Adobe Fonts

I'm curious if anybody has found a workaround or experienced this issue, but there are many fonts in Adobe fonts that are practically unusable due to their baseline being so off. Example 1: 'New Frank'In this example, the text rises above the center point of the anchor tag. Example 2: 'Bio Sans'In this example, the text falls below the center point of the anchor tag. Example 3: 'Rubik', from Google FontsAmazing! It works as intended! My issue is that our design team uses Adobe Fonts for print media, and I have so much trouble with these Adobe Fonts. It might be acceptable for paragraphs or headings, but look at situations like this:This element is using CSS Flex, with everything aligned center. The issue - using an Adobe Font. It works perfect with Google and System fonts, so what is the fix here? Is this just an issue with the creation of the fonts themselves?

Downloading fonts for new job and went to download ITC Franklin Gothic family and all that Adobe has for that family is the Condensed and Compressed forms. The entire family use to have Regular, Medium, Demi and Heavy included. I see them with ATF Franklin Gothic. Why isn't the ITC family fully complete?

Damit, wenn ich zum Beispiel "Bold" wähle, dann auch die Bold Schrift verwendet wird. Zurzeit nimmt er nur immer den Schriftschnitt "Thin" auch wenn "Bold" ausgewählt ist.Ich möchte diese Schrift als Standardschrift verwenden und so meine Globane Schriften definieren.Wie muss ich vorgehen? Vielen Dank für eure Antworten

Hello Folks. I use font manager programs to view fonts outside of Adobe when comparing typefaces i'm considering using for particular projects. I've been able to do this no problem in Windows 10 for a few years now; I used to activate Adobe Fonts in browser and in Creative Cloud Desktop and install them for other apps. Then the likes of Font Xplorer, Fontbase and Nexusfont would have them appear alongside the contents of my windows font folder. I'm on a newly built PC now running Windows 11 Pro and I had wanted to use a font viewer program as part of my workflow, however Adobe Fonts do not show up at all in all three of these apps. I have installed the fonts, showing green as available in other apps as they were on Windows 10. I've cleaned and reinstalled my CCD installation twice, removing the fonts before uninstall and then adding them back in after a clean install. I have toggled the service on and off in preferences in CCD. Nothing has worked. They do show up in OpenOffic

For example Great Vibes is it cyrillic version but not added in the adobe fonts. The google version cyrillic is available but not Adobe fonts  version. Is there a way to update this and other fonts?

When uploading an image to the fonts.adobe.com webpage to find similiar fonts, the "preview" text gets cut when srolling down the page. This only started recently, and in the past the selected font preview would remain fully visible below the the "tabs" and the search bar at the top of the site. Screenshot attached. I'm using Safari on MacOS 15.3.1 (the current latest version), but it also happens on my iPad Pro with the latest iPad OS version. If this could be fixed, it would be great because it's difficult to see how well a font matches when half of it is cut off. Thank you! 

Depuis aujourd'hui, je n'arrive plus à installer de polices d'écritures, creatuve cloud m'indique qu'il y a un conflit, c'est un probleme qui persiste que j'aimerais régler. En plus de cela, il m'a supprimé des polices comme Arial que je n'arrive pas à retrouver sur Adobe Fonts, comme ci elle avait disparue, alors que j'ai du texte encore sous Arial dans le fichier et cela marche encore.Pouvez-vous m'aider je n'arrive pas à trouver et je besoin de trouver la solution rapidementMerci

Yu Gothic Pr6N only has one weight available in Adobe fonts but the description indicates there are 7 weights available. Can someone fix this?

When I click to activate fonts, a message on the bottom of the screen pops up and says they've been DEactivated.  Then I get popups that say, "A font could not be added due to a conflict." What is the answer for this?  I cannot use Adobe Fonts and no one seems to know the answer or care.  I've been on with support staff through the contact us app and they all do the same thing like maybe it will eventually work. What is the answer?

Hi,  Not sure if it's just me, but I've tried a few times now and Adobe Fonts' recognition from image search seems extremely buggy.  When I upload an image, it breaks when trying to display it while asking me to select a single line of text. The "next step" button also breaks and goes off into the footer.  Anyone else having this issue or is the page just broken?  Thanks! I am trying to download my company's fonts to use in Canva but, for some reason, when I go to the file path (c:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Coresync/plugins/livetype/r) It shows that the folder is empty. In Creative Cloud, all my fonts are activated and installed but I cannot find them in the folder. I've restarted my computer 100 times, deleted the fonts out of my library and re-installed them, and toggled fonts on and off but to no avail, I still cannot find the font .otf files. 

Since weeks I'm getting this message from Creative Cloud Desktop on every startup of my PC. What can I do to turn this off?

Keep getting a "Bad Gateway" error when trying to open Adobe Fonts online. Anyone else. March 10, 2025.

Creative cloud is an amazing suite of products and everyday I learn more and more. Can I ask some questions about fonts?  1. I know fonts have a clear value for print media but on the internet don't the browsers limit the value of fonts?  Example, if I use a custom font on the web, if the other browser user don't have the font, don't they get a standard font replacement?  2. When a customer asks for font work for the web logos and website, how do you navigate this with them?  I had a client ask me to do logos and a website with Irish fonts but when I searched Adobe fonts, I couldn't do by nationality. Also, this goes back to the question above, if the user doesn't have adobe fonts, will they see the irish fonts on their browser? Is this a secret that nobody talks about basically? 3. This is a sample of my work. Usually, I list the company name in a word document and then go through the fonts lists and apply them for the client. Is

I use Windows, and whenever I go into Adobe Fonts to download a font, it continuously loads the fonts. It won't give me any option to add the font to my library, and whenever I try to add it using a font file, it gives me an error and says that this font is already on Adobe.What can I do to fix this?Best regards,Cameron

Historically, Adobe has made Adobe Originals fonts (Garamond Premier, Arno, Minion, etc.) available to be purchased on third-party platforms like Fontspring and MyFonts. Are there any plans to do the same with the newest releases, or will they be exclusive to the Adobe Fonts platform for the forseeable future?

Hi all - does anyone know what triggers this error message? I am trying to install a font called Teodor, which was purchased by an agency that a client of mine is working with. I have a feeling this is related to licensing but I don't see that there is any issue with the font files. I am getting the same error message when I try to install both the TTF and the OTF files.  When I double-click on one of the TTF files, I get this error:

I'm trying to use the Hypatia Sans Pro font in one of my projects, but the font itself as it is loaded it's height on desktop is off. Hello everyone. I have a question regarding the use of Unity game development software and regarding the use of Text Mesh Pro. We have Adobe products with a corresponding desktop licence to use them. When we load the fonts in Unity and use Text Mesh Pro, we create vectors and textures, from which the original font can never be rebuild again.  Here is an outline of how we are using the font:The font file (in OTF format) is converted into a TextMesh Pro font asset within Unity. This process generates a texture atlas and mesh data that are used to display text in the application.The original font file (OTF) is not included in the final application package, as the text rendering relies solely on the pre-generated atlas and mesh. So, having this font in our mobile application, does it count as redistribution, which requires a different kind of license? Hi everyone,I'm facing a line-height issue on my website that seems to be caused by an Adobe Font. The text is displaying with extra white space above, making it look misaligned rather than evenly spaced. I've tried adjusting line-height in CSS, but the issue persists. When switching to a system font, the spacing appears normal.I've attached a screenshot showing the problem. Has anyone else encountered this? Hi There, I've recently embedded an adobe font into a website. The font shows up on Chrome and Firefox desktop only. Hello,I had a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud, and more specifically with Adobe Fonts. I had a large font family installed on my computers, from Adobe fonts. Then suddenly it said that "there was a problem with the font installation"  or "Unable to install this font". I can't use the font that is already installed, because Adobe Creative Cloud says it is not installed. So now a lot of my works in which I used this font are over.Thank you in advance for your help!
