I need to use Adobe Acrobat's automatic field detection to make fillable form with fields on on several pages. However, each time, it one automatically detects the first page, leaving all other pages undetected.Is this the default? Or there is something wrong? Is it possible to set it up to do what I expect it to do?Thanks for any help and advice!Peter

Hi all,Before Captivate Prime we did not have a centralzied place where our trainers could reference to see other trainings scheduled, and as a result they were scheduling sessions on top of each other. Now with Learning Calendar I think it will solve the problem, but I'm wondering if there's an non-Learner view of the Learning Calendar, or if there is some other way to easily view a list of the dates/times of scheduled sessions?I would love for them to not have to flip back and forth from Learner to Administrator to schedule a session

Hi Team Is it possible to make a File Submission (Activity Module) a mandatory but still wouldn't require the approval of the instructor? If so, kindly guide the steps.

I am supposed to have admin permissions on my account, but when I login it only gives me the learner option. My supervisor checked on her end to make sure I have the right permission, and it says I do, but when I login I am not able to switch between admin, author or learner. Can you explain why my account is doing this? Thanks!

I am able to delete a user via the captivate api which seems to physically remove the user record.  My question is there a way to "disable" the user via the api by setting the "state" attribute or is it best to physically delete the user record?  just trying to figure out best practices.

Newbie question.I need to create an interactive online course. Adobe Captivate seems like the right program for creating it; now I'm trying to figure out what LMS I should plan for. Students will pay to access this content. But all the videos I've seen thus far for Adobe Captivate Prime are focused on intra-corporation training, and thus say nothing about payments and gate-keeping.So I'm wondering:1) Can ACP work for small businesses wanting to sell access to their courses; and2) Am I likely to run into problems courses created in Adobe Captivate and then published via other LMSs, like Teachable? Specifically, I'm concerned about building in interactive tasks/skill builders, then not having them function if I publish the course someplace other than ACP.

I have started using Adobe Capticate, I created a course. Now i want to set a price and start selling. I don not see any option to set the price and start selling. Also how would i get money once student pays?I am looking for solutions like thinkfic and udemy.

My work currently has an internet. It's a word press like interface. It's an information collection space. Saved webinars, work policies, meeting miniutes, brand stuff, projects in progress.  My question is, I know that Prime has a whole lot of content types , and a universal player. But would you say PRIME could be used for any of the above?  Because, "Meeting minutes" is of course, NOT really a training per say.  Just wanted to throw this out to you frisky Prime users, and see if I'm just imagining things  Alison (Context) Bridge LMS :P... starting to look at our Next LP...LXP?

Hi,  I am trying to upload a csv file for bulk users and have my columns as per the prime example so 4 columns, employee name, employee email, employee job title and managers email but when I map the fields I get an error message which says "Values in the Manager's ID (parent) column could not be processed". "What does the Managers ID file contain" what does this mean and why am I getting it please.

Hello, I wanted to check if Acclaim by Credly is integrated with Captivate Prime? Also, can we create and upload customised badges?

I created a course in captivate and included the Jeopardy game. When I preview the slides the game works fine. I published the course and enrolled as a learner. When I access the course as a learner the Jeopardy game appears but the start button does not work. 

Captivate defaults to listing certifications, courses, learning plans, etc. by showing the latest one worked on at the top of the list. I can then change this to alpha-numeric  "A - Z" or "Z - A" and find and select what I am looking for more easily. As soon as I go back to the list of certificates or courses the list reverts to listings by when they were worked on - most recent on top. This is highly annoying as I have to go back again and sort by alpha-numeric. Is there a way to change the default listing or at least keep it as selected for the login session?

For our use case, we have new hire learners go through a Learning Path, and then for any knowledge checks that are failed, there is formal, documented corrective action/mentoring that takes place. Then, learners take the failed courses once again. Both sets of scores and the answers chosen are kept with the learner's formal record. But I cannot find the option shown in this help article about multiple attempts. The only Administrator options shown for a Course are to create a discussion board. I've created a workaround of making duplicates of courses and then enrolling them in the duplicates of the failed courses, but that feels like an inelegant solution.  Is the toggle not under Settings? 

Hi I am in Sweden and use both Mac and Windown to admin my site. Windows reginal settings for CSV, uses ; (semicolon)  and not , (comma) as sperator. Adobe uses ,  as seperator.My excel, opens up the Bulk user logs with one column i.e, all fields prsented in one column, as it does not recognizes , as seperators.This cause 2 peoblmes1) I need to edit the file in note pad, replace all ; with , and save the file before I can edit it and add users2) when I save this in excel, as CSV the file will be again with ; (as windows default regional setting)  and I have to redo the process before I can uplaod my users.I have seen this issue since 2018 and so far no fix?Have anyone else in Europe or elsewhere had this issue?If so, have you reported this to Adobe and ask for a fix. Adobeäs workaround is to change the settings in my windows machine to use , which is possible. However doing so, I will nit be compatibale with all my colleagues if we share CSV files or any o

Hi..i have created the course in adobe captivate tool in this course i gave Cavrnus room Links these links are opening in web browser but in adobe captivate prime LMS  cavrnus links are didn't opened.it shows the blank page.please help me
