Since the Fairphone is a modular phone: any measures known I could take to make it compatible?2. Might Capture-upgrades in the near future solve Adobe's/Capture's team's problem here by any chance?Request to Adobe: It would be wonderful if you could make your product work on the Fairphone! Can you do that?Suggestion to Adobe: be more transparant about your products by publishing a list of devices that are known to actually work or not work with your products.Thanks for any helpful reply,Cas

Hi all.I created several color palettes with adobe capture, but the information isn't moving into the cloud.I tried creating a new library on the app and moving all the assets, and the apps now show the new library but with no assets?I shut down PS and reopened, but nothing changed.I don't know what I'm doing wrong?Jen

Hi,  I just started using Adobe Capture (and CC Libraries).  I just captured a number of graphics using Capture.  Is there any way to edit them, and re-save them to the library once captured?  I thought it would be easy to do this, but I can't find any way to do it.  A number of my captures are rotated 90 degrees, and have some stuff that I thought would be easier to edit out on a desktop than on my phone.  There is an "Edit" option visible in illustrator's library panel, but it is greyed out.

I am using the Capture App on my HTC U Ultra. The creating of a new material works fine, as well as the access via cc-library.But when i try to apply the material on any object in Dimensions I get an error message that the material is broken and invalid.Also i tried to make a material with my colleague's iPhone X and it just works perfectly fine.How can I make the materials work? Is it a known bug that materials made with HTC do not work?Here's materal I made with my phone​.Thank you!Theo

Hi there:I recently purchased an IPad Pro and am trying to convert the attached photo of a pattern into vector format so that I can use it for a poster.  However, when I use Adobe Capture to bring it into Illustrator format, it doesn’t give me clear lines.  I think it’s due to the quality of the photo, but unfortunately I don’t have a higher quality photo.Can anyone with more experience tell me the best way to turn this into a crisp vector image?  I am still learning and not sure the process and software tools that would best to accomplish this.Thank you!Discussion moved by moderator from Illustrator to Adobe Capture

How are you capturing images to work on in Illustrator? I am working in my sketchbook and I would like to capture the image and edit (and vectorize) it within Illustrator. What's the best way to get it in Illustrator?Thanks!

So, I've just started using capture cc, and I've been told that you can take text from another place and put it in to the creative cloud. Being the idiot that I am, I can't figure this out, and now am asking for help. So please, if you can, please tell me how to get words from another source into cloud.

I've seen one other post with this exact problem, but from months ago.To start, whenever i select am option to sign in / sign up, they all just show a blank screen with a close button. It appears that you need to stab around randomly on the screenand hope your finger lands in a box for you to input either your sign in ID or password. But when you finally luck out and actually get your information in the right boxes, and submit it, you think you've done it. But oh no, the app decides it doesnt want to let you in. (No error message, no warnings, nothing. And yes, my login info IS correct). It just goes right back to the welcome/ sign in screen. How absolutely infuriating.I've tried absolutely EVERY trouble shooting option available; force closing app, restarting app, clearing caches, restarting device, uninstalling app, reinstalling app, using a different internet connection, and all of the above in numerous orders and combinations.Device: Samsung Galaxy S8+Capture version 5 from Google

The bug is caused by version 5 downloaded from google-store the older version i used does not have the bug. The colores of generated brushes are correct in Version 4.1.732.By the was of would bei nice top have information in the App aboutthe App, version-number and more

I have a brand new iPad Pro (2018 version) and when trying to use Adobe Capture to take a picture from within the app, I'm getting the message "Camera not available while muititasking." I'm not running any other apps at the same time (so not multitasking), so I can't figure out what's going on. Oddly, when I launched the app the first time, it did allow me to take a picture, but then doesn't seem to have saved it anywhere, and then I started getting this message. Any ideas? I have also completely powered off the iPad and relaunched. Thanks!

I would like to delete one of my Adobe Capture Libraries from my phone in order to save storage space but I don't want lose my assets. When I click delete I get the message:"This will permanently delete 'My Library' and its assets from all of your devices and the Creative Cloud."There do not seem to be any preferences within the app or on my phone that would allow me to keep the library intact but not store it on my phone. Right now it's taking 1GB but I use Capture frequently so I see it as growing problem.I was able to download a backup copy of the library on my computer in case I accidentally delete it. I have hundreds of shapes and patterns that I want access to in Illustrator and I am afraid if I delete them off of my phone the library will no longer show up in Illustrator or on the cloud website.

What happened to the SVG export function in the latest Capture update?  I’m unable to find it and everything saves as a Jpeg. That’s one more step for me to have to then take it into Illustrator. I used to be able to do it all from phone/iPad, but with the recent update, it no longer seems to be able to export SVG. What happened?  That was the main reason I lived Adobe Capture!  I could scan my drawings instantly to SVG format and send them to my vinyl cutter. Can we we go back to the previous version, please!

The application works correctly except for the "shape" function, that is to transform the jpeg photo into vectorial images. I'm trying to create vector patterns with Capture. I've tried on my iPhone and my iPad. The pattern is created as an svg and saved to my Creative Cloud Library, but when I view it in Illustrator, it is not vector. Any ideas why? I have tried this with two different libraries and I got the same result.

I'm writing a book about Adobe Dimension, and am including a chapter about creating materials with Capture. When you create a material with capture, you have the opportunity to modify the settings for Detail, Intensity, and Frequency. But I can't determine what these settings do to the material. Can you provide an explanation for me? Thanks!

Hello I have downloaded (twice) the app but when I want to connect I have a blank screen wtih the only possibility to close the window.I am on a galaxy note 8 up to date.I can add that the connexion trough FB or Google account give the same blank screen.Any ideas ?ThxCharles

just wondering what file type are captured shapes, from Adobe Capture app?, in Photoshop , it says file type shape, in creative cloud says svg, just wondering if i can use a file from Ps, to use across the apps by changing to the same file type, to see if it will work in creative cloud.

Cant you directly download Adobe capture app shape files from Creative Cloud website? i thought might download be able to, like the colour themes.

Hi. I have watched multiple videos on YouTube about how to use the Capture app to make patterns, and they all say the patterns are seamless. However, mine are definitely not seamless. What am I doing wrong? I'd appreciate any suggestions! I'm using Photoshop CC2018 and the updated app.

I can speak for most of the Adobe Capture audience when I say we would enjoy a feature to recognize fonts not only through TypeKit, but also with the default fonts already installed onto the Adobe products, not to mention the basic fonts that most computers alreadyhave.[personal email addresses deleted by moderator]

I am using adobe Capture and I am trying to import a pdf image I have saved in my files on my phone. I am able to locate the file, but the image is faded looking and It wont let me select it to be imported. Does anyone have any idea of how to solve this issue?Thanks,Lucas

For about 2 months now when I try to take a picture of my drawing using shapes, the image is super blurry and unusable. I can use a picture I've already taken but even then it's really bad quality. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the devices I'm using but I've tried using 2 different phones and the cameras for them work fine in general.

I have created a whole library of beautiful patterns using the Adobe Capture mobile app and have been having a blast creating them.  I now want to use these to make products such as fabric on my desktop using Photoshop.  To do so I need to create a repeating pattern.  By repeating what I mean is that if the square is copied and pasted 4 times those pasted squares can be arranged along the 4 sides of the original square and it will create seamless pattern. (This is easy to create using the Offset Filter if you are using actual objects to create the pattern, but in this case I am using patterns created with Adobe Capture).  Spoonflower for example asks for a 1200 x 1200 square at 150 ppi that repeats.  If I make a square this size in Photoshop and then click Library > Patterns I can fill this square with my pattern.  The problem is that it is not filled as a repeating pattern--I have tried adjusting the zoom it is imported at and I cannot get it to fill s
