Adobe Fonts

My company designs medical education products and we work with major pharmaceutical companies. Most of the pharmaceutical companies use Veeva Vault as their submission system for medical and legal reviews. We are seeing more and more of our clients move towards using the Veeva Vault system, more specifically Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM). VVPM is requiring InDesign packages to be submitted in order to generate a PDF for the reviewers to use. In the past we were able to simply submit a PDF file for review but now VVPM is requesting the whole InDesign package just so they can generate a PDF and this is making it difficult to submit our projects because of an issue. The issue is with Adobe Fonts. They are not copied over/collected into the fonts folder in the InDesign package. Therefore, the PDF generated by VVPM has font issues which sometimes lead to layout issues. VVPM will substitute fonts if they are not available which will cause overflow text in text frames and make the re

We want to make sure we are onside with licensing for Adobe fonts on our website. How is this handled with our Creative Cloud license? Or do we have to purchase fonts separately for use on our website? And how can Adobe know that we are properly licensed with these fonts? Thanks

I want to use Adobe Fonts in my Youtube vedio.after making and uploading the vedio on Youtube, if i cancel the adobe subscription later, can i keep the vedio on the Youtube w/o problem? And one more question.Can i use the Adobe Font to make my youtube channel art banner?also can i keep this banner even aftrer i cancel the adobe subscription?

Hello, in germany there is a court decision, that webfonts need to be loaclly storaged.Because of this i need to change some website applications and locally store the fonts on my website.How i can do that?I tried to download the files, which are in the css url/src parameter, but it seems not to work. Hope you can help me,thank you very much in advance 🙂

I'm just checking if this is normal. The last few days, everytime I boot up my computer I get a message that a font or two is activated in Adobe Cloud Desktop. Of course when I click on the startup message in windows the message dissapears and opens into the Cloud Desktop, it opens on the manage font page but I don't see the font that is supposedly activated on the list. It's not when I open a program like Photoshop or Acrobat, or when I open a file that has these fonts, just upon boot up of the computer. Is this normal?Cross posted in Adobe Ecosystem.

I am using the Pacifico regular font in Adobe Express and like it for my application so I wanted to use it in Photoshop too, I downloaded the font from dafont.com, installed it on my PC and it works just fine except I nothicd the uppercase L is differnet and of course the style I prefer is what I see in Adobe Express.Any ideas on why this is and if there is a remedy?Thanks.

Does anyone know if they deactivated Rival Sans Black? It was working for me a couple of weeks ago, but now it is not showing up. It has turn my font into Rival Sans with the font style Black. What is odd is that I still have the option to turn on Rival Sans Black from Adobe Fonts website, but when I manage the font it only shows up as Rival Sans and Rival Sans Narrow.

Hi,Im facing weird issue with Fira Sans 2 webfont that missing "upper spacing" on my webpage. You can see that even on Adobe page.Issue causing bad font alignment in ex. buttons. How to avoid it?

How is it these programs just get worse and worse as times goes on yet the cost goes up and up? F you Adobe. These programs suck, and they can barely run even on a supercomputer. I feel bad for anyone trying to use these garbage programs on an average/subpar computer. Nonstop crashing, glitching, bugs. 24/7. Nobody wants Adobe CC Library superquicksavetoCloud, we all want to save to our desktop. Stop asking, and stop trying to force it. "Community guidelines - Be kind and respectful". No. If you aren't going to respect us, I'm not going to respect you. These programs suck and they get worse all the time. If Adobe had any sort of real competitor I would have switched long ago. Overpriced programs that barely work. Ridiculous. Wish I could buy one of the older versions outright and never have to use these garbage versions ever again. Every program is problematic, it's pathetic. Rant over - and no I don't care if this is the place to complain or not. You guys truly suck.

I'm having an issue with the MrsEaves font family. I'm opening documents that were created on a Mac using the MrsEaves fonts. I have the font family downloaded from Adobe fonts on my PC. When I go to open those documents from the Mac on my computer, the fonts aren't recognized even though I have the Eaves font family. I'm having to go in and change them all and it's very time-consuming. Any thoughts? Is this an issue between PC and Mac?

Hi,Just installed CC on may iPad, but for unknown reasons it claims that Adobe Fonts is not part of my subscription. However, having the CC All Apps subscription I assume this is incorrect. Tried to re-login, but still the same message trying to access Adobe Fonts via the CC app. Any suggestions on what's wrong?Thanks in advance,Magnus

I'm trying to find a solid black triangle to replace Zapf Dingbats.  Adobe Font Search can't match that character ; filtering on Ornaments shows a few but only as 'the quick brown fox' or some other word I might enter. So I need to see the entire font and its glyphs or symbols, which I'd like to do in the browser.Seems pretty basic, but I can't locate where I go to see all of a font. Thanks for any assistance!

I installed the Source Han Serif Simplified Chinese font from Adobe. However, when I try to use this font in the header or footer of a document in Acrobat, the text simply disappears. I can use other Chinese fonts (such as the OS included Songti) but not Source Han Serif. Funny enough, I can use Source Han Serif in other Adobe apps (such as Illustrator). But in Acrobat it gives me trouble. I have already tried reinstalling the font (reactiving it in the Adobe CC app) as well as reinstalling Acrobat to no avail. I also tried downloading the font directly from Github, and also installing the Google variant (NotoSerif SC). I also tried this on 3 different computers - including 2 Macs (running 13.1) and 1 Windows 11 PC I still think this issue is related to the font somehow being improperly installed. Hi, I have a really strange problem with my fonts, after activate it i can use it normally every were on my apps, but only if i'm connected to internet. If i disable internet i can still use it normally until shutdown or reboot my pc, then i can't use it anymore. I Must have a connection to see again the font... In creative cc app the font its activated and i see a green check. I have a Zenbook pro ux580ge with Windows 10 pro.Already tried to see if that problem persist on OSX and don't... only on Windows.. and it's very strange for me , because some times i can't connect to the internet and i have to work , but with that problem i can't. 

Last week the Add fonts to Creative Cloud bug was fixed and this feature seemed like it had been resolved. I've added a few fonts in today and it was working fine. Then I added another font and it is stuck on Processing. I removed it, added a previous font that had worked as of a couple days ago and that font and others I've added in are all stuck on Processing now too. I also restarted in-between doing this testing. Hi, I have commisioned a piece of work with an external agency. They don't have the Adobe Fonts and therefore don't have access to Museo Sans that we use as our brand typeface, can they use my licence to access it or do they need a separate licence? i.e. buy another licence. Thanks

I loaded the Lato font 2 years ago and did not have any spaces issues between lower case t and i, f and i, f and f, t and t. When I got the an update of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator beginning of this year it seems the font does not have enough space between the above mention letters. For example:first (the f blends into the i and the dot over the i is missing)solutions (the t blends into the i)capabilities (t blends into the i)fluffing (this one really looks bad - the f's run together and there is no dot over the i)batting (both t's and i merge, but the dot is visible over the i)Microsoft does not have this issue when using Lato. Also, Google only has the issue with the "f" and "i". I've attached examples.Note: After talking to Adobe support, they had me uninstall and reinstall Lato. This did not work.Currently, (as a work-around) I am adding a space between the these letters and taking that space down to 1px to get it to look right. Kerning adjustment did not work.  

I have been having this problem with the font deactivating in my laptop while it shows activated on the Creative Cloud client as well as Adobe Fonts website. Has anyone experienced this and how to successfully navigate through this error?  P.S I am using a work laptop with standard corporate security.

I'm in the process of switching from a MacBook Pro to a PC laptop and most of the Adobe Fonts I'm using via Creative Cloud are working fine in my projects, with the exception of Chalet. I can see and use Chalet London Ninteen Sixty when I access CC from my PC, but I need to also use Chalet New York Nineteen Sixty and Chalet Paris Nineteen Sixty. Those two versions are available in CC when I use my MacBook Pro..... how can I get them when I use the PC? Thank you! - Jackie
