Hello Community!I want to expand the type of courses my learners can take and expose them to deeper rigor than my one-person learning department can currently develop.Any one have any ideas how I can create a "page" or "portal" or "whatever name you give it" that will take a learner to a website like Khan Academy?The Activity Link we can create when adding a module to a course does not do enough for me.To the Adobe Prime Tech TeamI know earlier this year Adobe released connectors to services like MentorManager. Are there any plans to create such connectors to non-profit and not-for-profit learning platforms like Khan Academy?Being able to integrate more rigorous courses into Prime from such sites would be a huge service to small-to-medium size enterprises with limited resources.Thanks!Thomas H.Master Electronics

I am looking at getting Captivate Prime for my needs as a corporate trainer. One of my key characteristics I look for in an LMS is being able to have quizzes or exams that if a student fails, the second attempt comes up with a different set of questions and answers. The second part of my question is does anyone have advice on using Captivate prime without using Captivate? Or is it beneficial to use both? 

Thinking the Flash kill off is the culprit, but wanted to see if anyone else has ideas on why we can no longer load old Flash courses on the platform. We do courseware conversion and have hours on hours of Flash to convert to HTML5. Any ideas on how we can view these courses going forward?

Hello - We are in the financial industry and thus have plenty of annual compliance courses to assign.Our annual compliance course requirements vary by department. I have identified groups based on custom fields from our Active Directory for these assignments (essentially departments).However we do not assign the full compliance load to temporary/contractors (they instead get a very basic set of courses) I cannot figure out how to exclude... ? - assign to everyone in the Accounting group except to anyone who is also in the contractor group. If I cannot exclude how do I assign if they belong to 2 or more groups?- assign to everyone in the Accounting group who is also in the full time employee group. HELP?Thanks!

Hello community! We are in the process of developing some training that branches off into 2 courses in the LMS. Our goal is to create an automatic trigger at the end of part 1 that prompts the enrollment into part 2 using the learning plan feature. However, the issue comes to wanting to exclude a small number of teams from receiving the part 2 enrollment. I was wonder if there is a way to exlude user groups vs just selecting specific groups. We want all but the small number to be pushed into Part 2. This would be easier to exlcude a smaller number group than include the other numerous groups. The only other thing I can think of is to do manual enrollments to control who gets Part 2.

I am looking for specifics on the Course COVER IMAGE.(per Adobe description: an image to represent this Course - this will appear as the course title) I have found ZERO documentation from Adobe on this...   Further complicating this:  Depending which view someone goes into…  this image is cropped differently (landscape vs square).    I have searched and cannot find any sizing suggestions for this image. Incredibly frustrating that Adobe doesn't have this documented, nor does my Rep respond to this question.

Has anyone used Captivate authoring software to create a survey and add it as a separate content item in a course in Adobe Captivate Prime LMS? We are required to collect course survey responses from participants who complete our CE (Continuing Ed.) learning content and we need to report on learners feedback to individual survey questions.  I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and if there are any certain settings within the course authoring software or Prime that were needed to do this?

I tried to open a fresh course via fluidic player, and it crashes. When I open it once via adobe admin panel it works again

We are assigning badges for an annual Compliance certification we are enrolling our learners into, and would like to confirm that each time a user re-certifies, a new badge (with that day's date) is issue to the learner (i.e., the badge is not just issued the first time the certification is completed). Can anyone confirm this?

I have configured single sign-on through jumpcloud. However according to jumpcloud certain email ID's are not recognized in captivate prime. The same ID's are used in captivate prime so this doesn't make sense. I know this problem is there, but I logged myself out of the captivate prime environment, because I used the single sign-on method for internal users ( so including me). The single sign-on doesn't work so I don't have acces to the platform anymore. Can Adobe turn the login method back to adobe ID?

Hi FolksI've just completed a course using Articulate Storyline 360.  It has a quiz where the learner has to attain 85% or greater to pass.  I publish it the usual way, SCORM 1.2, and I get the zipped file.  I can begin to create a new course and add the content, however, with the Storyline file I don't get the option to set the Completion Criteria.  From what I've read I should be able to use any elearning tool and load content in the LMS.  Can anyone help? I did a quick test where I loaded a test file which was done in Captivate and using that format I was able to get the Completion Criteria option. What am I missing?ThanksGeraldine

How do create  a catalogu=ue if  a few of our sources and let an outsude clinet see ut?  I know its sonething to do wuth catalogue and users but lst afer that.

How do I setup my courses where learners must pay before access is granted? In Prime.

I am having this issue where my users cannot enroll in an instance of a course that they have already completed. A lot of times, I create instances for various classes that I hold at my institution. However, a lot of people like to enroll and retake courses as refreshers so that their learning can stick. Do I need to duplicate the course and retire an old one or is there a way that people that have completed an instance of a course can retake a completed course? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! 

Hi Members I need to know how to create a profile in Captivate prime?  I have created a user group (internal) but while adding a user its not giving the user group option as profile. Can someone please help?

I have a class of 200 students taking a course I made. A few have expressed issues with it skipping to the beginning once starting the quiz. There has also been a couple students saying the videos embeded in the course will not load for them. Both have tried mobile and on their computer. I don't want to change the file since only a few have had issues. Are there things I can do to help alleviate these problems for them?

My module 13 'Pandas Python Library for Beginners in Data Science' shows an error which says they are redirecting me to the payment page on coursera and so i am unable to start my guided project . What to do?

I have created a project within Captivate using a number of YouTube videos.  When I preview the project using the “HTML5 in Browser” option, the course runs as I would expect – videos automatically start, buttons are usable, etc.I need to publish this course within Captivate Prime, so I have tried 2 methods:1) Publishing directly to Prime2) Publishing as an HTML5 to my computerWhile both “publish” without issues, when I preview the content, the videos do not automatically play.  The slide timing is the same as video is supposed to be, but it does not play…I am a beginner who is learning through trial-and-error and webinars, and it isn’t working..

By mistake i had uploaded only one certificate and remaining certificates are left. so what can i do to upload all of them?
