Adobe Aero

Someone please help me.  I can't import .wav or mp3 files into Aero.  Has anyone ever had this problem?   Thanks,Jos

Hi, Is it possible to import a .real in a new file.Or can I export in such a way that behaviours en triggers are going with the file? I have 5 'experiences with triggers, behaviours etc. And I would like to combine them in one file. Is that possible? 

Hi allJust saw that usdz was removed from Aero. I understand that this is because it doesn't include all of the options that Aero can add in a comp but completely removing any way to get anything we work on outside of Aero also poses the issue of being unable to add what we put together into our own set up (Image target that has an embedded video, Web AR, etc.). Does anyone know if there is a way to convert .real to something else that's usable outside of the app clip? Or is that not a direction that Adobe plans on going in? 

Is it possible to fix that during recording or making photo reality is out of focus. I tryed both: iPad and iPhone. Earlier version Aero didn't have this problem. It is important for making documentation and when AR interacts with reality to have bot elements in focus.

I have an art show up currently. Each piece has a we code that unlocks an experience in the space. Many different phones can't access the experiences through the app it prompts you to download. We've then had people download the full app. In cases where neither works we had two spare phones on site for the experience. All of a sudden yesterday they both stopped working. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps. We've tried restarting phones. We've tried updating phones. None of that works. Is there a setting in the phone? These are all anchored to the art images if that changes anything. 

I'm new to Aero, love the interface and its potential. I am creating my 1st 3D object to use in Aero. I run a 2023 Mac Mini M2 OSX 13.2.1 and a 2018 Macbook Pro OSX 13.3.1.PSD file attached. My process:1) Vector dwg in Illustrator2) Copy and paste as Smart Object in Photoshop3) 3D > New 3D Extrusion from Selected LayerMissing Step: Mapping a PNG to the 3D Extrusion4) File > Export > Export for AeroIt all works, except - a) the Aero import is black with no materials andb) I would like to map a png to the object. I have tried all of the Tutorials for Mapping Art, in Illustrator and Photoshop - is it because I am using a png?Appreciate any suggestions. 

Currently using Aero to try and set up a virtual tour that can give short descriptions of where things are located and a short description of what they do. I have created a 3d object that I hope to be able to place on different technology around the office. Is there a way to then be able to click that object like you would to start an action like the spin or bounce, but instead the click leads to a URL that is connected to a SharePoint site, youtube video, or document with more information?  Thanks for any help!

Hi - I'm experimenting with Aero and its working well but I've come across an issue when starting to use triggers and actions. Essentially I cannot find a way to delete or remove an action or trigger once created. I have attached two images: One is from an Adobe tutorial video and this clearly shows a bin icon. The other screenshot is of my interface using Aero but there is no bin icon or correspoding text box.   I have tried highlighting different areas but I cannot get it to appear.  I am using a Macbook Pro (OS 12.5) and using the latest Aero version: 0.18.4 (#241). I have checked with a colleague using a PC and she has exactly the same problem. Any suggestions would be really helpful as I'm not sure how I can use triggers and actions without this facility. Appreciate it's a Beta release so this may not be fixable. ThanksTim

Since the last update, augmented reality disappears if the anchor image is no longer in view of the camera. This bug already existed if the application was not downloaded. It is now systematic. Depuis la dernière mise à jour, la réalité augmenté disparaît si l'image d'ancrage n'est plus dans le champ de la caméra. Ce bug existait déjà si l'application n'était pas téléchargée. Il est désormais systématique. 

Hello, I am trying to run Adobe Aero for Mac OS version 12.5.1 I keep getting a white screen and then the program shuts down, saying there is a technical error so it couldn't open the application. I just downloaded it about an hour ago trying to run it to create Google Maps (AR) links.

When lanching an Aero AR experience with anchor, if Aero App is not installed on the device, the App clip only works if the anchor is visible. If the user turns the camera and let the anchor disepear, all the scene disepears 😩. If Aero app is on the device, this problem does not occurs. The AR experience works even if the anchor is not seen by the camera.

There seems to be no way to get any help from adobe, much less a question answered about their program.  Curious to if anyone knows the timeline to when Adobe Aero will be more compatible for android phones.  Right now there are 4 phones available vs the larger list of Apple.I just need to be able to give clients an idea of when their AR designs will be usable on Android as now you need a newer phone..most models dont work.  Wasnt sure if someone from Adobe would respond in these message boards.  First time using.  Love the program but gotta know specifics for client purposes.

Whenever I replace a png.zip image sequence with an image sequence of the same length, scale, etc the Behaviours / Play Images animations settings change. Trim: 1-1fr (instead of 1-120fr)Speed: 1fps (was 30fps)Delay: stays the same as originalInfinite loop: stays the same as original I'd love to be able to replace and iterate in my workflow. Currently I'm doing the settings for 18 layers for the third time tonight.

Are you able to animate the layer distance of layered Photoshop files? I don't see this function anywhere.  Thank you!

Hello,  I'm a Senior Media Teacher in Canada, and I've been using Adobe AR with my students as a new and exciting way to showcase our artwork using emerging technologies. Overall, AR has been a great success in getting students to appreciate the technology and how they can use AR as a new way of looking at digital art.  However, what we're noticing is that when we first download the Adobe AR mobile app and go through the demo, some of our students are stuck on 'Uploading Documents'. It would appear there is no reason for this, as I have yet to find any correlating pattern for why it happens. Each student has a different (Newer or older) iPhone device and unique email that has access to Adobe programs. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't help. I thought, "Maybe it's the school internet?", suggested students go home with their devices and try installing AR there in hopes that it uploads properly(?). Unfortunately, this didn't help either. Hi, Is it possible to change an object further in the timeline? I have an object which I move to a certain pin and then I want to rotate it.But to see how to rotate it, I want it to be at that pin in edit. But currently in edit, I can only see my object at the start position.Now, I make a rotate change and look in preview if it is correct. Which is terrible inaccurate/slow. Is there a better way to do this, am I missing something? Thanks in advance
