Trying to update a module following the video instructions in captivate prime. I click on the module name select change and choose my captivate 9 file and get a file type error cptx.

Hello,When trying to export quiz scores of users in a new instance  (not the default instance), the file is exported as random  .json  file.If I use another course that enrolls users in the default instance,  I can export quiz scores just fine.This is the error I get in the json file when exporting in the new instance:{"status":500,"developerMessage":"An unknown error has occurred","code":"INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR","moreInfo":"www.acap.com/errors/reporting/InternalServerError","errors":{"error":"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate key com.adobe.acap.reporting.controllers.AdminQuizDataControllerQuestionDetails@64e074a9"}}This is for a paying client, so it would great if I could get a fast response/fix for this - Thanks-

how do I enable feedback for my courses ? help me urgently...

The Admin-Feedback Settings page allows me to edit all the questions except the mandatory question. How can I do that?Also, is there a global enable/disable for requesting feedback? I completed a course and never received a request for feedback. The Reminder Setting is set to On Course Completion.

Hi there,When I preview my quiz through Adobe Captivate (Preview > Next 5 Slides), I can go back and see the review of my quiz.  However, after I have uploaded it to Captivate Prime, that ability is lost.  When I go back it just shows the answers that I gave.  I published directly from Captivate 9 about three times with different settings.  Nothing appeared properly when signing onto Captivate Prime.

Captivate Prime will not let me use the same test in both the test-out section and in my main content section. I tried renaming the test in Captivate 9 and uploading the renamed test but CP said I had already uploaded the test. How can I use the same test in both sections?

The only browser that seems to work okay with my learning modules in Adobe Captivate Prime is Safari.  However, some of my friends who are helping me test content cannot see video in Firefox and the link to sending an email does not work in Google Chrome.  Am I missing something when I publish my Adobe Captivate 9 files directly to Adobe Captivate Prime?

I've had two users now report that one of the sample courses (Business Communications) doesn't allow them to complete the course.  They get through 3 of the 5 modules, but are unable to complete the 4th and 5th modules.  They get an error "Cannot skip modules in an ordered course".  Unfortunately, they're not trying to skip modules, they've watched and completed the first three modules, but are unable to complete the  4th.  How do I fix this sample course?

Is it possible to add additional courses to a learning program after it (the learning program) has been published?  I'd like to push out my Learning Program with the courses I currently have developed, but I know as I create more courses, I'll want to add them to the program as well.Please let me know.ThanksJen

I created a external certification and the learner atached a file with the certification. This certification is with the state: pending approval. It is supposed that the manager needs to approval the certification. How? i am with the trial version studying the product to be our LMS system. If I change to the manager profile I dont have any notification to approve.

How can I delete a file in the Resources section of a draft course? How can I reorder the files in the Resources section of a draft course? If the answer is I can't, please consider my questions to be a feature request. Thank you.

Hello,Having an issue publishing content - Have Captivate 9 - imported powerpoint file and interspersed questions and slides.   Publishing out of Captivate into Prime via PC,  Slide numbers are getting replaced with hashtags, and there are random blocks of text missing.  When in Captivate,  if i preview in browser it all looks fine, if i preview in browser html5, the issues show up  (same as when I publish to Prime)I have none of these issues when publishing through captivate 9 on mac os  (the problem is that its trial since i was trying to determine the issue)anyone have any ideas????????

Just wondering what the differences are between shared vs. private settings in Prime when adding a new module?Thanks, Marissa

Hi, not sure if this is more of a Captivate9 question but I've uploaded a captivate assessment module to Prime for the end of a course, it works as intended but when I complete it and then hit the 'Continue' button nothing happens. How can I make it behave like the default Prime Learning modules where you are taken back to the learner home page? At the moment the only way I can do this is to hit the cross on the top right (circled in red below):  Best, James

I am having difficulties uploading videos to Adobe Prime that are longer than about 5 MB / 1 minute. I need to upload videos of about 5 minutes. Note: The videos all upload easily to YouTube.On one typical movie of 13MB it uploaded to 38% 5MB then the loader cycled back to 9% and up again to 27% before dropping back.  This occurred several times until eventually an error message flashed up for a couple of seconds.  I have tried several times with several different videos all with the same result.I have also tried putting the videos into Adobe Captivate and uploading them this way but this also fails.

We are in the process of trying to choose our new LMS, and I think Prime has all the features we need, however, we need to be able to integrate our current HRIT solution with our LMS so that the LMS can at least pull employee information like name, title, department, manager, etc. and thus will keep our LMS up to date. I did not see this feature mentioned anywhere. Is this possible with Prime?Thank you,Tanya

Hi, I've setup some users and I'm ready to invite them in now but no one has received their welcome email yet (have checked clutter/junk). How long does the welcome email take to arrive usually?I chose not to send out welcome emails as I was setting up users, so as not to bombard people. Instead, I selected a user and then picked the 'Send Welcome Email' action but so far no one has received it (about 1 hour ago now). I did get a pop-up saying that the email was sent successfully:

Hi, I'm trying to edit my profile but can't edit the 'Profile Info' ie I want to capitalise the H and T in 'Head of Training'. Given how often people change job titles in my org I can see this being a big deal if I have to tell them that this cannot be changed later down the line, can this be done?On top of this, the bits I can edit (seemingly profile picture and 'about me') wont save my changes when I hit save. Is this a browser thing? Is it recommended to use any particular browser over the rest? I'm using IE11 on Win10 at the moment.Many thanks

Hi, I've been testing Captivate Prime, but I've really struggled with adding users via the CSV method. In the end I deleted all the people I'd added so far thinking that I'll just do it all in one hit once I've figured out the CSV situation. I'm now ready to re-add some users but I'm not able to do so as the 'email address already exists'I did see a message flash up when I deleted them initially but as I'm in trial mode I didn't take too much notice. I'm not the first person to do this, and I'm sure I wont be the last...it might be worth rethinking this approach? Please can someone advise on how I can add people back in to the system after they've been removed? Worst case scenario I can use alternate addresses, but seems a bit extreme.Many thanks in advance!

I copied a previously save and uploaded Captivate file and then renamed it and uploaded it to ACP but ACP just copied the module over the first module.I would like to be able to copy several Captivate files, change a few things and upload them to ACP.Doesn't seem to work.Thanks, Rick

I am new to ACP and have tried to get 3-5 new learners registered an logged in. Challenge to get them registered. Do they really need an ADOBE ID? I work for a small nonprofit that's interested in purchasing Prime to provide training to our clients. Ideally, we would like users to have access to courses for a limited term--say, 4 months. Would any Prime users happen to have some suggestions for managing users who may or may not take subsequent courses? I understand that once a user is deleted, he/she cannot be added back. But given our particular use case, it doesn't seem wise to delete users upon the conclusion of a course because they may return later. Thanks!

Hi,I'm the L&D Manager for an Accountancy firm in the UK. I need to set up an LMS for the business and came across Adobe's product.I've had a look at some of the tutorials and played around in the sandbox, and I like what I've found so far.Could any of you that use Captivate Prime, especially as an Admin or Manager, please let me know how you've gotten on with it? Our clients want us to deliver draft storyboards as either Word documents or PDFs. Before I go ahead and purchase Captivate 9, I need to know if this requirement can be met. I appreciate your help and advice. -- Sue

I have published a Cp8 module and during playback the game widget won't play. tried different setting and republished with still same issue. any help?
