Since the 4-12-2019 update to Prime, I no longer seethe module reset option. Is this no longer available?

How to I post a SCORM captivate project? We don't have access to the cloud function (institution disables this function) to just publish from captivate to Adobe Captive Prime so I need to add it another way?Also, how do I register users from a .csv document or do they have to register themselves and how is this done?I tried using Moodle and it was a nightmare.How many users can use in Free version?

I've downloaded and worked with the Administraor / Reports help doc - but don't see how to get reports of WHO has completed a course and their scoring on Captivate Prime. Please advise.THANK YOU!

I have uploaded six individual Captivate programs as part of a course. People who have tested the course have found problems effectively leaving the course.I want them to be able to complete a segment, then return for the next segment. The course setting is "ordered."How do they properly close out of a segment when finished and be sure it completion is recorded?Each Captivate program (module) ends with a quiz. The setting for the quiz is now "attempted quiz" vs. "pass." this may solve part of the problem. But the setting for each quiz score slide in the Captivate program is "continue." Could this cause the close-out problem? If so, what should the setting be to make the modules distinct - yet still add scores at the last module?Thank you!

I have successfully uploaded and published multiple modules to Captivate Prime, however while trying to publish one particular module it defaults to another for some unknown reason. I have checked module properties and can find no reason for this outcome. Problem is I need both modules to be published. Any thoughts, suggestions, or comments appreciated.

I'm trying to export the report for an announcement. I selected an instance of a learning program as my Object. However, it's not exporting. Learners are enrolled at the learning program instance level (instead of the course instance). Is this a known issue? 

Question for the Prime tech development team:What is the size limit for uploading video content to Prime?I have an .mp4 file format; size below... is this too big? I've tried at least 4 different times over the past two days to upload this content but it just will not go.Help...Thanks,Thomas H.Master Electronics

We have courses with prerequisites, but some of our users have previously completed most of the courses in live training or in a different LMS. Without making the user go through the content again or take a "test out" quiz, is there a way to grant the user completion of that course?Along with that, is there a way to reset the course completion for a user if we find they didn't actually complete the course or they simply need to take it again? We have some users in that situation, and the only thing we can think of is to delete the user and re-add them... but then we lose all of their other progress that we needed to keep, so it's not a viable solution.Basically, we need to know if there is some sort of manager, admin, etc. ability to grant or revoke course credit without any action from the user.Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone!Does anyone know how to delete or change the course's due date? I'm using a default instance, wich doesn't have any deadline set. I didn't created any new instance.I couldn't find how to do it on the user guide and also didn't find where to change it on the platform.Thank you!

Hi,I got a web application in Angular 6. I'm loading some captative courses from an external AWS storage into an iframe in my website.I need to find a way to manage sessions and variables thought cookies so I can flag what the logged user has seen as well as what courses he has competed, keeping in mind that there might be many users in a single computer, so the cookies must be exclusive for each user.Is there a way to achieve this using Captative, maybe with JS?Thank you.

The appear after section where I'm trying to get some text to appear from won't let me create a higher value than 2.9 seconds.Has anyone else had this issue/does anyone know how to fix it? I'm pretty new to this.Thanks so much!

I was going over the 'GET /courses/{id}' api v1 endpoint as I am trying to retrieve a list of CourseInstances, including CourseInstance name, for a given Course.In the returned data, instance 'type' is return, however, this property isn't outlined in the data model.Can I get some explanation on:1. What is this 'type' property being returned2. Can you retrieve a list of CourseInstances, including the name property, using the REST api v1?

I've created a test learning plan. I set up the date for yesterday and gave the assigned learners 7 days to complete. I made sure the learning plan is enabled and I am currently the only assigned learner. However, when I log in as a user, I do not see the learning plan anywhere on my dashboard. Where does a learning plan (or the assigned learnings) show up for a learner?

Is there a way to have training or assessments created and ready to launch at a pre-determined time? I have material for a client who wants training issued on several dates in the coming months, and I was hoping there was a way to have that training go out automatically. I suppose I'm looking for a method of conditional release, but I can't find anything in the forums.Can anyone assist?

I am creating a Captivate program which will contain Premier Pro video. I'm curious about Prime's ability to play video as I read some caution of exporting video for LMS. I will be testing Prime with this program for possible purchase by suing the free 30 days.

They will then load it to my adobe captivate prime account. Once they load it, does that automatically remove it from their adobe captivate etool they used to add the features?Second Question:Can they email me the finished cptx file? If so, is there a special mechanism they must use to send it to me then I can load it to my adobe captivate prime account without giving them access to my adobe captivate prime account? Thanks

Hi All,Please advise! I am creating live training courses and I am located in Pacific Time. I need to create sessions for other Time Zones. In many cases, I will have to schedule training months in advanced before or after Daylight Savings Time starts or ends for certain cities. I'd like to understand if I should be selecting a certain Time Zone depending on if the session date being scheduled lands during Daylight Savings Time or Standard Time? My main concern is the auto reminder sent out for live sessions 1 day prior to training having the incorrect time and how it will flow to outlook calendars if participants have enrolled before the time change happens. Which time zone should I be using for these 3 examples? Mountain Time Choices (targeted city Tempe, AZ) Central Time Choices (targeted city Chicago, IL)Eastern Time Choices (targeted city Boston, MA)Any feedback is greatly appreciated as I need to nail down this workflow ASAP.

I've been trying to get the buttons and click boxes to work and went through lots of articles and videos but none has helped so far. Right now, I'm stuck on a video where you need to add these elements as variables. Then advanced actions is supposed to show up in the Actions section. But, in my case, the Advanced actions is not showing up. Any ideas?I've tried copying templates and using the templates but none of them work. Hello, I have the need to configure access to Captivate Prime with SSO using Azure AD B2C. I have completed the Azure side but when I do the ACP part, the users are not synchronized and it is not possible to register them through the links of the groups. How is the user of the DA linked to the ACP user?Is there a guide or tutorial that I can use? I followed the step by step of this link but said that I should contact Adobe technical support to complete the ACP side (Is this true?). Thanks for answers.

I was happy to see that Captivate Prime introduced the discussion forum for courses.However, and correct me if I am wrong, but I did not see a way to receive any sort of email notification that someone posted in the forum.As an instructor or student - it would be nice to have a choice of getting posts sent by email either once a day as a digest or individually as they are posted. This can help instructors and moderators be more responsive without having to check the forum itself all the time.
