Adobe Capture

For about 2 months now when I try to take a picture of my drawing using shapes, the image is super blurry and unusable. I can use a picture I've already taken but even then it's really bad quality. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the devices I'm using but I've tried using 2 different phones and the cameras for them work fine in general.

I have created a whole library of beautiful patterns using the Adobe Capture mobile app and have been having a blast creating them.  I now want to use these to make products such as fabric on my desktop using Photoshop.  To do so I need to create a repeating pattern.  By repeating what I mean is that if the square is copied and pasted 4 times those pasted squares can be arranged along the 4 sides of the original square and it will create seamless pattern. (This is easy to create using the Offset Filter if you are using actual objects to create the pattern, but in this case I am using patterns created with Adobe Capture).  Spoonflower for example asks for a 1200 x 1200 square at 150 ppi that repeats.  If I make a square this size in Photoshop and then click Library > Patterns I can fill this square with my pattern.  The problem is that it is not filled as a repeating pattern--I have tried adjusting the zoom it is imported at and I cannot get it to fill s

Hi,I have just downloaded the app and the my library button is sitting right above the settings icon which make it impossible to change the settings. For some reason the app doesn't connect to the wifi automatically so it doesn't save anything:(And the app is amazing and I'm creating great stuff with it but nothing is being saved... so frustrating!I'v tried to remove the app and install it again but the buttons are still one on top of each other.  Please help!Thanks a lot, Anat

when i upload an asset, from my camera roll or any location, all I get is a black screen. I adjust the contrast, no change. I change from black ground to white, no change. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app no luck. Problem remains.  I am working on my iPad mini3

Hi thereI'm new to adobe capture having just downloaded it recently (on iOS0 and am not sure if I'm doing it rightI cant seem to be able to get the "looks" I have created in Adobe Capture to be used in Adobe Premiere Clip. In the "my library" which I access to in Adobe Clip, it comes out as assets and not looks so I cant use the looks/LUTS on my videos. Am I doing something wrong here?Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

ive used capture alot , mainly colours & shapes, but one thing i find with capturing shapes or shape of text , is, the shape isnt an exact copy, its got a “Stylised” “curved” misshapen look to it, for example if i was to get a hi res image of a vector square, use that image in capture, capture would give it rounded corners for example, even if you dont select “smooth” etc.

Hi,   i use the creative cloud free plan and tried the android app 'adobe capture cc', but I cant export my forms as .svg to the local disk of my mobile, just into CC from where I cannot download them as .svg (or did I oversee this feature?). Am I not allowed to do so? And if I am allowed, how can I 'repair' my adobe id? Who would be the contact for this kind of issues?   Kind regards   Myriam

I love the concept of Adobe Capture, but I want to be able to capture the color palette of movies already color graded, and use frame examples to establish color palettes for my own color grading. The ability to generate color swatch "themes" with Adobe Capture is great, but I want to do this within Premiere Pro. I just don't trust my iPhone to accurately capture colors. Is there a way to do this either with Adobe Capture, another Adobe app or some 3rd party app?

Hello need help support said to ask here. I was using capture fine until got a new phone and added adobe capture. I pay for the monthly subcription for Adobe Suite. The problem I am having is when I try to export a file as an jpg or svg or pdf a bubble pops asking to log in for that feature takes me to the adobe web site. Then ask to log in. I log in and then it does not do anything. It keeps asking me every time to purchase to get the feature when I already pay for full suite. I called tech support said to restart password re install apps and that did not work. I called again and last person did not want to help send me here. I was getting in a rythm creating with that feature and would greatly appreciate any help. I don't understand why they could not help. And why is not working. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

hey I started using Adobe capture but the text I have gotten with it will not work on my desktop because it says that I don't have the text installed, do I need to download the text font to my computer or should I be able to start using that font in my photoshop anyway and if so how

Hi, I've been making SVG files for use in my Photoshop Library using Adobe Capture. I was wondering if there was a way to export the SVG files to my desktop for use outside of the CC Library? I assume with Illustrator there is, but I am just using Photoshop.Thanks,Dylan

Hi,I downloaded Adobe Capture and was looking forward to make my one brushes with it. But it does not work like it should.I follow the manual to make brushes: put the wanted item in my screen, push the little circle for making the background transparant and click to make the picture. What I get then is a normal picture with the white paper in the background. No transparecy.My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5. Is this a known problem? Does someone know how to fixed this?I really want to make my one brushes in this very handy way!Thank you.Henny

I understand that Capture works on most Android phones operating on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or higher, but it would be REALLY nice if it were available on tablets that have far more capabilities than the minimum phone requirements. Mostly, I would like to be able to utilize this product on devices with a larger format than my phone. It's frustrating that I can't unless I am an Apple user willing to shell out at least  2x as much on a comparable product.  Are there plans to expand the product so that it is available on Android tablets? I imagine I am not the only one who would like this. . .

Friends of mine who are using the Adobe Captire are finding that they have no “Export As” button after tapping the “Share Shape“ button, and they are even using an iPhone like me. Is there a reason behind this? Is it fixable?

I have a quick question. When sharing patterns to Twitter or Facebook. When creating links to my patterns in Photoshop, Photoshop gives me the option if I want people to download it or not. However, when I share from Adobe Capture CC, it does not. Does this means the link gives full access to my patterns?

Before I updated to version 3.3 I could export shapes as high-res PDF files with transparent backgrounds, and now I don't see that option. Am I missing something? I used that feature a lot.

I have the Capture app but I can't import my libraries into Illustrator as the computers with Illustrator CC are a shared resource (at university) and I can't sync them with my library. I have emailed myself the link but still can't get them into Illustrator cc. is there a work around for this?

What does it mean under settings when it says "images will be saved to Capture album in your camera roll?"  I have looked under "albums" on my iPhone and see no "Capture Album."  Can anyone help?  Where should this album be located?  Thanks
