Hi there, I'm using Adobe Aero 0.18.4 on a MacBook running Ventura 13.2 I've been unable to produce any links, either on projects I create myself or have downloaded from the adobe platform. I've closed and restarted the program, and reuploaded the files as .real files but haven't been able to get anything to work. I always get the same alert: Unable to Create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't create your link. Are you able to advise on what is going wrong and if there is anything I can do about it? Thanks in advance
I understand that after an object is placed it's stuck in local position, in my case it's 8 stories above the ground. How do I initially place it at global 0,0,0? I don't want to slide it down to -12000 and guess if it's on the ground, and I'm not sure why it's being placed so high. CLearly in local space becuse when I set it manually to 0,0,0 it's still hovering 8 stories in the air The only way I know how to add is to press the + button. Every other 3d program places objects at 0,0,0 by default and it appears Aero only has a default and it's really high in the air. Curious if dragging it down to -12000 is the only solution for now?
I recently have been working on an AR project using Adobe Aero, but for some reason I cannot export it. When I export it, It says it exports, but when I check the file directory it is not exported. I've tried:Duplicating the project and exporting it.Exporting the project to an empty folder.Exporting the project to a different directories entirely.Creating a new project and attempting to export it (To see if my download of Aero was at fault, which it wasn't as it was able to export all other projects except for this specific one and its duplicates)Duplicating the project, deleting all the assets in the duplicated project and attempting to export to see if the assets were at fault (Assets were not at fault, project still did not export even with no assets to export)Attempting to copy the assets and paste them into another project (Did not work)Making the file "Available Offline" to attempt to view on the Adobe Creative Cloud synced folder (I realised I do not have access to the sync
Hi everyone, yeah, as stated above. I'm adding audio in as a "play audio" action and when it gets to that point, it plays the audio but all other animations and actions after that don't happen until the audio has finished. I need the audio to play as the sequence unfolds behind it. Any idea how to sort this? Cheers
I can't install Aero (Beta) on my Asus Flow X13 (R9 7940HS + RTX4050), and it returns error code 405. this seems like a strange problem because this code seems to be an error when trying to install on an arm platform, not on a x86 laptop. Can anyone help me with this?
Hello!I recently subscribed to the Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator pre-release and I'm still waiting for access. What is the usual amount of waiting time to get access?In the meantime, I have a couple of questions regarding the cost of use. I want to create a Geospatial Augmented Reality experience that hundreds of users will access simultaneously. I searched for a while but I unfortunately couldn't find any info on the cost per user/view amount limits of the experience. I saw some info from Google's side regarding the cost for the Geolocation API, but none for the development of the experience in Adobe Aero or the cost per view that the experience will have. Any info on this will be greatly appreciated.

Adobe is a leader in the creative app community, so let's see Aero take the next step and go to a web based AR system so the public doesnt have to download the Aero app to view the content.
Would speed up workflow if I could use the Maps photogrammetry mesh that imports for placing the anchor as an object mask as well.

I can create an AR experience and generate the QR code and run it just fine, however, If something goes wrong between when I click the URL from the QR code at my desktop and when I am at the location (for a geospatial experience) then the only option is to walk back to the desktop computer and rescan. With the geospatial anchor, it will not let you "edit" (and I'm fine with that because I will likely never edit on my phone) but strangely it appears to have no method of running the experience again without triggering from the QR on the desktop. For example, If I scan the QR code, at an office in Manhattan, then take the elevator and walk 3 blocks, if I accidentally put my phone asleep I have to walk back and start all over -- I can't just run it from the phone because the app says I cannot edit a geospatial beta project -- even if I have no interest in editing it, I just want to trigger it again. I have a workaround by using an old phone to snap a photo of the QR code so I can resc
Why is the animation clip getting reset to the first "circle.002Action" clip for each animation when i close and reopen the aero file, even after assigning the other animation clips?? Is this a bug in Aero?
Hi, I would like to inquire if anyone else is encountering the same issue.When I attempt to add various objects (such as a star, ball, circle, etc.) and apply a behavior trigger to make them spin along the X, Y, and Z axes, the anchor point of the object remains unchanged. Despite my efforts to adjust the pivot to center, top, or bottom, the anchor point continues to stay at the bottom. Do you have any suggestions on how to address this bug? (I am using a Mac)
I try to import my file but it took a while for loading and it couldn't be imported at the end. I tried previous file some of them could and some more couldn't. The file I tried to import is well polished from Nomad sculpt and it's 68M large. Really need it to work due to the deadline for my school final project. 🥲thank you,Ricky
I'm trying to figure out how to get an fbx into Aero with the proper textures/shaders. If I look at any of the provided assets, they look fantastic (the robot for instance). But the objects I import have a very faded texture and weird lighting that completely overshadows the textures in animations. I'm trying to find a way to accuratly place objects exported from Revit Architecture into AR. It seems to do this I would need to be able to see my scan in the same environment as I'm placing objects in. For instance I just scanned my bathroom and now I want to add a vanity and a piece of art. This vanity needs to be in exactly the right spot. So I'd want to be able to see it and the bathroom scan at the same time and be able to create accurate dimensions. Is this possible? Another question, Does aero support using spacial anchors? Meaning that it uses the entire scanned bathroom mesh as the anchor? Or will I need to place an image target in the room somewhere?

Hello Guys, I wanna report that the Aero app is not working on my S23 FE device. I dunno why but the app is "finding" the horizontal surface but the project is not showing up. Does anyone have the same issue/bug? Thanks.
Maybe a long shot, but wouldn't it be interesting to keep track of how many people actually viewed your Aero Project?I'm currently working on a "secret" exhibition for a festival, and we're looking for a way to measure how accessible augmented reality is in such an environment.
Aero has crashed a few times when I've attempted to share using the share button on the upper right of the desktop screen. I'm currently using Aero (beta) running on a 2023 Mac Studio with OS Ventura 13.5.2.
In Photoshop under file/export, I cannot see ' export for aero' as an option. My PSD is up to date.

I have created an AR experience using the geospatial feature in a client's city - Hamilton Ontario. When they went to test it they got the following error. Any insight as to what this means/ why the experience isnot working?
I'm having issues with what I believe is size limitations. Are there physical size limitations? I'm importing a scene that I created at 20 feet, by 52 feet by 10 feet tall. At first I thought it was an issue with the file size being too large, but then I imported just the shell on the GLB and got the file size from 800mb to 37mb. The aero app when opening the file "loads" for a while then just goes black/crashes. Any help is greatly appreciated!
