The XD files are not syncing and we hit a huge collaboration block here. Please fix it or give me work around.
Takes over an hour to sync even a small 3MB file. When collaborating with other designers, we have to wait hours to check each others changes. This is unworkable. There should be a way to force a refresh. My colleague completes his work, saves the file, then emails me to say it's done. Then a few hours later, the updated files are there. We are on Australian NBN Broadband, which is 25MBps.
When I do manage to drag an item into the library, even if I hold it over a folder or between 2 items and see the highlighted line appear, it will sometimes drop it into a completely different spot in the library. This wastes a lot of time and forces me to move it manually to the proper location again.
Libraries won't load on Illustrator 26.3.1 - works in InDesign, but not illustrator or photoshop.
I made a share link for a document that had a bunch of artboards, but when I opened the link it gave the area around the artboards a white background, which caused the borders of some of the graphics to be indiscernible. I think if the share link would respect artboard borders better by either adding a line around them or keeping the dark background that would look much better.
When I press '?' in a situation where I cannot type text, I expect to get an overview about the available keyboard shortcuts. For best-practice examples, see:https://github.com/https://stackoverflow.com/
When I press Left or Right in about every PDF reader, it navigates to the previous or next page. Not so the web page for commenting on PDF files in the Adobe Creative Cloud. It should follow the best practice that the other programs have established years ago.
When I review a PDF file and comment on it, depending on the page zoom, the page jumps to an entirely unrelated part. This behavior gets in my way of efficiently reviewing files and sheds a bad light on the UX attention from Adobe in general.
When I use the mouse wheel to zoom in an asset, the zoom level only changes in tiny steps instead of +100% or -50% like everywhere else.Furthermore, when zooming using the mouse wheel, every second click is ignored, which makes the UI feel sluggish. For doubling the zoom level, I need 30 clicks instead of a single click, which is way too much to allow efficient work on a document.
Getting this message: "To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign into Creative Cloud". I'm signed in to CC; in fact, I launched InDesign from Creative Cloud.
File locations get lost or the "version" of the InDesign or Illustrator that the file was created in is no longer available. Didn't have these issues before the last CC upgrade. Just yesterday, I saved an Illustrator file and know that I saved it. Then, did a save as to rename and make changes for a new version. The previous version vanished, an image in the recent listing menu appeared, but couldn't be found to open. Now vanished as if it never existed. Had to start my original file over using my now changed version. Just took the entire morning doing it again.
Invited party accepted invite with write access and added items and changed name of library, but no change on my end no new items show on my end either.I have logged out and back into Creative Cloud, no change.
I get storage warning so I go into the asset manager or whatever its called and start to delete all my old files. To my utter surprise, after I am done my storage space used actually goes up. I have, as near as I can tell only a small number of assets left and cannot for the life of me figure out what on earth Adobe has done to take up the extra space. This is exactly why I will never let Adobe manage my assets in the cloud or use anything but Lightroom Classic.
The share button/link on browser (Chrome and Firefox) is overlaid with the sort button and is not clickable - the only way to be able to generate a link to share is if i shrink the width of the window down to mobile size so the buttons rearrange on the screen.
Colleague shared with me a folder. Now I want to leave the share. I click "Leave" in https://assets.adobe.com/files panel, the app says "Success", the folder disappears form the list but not from my disk. If I reload web app, the folder is on the list again. Repeated on a two devices, one Windows, one macOS, the same lack of effect. I'm stuck.
The color palette doesn't work in my library.I select the object I want to change color, I select the color from my library and the color doesn't change. This is only happening in Illustrator. I'm using the latest version.
This start-up .exe file item has been added to my login items without permission or explanation. The developer is unrecognised by the MacOS system.I found it in the Creative Cloud Content Manager App in Applications > Utilities > Creative Cloud Experience > CCXProcess > Creative Cloud Content Manager > Content > MacOS.I have no idea if this is a legitimate piece of Adobe software or a trojan horse. As a freelancer, I depend entirely on my Mac to make a living. Any compromise of my system or machine would be very problematic and stressful.I pay £51.98 a month to use the Adobe Creative Suite.Things like this make me think I'm being ripped off by a company that doesn't care about detail or due diligence.
On Creative Cloud online, the file display is wrong!! Thumbnails are often duplicated and incorrect. In the images that I attach, opening the Fb_DSC_8178 file, it's actually another image. In the previews you can see that that file is the same as the Fb_DSC_8175 file but in reality it is another image. This happens in a lot of folders
My team has sent out many Adobe review links this past week and nearly all of them haven't been loading properly. The link shows a loading wheel but doesn't fully load. The designer has to push a new version live for the link to work. It is seriously getting in the way of our workflow as we have lots of deadlines to hit this week.
shared for review items not showing up to the invited person. I have had client sign out sign back in, change password and restart computer . I have done the same.
Após atualizar o photoshop para a última versão régua ficou invisível, o o comando de preencher automático está deletando parte da imagem ao invés de corrigir.
When you import vector images made in Illustrator, from the Library, they are imported as a "solid" image. So you have to "Import a copy" or open the file and copy/paste.This is totally counter-intuitive and a waste of time. When working with a vector document, you want the elements in vector, especially since this makes it impossible to send the file to an external service provider because the elements are not integrated in the document.
My consultant shared an InDesign doc with me. She is displaying the document in spreads. I've zoomed in to fill a screen with one page for easier reviewing. Whenever I add a comment to the right side of the spread it snaps me all the way back to the left side, forcing me to scroll back over in between every comment. Fix whatever is causing it to snap or reload.
We need a "Empty trash" button on the Deleted folder. Just had a long session with Adobe Chat team member who politely suggested I hold the shift button to select multiple files to delete. I told him I had literally thousands of files in that folder. I couldn't even tell how many there were, I just had to try to delete 300 or so at a time, after 4 hours I have removed over 20GB. I'm still going ... apparently he has lodged an issue with support. Somehow I don't think they care reading the other comments here. I didn't even know it was there (why should I?) ... I empty my trash on the desktop, not knowing that for some reason those Cloud files are not deleted but moved into the trash on the Cloud, which has just gotten bigger and bigger over time. Why there is no empty trash button in my iCloud, its a truly bizzare oversight. I just emptied my OneDrive trash in 1 second.
I'm trying to sync some video files to creative cloud using the sync folder on my PC. There used to be a way to check the upload status and percentage in the creative cloud app. This seems to be gone in the latest version so I can't tell if anything is actually uploading. My assets web page says 0 of 100.0 GB used so I imagine it isn't working.
