Aero or Adobe synchronizing files. I tested with minor changes for previous files, but nothing works. Nothing, Frustrating as I can't create a new experience because customers already have an innitial QR code that I can't change. Please help with this matter. V_0.24.4

Hi there, I can't seem to import anything into aero, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't with most pics and stuff but Import function in general doesn't work and i can not force the program to display any of my 3d assets, no matter how little and optimized they are. It starts loading with "optimizing import" and never finishes. I already reinstalled, tried different version, tried on mobile version, deleted app data info, NOTHING seems to work, any idea??? Have a great day,Flora

Hello, it's my 1st time using aero. I'm trying to import some blender models in the .glb format but this error pops up. I read that .glb is the format u want for 3d, but something has to be wrong. My friend is opening this file on his pc no problem. Has anyone encountered this issue before? 

Is Aero development still on-going or will there be no further upates?

I want to put objects below the ground plane but there is a shadowy plane at the ground level. Is there a way to turn that off?

Aero still isn’t generating shareable links, and it looks like everyone is dealing with the same issue. Unfortunately, there’s been no meaningful update from Adobe. It’s been several days now, and you’d expect at least some official communication by this point, something to confirm they’re aware, actively working on it, and ideally, an estimated timeline for a fix.  Since we’re all in the dark, I’m wondering if anyone has looked into alternative platforms. I’ve been trying out 8th Wall, but the learning curve is real. It’s not as intuitive as Aero. For example, triggering an audio event when an image is tapped feels like a coding task, not something handled by a simple dropdown or toggle. I have tried for days now, but I can't create links. From the comments of others, I can see that many are experiencing the same issue. I really need the links/ QR-codes for my project today!!!  Is there any updates or possibility of it being fixed today? Is anybody still able to create links and could help me? I have the real. files and only need the QR-codes

I have products and links based around clients and customers and ive been getting complaints that their links are now working anymore. I cant update links or create new stuff PLEASE HELP.

Hello,I have been working on a project since last month. The share link worked fine. But it has suddently stopped working since 2 days. I have my submission due. can someone help. I now cannot create a link. I keep getting a pop saying - unable to create link.

All my generated qr codes are not working anymore. It is also not possible, to generate new qr codes. It looks like the service is down. Tomorrow I have a meeting were i need the scenes, it would be great to have it working then. 

I have the same issue like a lot of people. Last wendnesday everything worked. I need the links tomorrow for an important event. I had contact with the adobe support all day long. They sad, that they will conact me with a phone call. The problem is really urgent. I even can't generate new links. 

Issue loading scene: "There was a problem loading the scene" Check your internet connection and try again. Upon further investigation, my internal link manage file says: ERROR Failed to contact the origin. Generated Thu, 29 May 2025 22:55:47 GMT Request ID: 8f-s3LXlND0ybMS6wiXHdNd90M8fL14uXWVLM98vPHD3Y0-9fxV4AQ== This is for my AR that has worked consistently for the past year, 1000x.

None of my QR codes are working and I use them for my clients. They're starting to get upset. Is there any updates from Adobe? That could tell my clients.

Does anyone know when the adobe link sharing thing be resolved. is there any update provided.

It seems that none of the AR scenes are loading through shared links or QR codes in Adobe Aero, this includes both my own projects and even the default Aero experiences. I've tested across multiple devices, and nothing is working. This issue is severely impacting my work, as I have clients who are relying on these QR codes for public-facing projects. Can you please let me know when this will be resolved or if there’s a workaround in the meantime?

So I spoke to a technical assistant this morning, about the issue that I know a lot of people are experiencing.  The red pop up box saying unable to generate link. This is the response I got. "The next update will release in the last week of this current month and you will surely see the issues be fixed in that." Everyone please get in touch with assistance as well. This will help create an urgency and get a fix sooner. Waiting till end of the month is very late. Im sure a lot of us have deadlines within this week. 

Even though I reduce the file size, I still get a warning message saying that the link cannot be created. What could be the problem?
