Can't open my latest files on desktop anymore. It asks my to update, creative cloud tells me I am up to date. Version 0.18.4  

I can't import any resources or even, I can't even see any images when I open the file!My laptop is ThinkBookPlus17

Hi there, I was wanting to use video assets in my project. Is Aero able to support Video at this stage?

Started playing with the geospatial creator and noticing some issues/challenges to the current implementation. 1. If an asset is tagged to a lat/long coordinate, the application overly-relies on scanning the environment and not on the placed asset. For example, testing an item attached to 60 feet above my house and the only manner in which the view loads is from the street view of the house, not the back or anywhere other than the front.  The application should have all the information it requires from the anchor coordinates and placement of the model, yet that does not seem accurate at this point. 2. The anchor seems to be fluid. An item should not track as you walk down the street, but rather be anchored allowing the viewer to walk "around" the item.3. There is a definite disparity between the placement of the item in the tool and its appearance in the application while on location. I think this has some good beginnings, but there are issues in a mature industry t

Hi everyone, I would like to install the Adobe Aero Beta App on my Google Pixel 7 Pro.For some reason I can neither find the applicaiton in the Android Google Play store throuh clicking the link form the adobe website, nor does is appear when searching for the name in the GPlay search bar.  The Pixel 7 OS is up to date and the phone is listed as supported devices at the Adobe Site. How can I get the app running to test my prototypes? Thanks!

The only thing you can do with this app is view the Barbie installation in times square.  And if you are not in times square the app is completely worthless.   What about making it be able to scan my aero codes and allow it to take a photo of what is visible thru the camera.     Right now the only functionality for aero is to scan the code and then you can take a screen grab of what is on my phone but that isn't an easy or great way to do things.

I have a question regarding a particular situation in Aero: Initially, I have an object located at point X, which I then move to location Y.Once at location Y, I intend to apply a rotation to the object.Unfortunately, the current preview system only allows me to visualize the rotation when the object is back at its starting position (X).Ideally, what I'm looking for is the ability to adjust a step in the behavior-timeline and have all the preceding steps in that timeline executed accordingly. This way, I can make precise tweaks without having to restart the complete preview for all elements and ensure that the rotation aligns properly with other objects. If anyone else has encountered this issue or has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your insights with me.Thank you!

Hello,I am trying to utilize the geospatial function within Aero, I applied to Adobe and was granted access. But for some reason, it doesn't provide me the proper information under the Properties area. What am I doing wrong.

I'm trying to load the tutorial files but they seem to be empty, there are no objects in the scene or not even an environment. I am on the Beta version of Aero. Wht's going wrong? Hey everyone ! I've made a animated scene in Adobe Aero (0.18.4), starting first without a image anchor ; i had no issue when i was watching it on my phone (iPhone 12 mini on iOS 16) via the QR code. I added a image anchor, and now the view of the scene now is very shaky, even if the phone is completely still. I tried with an image on my Mac, and a printed image, but the issue is the same.  Is anyone having the same problem ? Do you have any solutions ? Thanks ! 

I continue to experiment with the tool and it continues to have some serious issues. Within the Geospatial Creator toolkit, I place items within specific geo-locations (see attached) yet they display incorrectly in the viewer. You can compare the placement with the viewer experiences here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sZLgb5oVcY&feature=youtu.be             https://youtu.be/j3UdEEAJV-c            The application continues to be a fun diversion, but there are far too many issues with its reliability, handling of textures/lighting, publication, geolocation, etc. for it to be a viable tool for any serious work at this time. 

Using Aero to create AR experiences has been amazing. The ability to create and publish so quickly is pretty exciting, and with the introduction of Geospatial Creator being able to anchor at a location is a game changer.  But the limiations are an issue e.g. Experiences only working on ios currently and users having to load the Aero mini app to play the experiences can be one click to far. So a couple of questions: 1. Are there any plans for Aero to be able to export USDZ files so that designers can let users experience the AR projects via web pages and AR Quick View?2. Reality Composer appears to be a intersting alternative to Aero but without the Geospatial bit is it worth exploring?  

Does anyone know if object occlusion has been added to the Google's Geospatial mesh? Ive had a play with it and so far there is no occlusion using iPhone.

When will Adobe Aero be available in Philippines and in Samsung S21 Ultra? I really wanted to try it to use in our company.

There was a separate version of Aero for the Geospatial Creator 0.23.2. Now in Creative Cloud there is a Beta 0.18.4 which does not acknowledge I have 0.23.2 installed on my Mac. There are bugs in both but how do we know which version to upgrade to - I am using 0.23.2 which seemingly sits outside of the Creative Cloud app updater and unsure how to proceed with any potential updates to rectify outstanding issues with the application.
