Adobe Aero

Trying to import a 3D model into Aero Desktop with the assigned grouping retained to allow for independant animations and interactions. However, regardless of file type (OBJ, FBX, etc),  on import Aero initially flashes a group folder as if the model imported properly and then the icon switiches to a single model and has no independant 3D elements. 

I'm using Aero this year for a Holiday card, and I noticed that after scanning the QR code and holding my camera over the card (the camera seeing the Image Anchor), the Layers will show, but the behaviors of the card won't function. If you try scanning again and then wait for the files to load and Aero prompts you to find the image anchor, then everything works great! I used the Beta Desktop app to bring all the elements together. Please see the attached video for reference.  Happy Holidays!

I have been trying to create behaviors using images imported from Photoshop. Many of these images have a transparancy. I am using a Tap behavior to "show" a transparancy over another image to highlight it followed by "hide". Some of these work during preview mode, but some do not even though I use the exact same settings. Then, when I "share" the highlights are working, but are showing up behind the image not in front where they should. I have things layered in Aero so certain things should be on top, but it doesn't seem to matter... Please advise. FYI, I am using the desktop software to create.

I'm using Aero to create an an outdoor augmented reality (AR) pop-up show featuring life-size renderings of brick-and-mortar stores from popular modern retail brands. We will be creating life-size renderings of the retailers' physical stores, allowing customers to explore the stores and see the products in person, even if the physical stores are located far from the pop-up show. We are creating our models using magic voxels so that our triangle count is under 15k. When I upload the model in Aero it has all of its textures but when I send it to be viewed the textures are gone.  How can I stop this from happening? In Aero: In Live View: 

HiIm trying to import an FBX file into Adobe Aero from Blender. In Blender i have setup three animations of a character using the NLA (Non-Linear Animation) editor. However, when imported into Adobe Aero, it only plays the first one. The NLA check box is ticked in the FBX export from blender, so i presume it should have worked. Is there a way to export all the NLA animations for my character from blender into Adobe Aero.Thanks.

When I import a .obj object into Aero (from Sketchup), it loads beautifully. I can manipulate it, add triggers, etc., all seamlessly. It looks and works great in Aero. But when I share it via QR code and try to view the final experience on an iPhone, the object is invisible - nowhere to be found. When I combine it with a starter asset (an abstract shape, say), I can see the starter shape fine, but my imported object can't be found. What am I doing wrong?

Morning! I'm a Game Dev whose been using aero for a couple months now (@gammarayblast on IG). The software is awesome as it easily allows me to show work and experiences in AR. I'm really pleased with the results but I have a question, Do you guys plan on keeping the software updated and supported? I definitely plan to use Aero in my business but Ive noticed after initial release  nothing has really happened. I even bought an Iphone as there isn't any real Android support (Though I'm sure my Note Ultra 5g could have handled the app with no hiccups). Is there a date for a proper Android release? Are you still actively developing Aero?

Hi, I have created a 3D object in substance using custom images as materials, the images appear on my desktop preview but when I try adding to Aero which is what I need this object for, it doesn't show all the images, any help on this would be much appreciated. 

Hi everyone! I'm really interested in learning Adobe Aero. I want to use it for a client project. I see that I can anchor an object to the floor, table or wall. What if I want to anchor a 3D model of a light to the ceiling? Can I do that? I only see examples of the floor and wall online. Thanks!

I need to make interactive 3D assembly videos, and it seems like Aero would be my best bet, using it's AR capabilities. I watched a few tutorials on Aero, and did some tinkering in the program, but I can't seem to create the "animations" I want in Aero itself, and I need to use a different Adobe software to create the animations, then import them into Aero? It also seems that everything revolves around bringing 2D animations and objects into Aero, but I have 3D CAD models of the individual parts that I want to animate to "assemble itself". When I tried doing this in Aero, I couldn't find a way to accurately move individual models where I wanted. For example, having one wooden panel dovetailed into another wooden panel. There was no way to use faces or points to align one part to another.  Are there things I'm missing? Would different Adobe software be better suited for what I'm trying to do? Thanks in advance,Andrew

A whole bunch of errors came out, I attached a screenshot. I had 16 GB of RAM and the computer was not busy with anything. How to give AERO more memory?

I have installed the Adobe Aero app on my Samsung Galaxy S22 and the app appears to be working fine. However, when I scan a QR code it takes me to a webpage that tells me I need to install the app. It has the question "Do you have Adobe Aero installed?", but there is no way to respond to this question and no button to push, only a link to the app in Google Play. The QR codes always take me to this page, with no way to then open the projects in the app. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox on my phone, with the same results.

Adobe Aero Android app does not exist in India, kindly let us know when it will be available.

I just love Adobe Aero, but I didn't expect the tool has also a minus (problem): when I export 3D Metallic object (Banner) as gITF, the Metallic effect's lost (Banner 2). There's also a video how that looks. How to solve this problem?I also have a question about 3D layers. Is that possible to select and animate individually in iPad, iPhone? (For example I want to animate the Pearl, also open and close the Shell).Thanks in advance!

Hi,My team is currently building a game in Adobe Aero. We are using mostly stock 3D models and a mix of PSD files, creating diorama type scenes. We have some basic interactivity with 1-3 objects in a scene, where users can tap an object to move it. We also have embedded links in the scenes, that link to other Aero scenes. We are experiencing some weird issues, that weren't present during our initial testing. i.e. when we tested. We rolled out a beta version of the game for 1000+ people at a conference, and the issues showed up. Everything worked in testing, but when 100's of people were accessing the scenes at the same time, a lot of things suddenly didn't work. Scene file sizes ranged from 5MB to 40MB.Issues we experienced:- scenes would not load all components, despite having stable and good internet connect w/ good down/up speeds. Users were all around the world, and a large chunk of them were on location of the conference. All users experienced this issue.- scene links would not wo

Hi, I picked up my Aero project today after leaving it for two weeks. Now Aero crashes whenever I try to import something from disk. I've tried *.glb files and animated png sequences in *.zip format. I'm on windows 10. Any advice? Thanks,Willem

Adobe Aero keep crashing on the ipads with no warning, any suggestions?

Hello!  Im working with an FBX model with body and face animations. Upon importing the model the face has some missing polys on the forehead and neck. I've already recalculated the Normals to Face outwards but the issue is still persisting. Any idea whats causing this?
