Objects in a scene with a location anchor seem to drift around quite a bit from where you place them, even when you're just standing still looking at them Altitude only seems to change give or take 10 cm or so, but horizontal plane position can drift around up to a couple of meters from where you set the object to be ... even when you're just standing still and not moving the phone ... i.e. they move around with a mind of their own while the scene is running Hoping it's an app bug that's being worked on and not just a factor of GPS accuracy that will always be a problem
Hello everyone 🙂i am currently working on a project with the adobe aero geospatial prerelease. My goal here is to walk on a virtual path. My problem is that the elements are not fix in their position and are moving along as I walk (you can see it in the video). Does anybody know if there is any solution for this problem or if the tracking in aero is just very inaccurate and I have to deal with it. Thank you!
hye Adobe Aero Team ❤️ , I’ve been working on some augmented reality T-shirt designs and would love to request a feature that I believe could greatly enhance the creative potential of Aero. Specifically, I’m hoping for the addition of multiple tracking points in AR designs. I know this might be a complex feature to implement, but it would open up so many exciting possibilities. For instance, I envision combining tracking points from a shirt with those on pants, shoes, and other accessories to create dynamic, interactive outfits. Imagine being able to design AR combinations that go beyond a single piece of clothing—fully coordinated looks that interact seamlessly! I’m also exploring concepts where visual effects like ice, fire, and wind can be triggered based on tracking locations. For example, I’d love to create a design where ice forms wherever the track goes—quite literally, "cool." To achieve this, I’d need a combination of ground tracking and image tra
Hi, i've dowloaded Adobe Aero on my phone( ios) but the app's language is japan and i don't now how to change it. someone can you tell me what i need to do to change it? Thanks 🙂
The aero project that I created doesn't open on my samsung s24+, but works well on a google pixel 9.
Hi Im new to using adobe aero, is there a way of importing animations made in procreate dreams into aero. What file formats does this need to be if so?and is it free to share a qr code link to someone without access to adobe creative cloud?
I’m designing art parks where visitors can experience 5-10 different artists' works along a 1 km path. On my website, I list all the artworks, helping users find each piece. Each artwork has a link to Adobe Aero. If the user hasn’t installed the app, they’re directed to an Adobe page that says the content can’t be viewed. There’s a link in the top corner suggesting the user open the Adobe App Clip. This is where most people’s experience ends. To improve this, it would be much better to trigger the App Clip card when clicking a link, while staying on the webpage. Apple allows this through the following link: https://appclip.apple.com/id?p=com.adobe.aero.clip. This triggers the App Clip, but there’s no way to pass your ID or link to the specific artwork. However, there’s a function to add parameters, so a solution might look like this:https://appclip.apple.com/id?p=com.adobe.aero.clip&id=123ABC. An even better solution would be to automatically open the App Clip upon cl
Is anyone else having this problem? I've constructed a simple 4 layer file in Photoshop, imported it into Aero, and it shows up flattened. When I look for the Layer Spacing controls in the Properties Panel, I don't see anything like the guy in the Using Surface Anchors video describes. I've tried to scroll down as I've seen the issue of fields appearing "below the fold" in the Aero Behaviors Panel. I've also tried tabbing from field to field just in case that reveals some "hidden field" that I'm not seeing in the UI. Is the some catch or something I'm doing wrong? Thx in advance for any help.
We see flooded in the issues board tons of posts about Aero failing to "Create Link" or "Apply Changes".This is a huge issue MOST users are facing. In fact, I haven't seen any encouragement that these functions are working for ANY user. Aero is a free software, stated on their site and in their provided information from google searches, for both mobile/desktop use. Issues you are facing are on Adobe's end, and we as a community need to demand action. These forums are flooded and limited to this platform. Let's send attention more publically on X/Twitter (or even meta/facebook), and make some demands. I'm looking for a description of the problem and a plan for resolution. Until those are met, I will post daily on twitter. I would love to see more posts from the community!
Hi Adobe CommunityI’ve recently completed a major community project using Adobe Aero, which includes several geo-tagged AR elements that are crucial to the experience. However, I’ve encountered a serious issue—Adobe Aero Player is not available for download in Australia, which means my audience is unable to view or interact with the AR content. This project has been a significant undertaking, and now it seems the Aero web player isn't working here, making it useless for my intended audience.Details:The project involves geo-tagged AR models that are tied to specific locations. We have created the the URL and QR codes generated by Aero, and we were going into the testing phase, but my particpants cannot even access them since the Aero Player doesn't work in our region.Without the ability to interact with these AR elements on mobile devices, this entire project is at risk of failing.Request for Help:Is there any workaround to enable viewing of Aero experiences in Australia via mobile? Are th
Just wondering when will Aero be available for Android devices? Thanks!
You can look closely at the images below to see that the model was crushed in the augmented reality environment, although when previewed in Aero everything was still ok. Does anyone have any ideas on how to use it? Thanks.
Hello everyone! I've noticed that the 3D Google maps background, which was previously visible in the Geospatial creator in the location anchor, is no longer displaying. My current Aero version is Beta 0.23.4 (#127). I was wondering if any of you have faced a similar situation?
When you look at an A/R object in most A/R viewers (like if you search something like, "octopus" in Google you get an option to "View in 3D") you can usually pinch/zoom the object to make it bigger or smaller within your environment. Why doesn't Aero allow for objects to be pinch/zoomed? Their size cannot be changed once exported. I want to export a project (a digital painting) and I want my client to be able to receive the link or QR code that let's them see the digital painting in their environment. The client needs to be able to pinch/zoom the digital painting in their space while viewing.
I don't have any access to benece contents
This application is being used in educational settings and it is important that it be available through the Admin Console in order to deploy it on our campus. I understand that it is a free application that is currently in beta, but I can't see why this should preclude us from deploying it properly.
How do I make an airplane (model loaded) turn in a circle with a radius of 1 meter in the air?
I saw the best Aero project in this linkhttps://www.behance.net/gallery/171425931/Europa-Clipper-Journey-to-an-Ocean-World?tracking_source=curated_galleries_list&product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=6.4.0.361&mv=product&mv2=acccAnd anyone can teach me how to they created the galaxy environment like this video. I have no idea for this. thank you all.
Recently, I saw that Facebook has launched new virtual reality smart glasses. It would be amazing if the products created by Aero could be viewed while wearing these glasses.
I'm brand new to Adobe Aero, threw a couple of 3d objects in, positioned them, and wanted to create a link so I could see it, but I keep getting an error that the link could not be generated. What am I missing?
if we want to put the scene into something else, another program, or anything, nothing accepts the .REAL format that Aero exports to. There are no converters that I know of that convert .REAL either.
Hi I could really use some quick help. I've created an AR scene in Aero and am trying to export it as a USDZ file so that it can be opened on other devices. Every attempt gives me an "Export Failed" error, with a further message of "Unable to read file". This is particularly confusing as I am trying to write a file, not read one. I tried exporting a scene that I made and was able to export a year ago, and got the same error. Does anyone know why this may be happening? And how I can fix it?
It would be really useful to be able to integrate LiDAR functions on Adobe Aero. It is really a shame to partially nullify the effect of the projects because of the impossibility of being able to superimpose real elements present in the scene. This update would be particularly useful with geolocated projects.
I think Aero should have a new feature where users can turn off the audio when they click on it.
Hi, I have several existing links in Aero that are now not able to be updated. The only error I get is when trying to apply the changes to the experience: Unable to Update Link: Something went wrong. Your link still works, but is not updated.I have tried reinstalling, clearing out the project and trying again, and even recreating the experience. Nothing is working. I am on version 0.24.4. I cannot edit existing links or even create new ones. How can I fix this?
