I'm in the process of testing whether we can house our image libraries on Creative Cloud libraries for our designers and editors to easily access.Let me tell you, the test is not going great.I've been uploading images in batches (per shoot - about 100 images at a time, some JPG some TIF), then waiting for Creative Cloud to show 'File Sync: Up To Date' before uploading any more.I uploaded about 10 shoots worth of images. According to Creative Cloud, all complete. However, if I login via the web, I could only see four images and none of the extra groups/sub groups I created. Likewise, other creatives in our team could only see the same four images in their libraries. I noticed that despite Creative Cloud showing File Sync: Up To Date multiple times over multiple days, if I closed and opened the software, it would start the sync again, all the way to 100%. This resulted in no actual change to the contents of the libraries however.So, I uninstalled Creative Cloud and all the Adobe apps, ra

"Search adobe Stock" is missing form the Library floating panels in all Adobe programs on MacOS Now it says "Search all libraries" but I can't search for Stock anymore! I use this a LOT so I'd love to fix this ASAP
My team uses CC Library for sharing brand assets and the latest update automatically applies a black stroke when selecting brand colors. It's killing our efficiency.
The CC library Panel is either super zoomed in, or super zoomed out. Across AI, ID, PS, PR and An.I use libraries all day every day and have built multiple brand libraries which are shared across my team and trying to use CC libraries is making me sad.Happens after working on a file. it never just opens up and is that way. the program opens up and is fine, but then after clicking around and doing things..it happens. i will spend an entire day trouble shooting this with you.Call me, fax me, send smoke signals (use premier to start that fire) and i will help to resolve this.avid user - i need this solved.
Our entire team is suffering from this bug. We have changed the Library permissions, updated our software and re-shared links to the libraries. Still cannot access our images. Please resolve this issue!
Bug # 1: When dragging panel from a regular display to a Retina (high DPI) display, the UI elements become tiny. See screenshot. Bug # 2: Panel locks up (using latest version of InDesign, released yesterday). Cannot scroll it, click it, select any items, or click any buttons. Happens on both displays.
When I try to click on any library it doesn't open that library. Other times everything in the library panel is really tiny. I have seen it really large as well. It has been very glitchy for me.
Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries. I've had this issue for weeks, have shut down everything several times, updated everything several times, went through every item on https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked. I need this resolved. I have a lot of art saved to my libraries for work and cannot access.
Library panel is empty when switching btw programmes?
Fix the thumbnails in the libraries. Old items have thumbnails but any new additions only show the CC link icon. I can no longer see things that I add.Items show online but not on desktop programs.
My library panel is constantly saying "Something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries" and the window is blank, in all of my apps? I have tried restarting, logging out and back in. nothing seems to work. then it suddenly starts working again a few days later. It is very annoying and I use the library all the time for color pallets and other assets. How can I fix this?
Whenever I need to access the CC Libraries for my logo in my Graphics class, it says "oops, page not available. To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign into Creative Cloud." I'm clearly signed into Creative Cloud if I'm in InDesign (what I'm using) and it's very upsetting.
Asset bought on adobe stock not updating in libries after purchace I am having to manualy down load purchased assets from website
There are no keyboard shortcuts for the common actions such as 'Highlight selected text', 'Remove selected text', 'Replace selected text'.Due to these missing shortcuts, I have to move the mouse cursor across the complete screen to add a simple comment. All the offline PDF reader programs, especially Foxit, are handling this situation much better, but due to workflow constraints, I cannot use them. This forces me to get a repeatedly bad impression of the UX capabilities of Adobe software.
The CC Libraries Panel freeze and I can’t change library. When I choose an image, the wrong image is pasted into InDesign 16.0.
I used to be able to open graphics in the library by double-clicking the items. Now a double click just shows the details. I have to right click and select EDIT from the menu. This is annoying. Please restore prior behavior.
The library panel is not loading on desktop apps.
PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.- Turned off syncing in Preferences.- Closed Creative Cloud App. - Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them). - Re-opened Creative Cloud App.- Turned on syncing in Preferences- 'Syncing...' appears briefly at the bottom of the CC App.- nothing changes.Also tried:- Permanently delete the 'Deleted' files via browser (Assets > Deleted)- sign in/sign via CC App- restart PC several times- update all CC Apps (even though nothing to do with syncing)Nothing is working, except waiting a few weeks and it might work then.
Errors while syncing as files keep moving to trash, unable to locate synced files.
After having issues synchronizing my files I moved everything from my CC files folder. I also deleted every "deleted" file in the archive to start from scratch.Mysteriously a single folder comes back and back by itself no matter how often I delete it. Also "repaired" the CC App.Any suggestions?
I have 20GB of storage connected to my plan. Macbook. My Creative Cloud shows that I have used 99% of my allocated storage space but when i get info on my Create Cloud Folder, it shows I am using only 11 GB. What is using up the rest of my space? And for further information, I pay a monthly subscription and your support is pathetic. It should not take me 30-40 mins to figure out how to post a question such as this.
There's nothing in my cc storage but cc says it is one hundred per cent full, so what do i do????????
When I change the name of a library it updates successfully but when I exit the libraries webpage return to the libraries page, the change I made defaults to the previous state. The change is effective across all libraries panels in all apps and CC desktop dashboard - but NOT IN THE BROWSER. I’ve tested on Chrome, Edge, Safari on PC and mobile and all have the same problem. I’ve tried clearing cache etc but same problem occurs across all browsers on all devises. Can you please look at this it’s quite annoying. Thank you!
When I use the CC library in CC 2021, it expands the library and I cannot access the files I Have in it. See screenshot attached, showing expanded library panel next to my normal panels I use all the time
