Via the API, I can find information about course status for a user, but am struggling to both get and set completion status for a module within a course. When searching enrollments for a user, I see the listThe end goal is to figure out if a user has completed a previous module within a course, so that we can allow access to another module in an external application.Thank you for any help!EDIT: I found GET /loResourceGrades/{id} under /users with LEARNER permissions, where I can pass the "learningObjectResourceGrade" and get the status. *** I wish this was available to ADMIN users, as well, since only admins can update the status to complete. Now I will have to log in as a learner to get the status, and then log out the learner and log in as an admin to mark complete. ***

Hello,In exploring ACP, I have seen information on learning course evaluations, but I am very curious about the ability to evaluate entire learning programs that contain multiple courses.  How can you evaluate entire learning programs using ACP?Thanks and Cheers!

I'm not sure what the "learner module grade post body" input should be for "post /users/{userId}/userModuleGrade" in the V2 version of the Captivate Prime API. I see that it requires JSON input, but not sure of the exact format and data needed.My goal it to mark a course as complete/passed for a user. I can get the status from "get /users/{id}/enrollments/{enrollmentId}", but cannot figure out how to update it.

Is Captivate Prime suitable for external / public learners?  We want to create a platform where our members (not employees of the company) will have access to the content we create.  In this scenario, they would signup on our website, and then be able to login and get access to content.  The end users would not be part of the company.  Is Captivate suitable for this kind of workflow? What would billing look like in that scenario? 

Leaner has launched Captivate online assessment from Prime and is trying to go backwards to see a previous slide… the bar at the bottom does not allow learner to go backwards… how do I change this?  When we go out of Prime and launch the assessment again, it resumes in the same place.    In Captivate within the skin editor, all options including rewind are checked…

I just started using the trial version of Captivate Prime and I have a few questions1) I accidentally deleted a user. I want to add the user back but is there really no way to add the user back under the same email? If that is the case, I don't understand why.2) Why can't I delete a course after it is published?3) I had someone take a test course and answer a few questions at the end but they cannot seem to retake the course. Is there some way for me to clear their attempt at the course and let them start over?Any help is appreciated.

How do we hide the author name of a course?We would like the author field to be hidden, or the author name to be anonymous when publishing.

Currently have courses in SumTotal, which is godawful. But I'd like to get an idea of what's involved in migrating my courses into the Adobe system.

Hello,I created a quiz in Storyline but published in Prime.  In storyline mode, it allows the learner 2 retires, but when i publish the quiz in prime, it seems the learner can retake the quiz after two tries once they close out of the quiz and reopen the quiz.  Is there a setting in the LMS to allow the user only one click to open the quiz?

In Prime I created a second catalog - how do learners see it? Even though I've enabled it and added shared it internally with all learners I still cannot see it separately when I login as a learner.I did this because I wanted learners to EASILY get to this learning content instead of wading through the hundreds of courses we've got in Prime.Thanks!Regards,Thomas H.Master Electronics

Hi there,Is there a way to allow learners to repeat (or review) a course they passed? We want to give our learners the ability to review the materials any time (and as often as) they wish. I have not been able to discover a way to make this happen.Your help will be greatly appreciated.

1. Is there a way to waive a required course for certain users in an assigned learning plan? For example, if an entire branch is assigned a learning plan that includes Microsoft Word as a requirement, can I waive this particular course for individuals that already have experience and use it on a daily basis? 2. Can users document their own learning experiences by adding it to their learning transcript? For example, if an employee attended a session at a conference and wanted to list it on their learning transcript, can they submit a learning experience for approval?My company is currently using SumTotal's LMS and these are features that work really well for us. I would like to switch to Adobe Prime, but I can't if these features are not available.

We don't want students jumping or skipping modules. It seems the forward button allows them to jump to the next module without completing the one they are currently in.  How can I disable the Prime navigation bar at the bottom?

I have uploaded many modules into my content library and am having a difficult time filtering through to determine what modules have been placed in courses.  Is there a way to run a report showing which modules within the content library are being used in courses?

Hi Community, My apologies if this has been talked about before, but I could not find a proper answer to my question.Why is Firefox not supported with using Captivate Prime?That Adobe has preferred browsers is fine, but I am noticing certain functionality is blocked/unavailable while using Firefox as your browser.Feedback from my learners is making it increasingly frustrating for them to participate in training.Could someone please explain the reason behind this to me?(I truly am just trying to understand and not complain)Thanks in advance!Sincerely,Sean

Hi,I am new to Prime. Captivate 2017 has its own settings for LMS SCORM 2004. But, Prime has it own settings that override Captivate. How can I prevent that?  Should I enable "On Launching Content" only?v/r-WH

Can you add self pace and classroom courses to a Certification?

I am trying to see all of our job aides but can only see about 20 or so at at a time and there is no way to move to the next page or to download a list of titles. I know there are jobs aides being used but I can only see them in the job aide library by searching for them. Is there a report or trick I am missing?

When creating a certification within Prime, which involves with an elearning module, (is it possible and how do I do it), to add an actual certificate in a printable PDF format to generate when the learner has completed the certification? 

I have Captivate Prime on my phone (Sam 8). How do I license it? When it opens it asks for email. I use the email connected to my Adobe account and the application fails.  Any ideas?

Hi ThereA module on my LMS that has been working fine for weeks was flagged yesterday as jumping to completed on the last question slide & Captivate Prime is  reporting a zero quiz score although the learner is adamant they got all questions correct?When I tested the same module it did exactly the same thing however on this occasion I still had a reported quiz score that was correct less the last question that I did not get the chance to attempt.Whilst testing the reported fault I also noticed a previous Learner who had scored 80/100 was now showing as 0/100 against the quiz scores?Any thoughts?Alana

Hi,My trial on Adobe Captivate Prime expired yesterday. I've received  from you an email offering either to buy it or ask a 7-days extension I've clicked on the extension link and I got the option to chat with a customer service agent. At first he said my request was fulfilled, few minutes lates he said he was facing problems and finally he wrote he could't give the extension. Later on, he said there is not option for trial.
