I just updated to Premiere pro and media encoder this morning. Now I cannot encode and I really don't know what the issues is. Can anyone help explian why i cannot encode?Thanks!- Encoding Time: 00:00:4410/27/2021 02:55:05 PM : Encoding Failed------------------------------------------------------------Export ErrorError compiling movie.Export ErrorError completing render.Writing with exporter: H.264Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users\laywa\OneDrive\Desktop\117 Secondary.mp4Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:00:00:06 - 00:00:00:16Component: H.264 of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: 3------------------------------------------------------------- Encoding Time: 00:00:3310/27/2021 02:57:12 PM : Encoding Failed------------------------------------------------------------Export ErrorError compiling movie.Export ErrorError completing render.Writing with exporter: H.264Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users\laywa\OneDrive\Desktop\117 Secondary Caregiver.mp4Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:0
Hi there. After a more recent update, can't really put my finger on it but my loading Screen of Media Encoder changed to this white Theme for example which i don't think i had before, the H.264 audio doesn't work like it's supposed to be anymore. When i render my files in H.264 with the Media Encoder and just open them, everything seems to be fine, there's actual audio. However, as soon as i drag the rendered H.264 files into Movie Studio Platinum 13 it's only dragging in a Video Track and not a Video AND an Audio track together like it always was. Here comes the really weird part : when i export audio only with H.264 through the Media Encoder and then drag that file into Movie Studio Platinum 13 it's showing the audio track perfectly fine. Just when i export Video and Audio together into one file throughout the Media Encoder Movie Studio Platinum is then only able to detect the Video Lane without the Audio Lane which i never had before. I hope someone can help me with this... Cheers
I've recently finished a project and when I try to export my ME and Premiere Pro keep crashing. Only two days ago I had successfully exported a version of it that gave me no problems. I've recently updated the latest software in PP, ME, intel and Nvidia and it did not solve the problem. I've tried to revert to previous versions and it did not work either. In addition, in PP the home screen disappear and instead I have a black page. I am using a Dell XPS 15 9500, 32gb ram, Intel Core i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz, with Nvidia GeForce 1650 Ti. What can I do? I'm getting very frustrated.
Since last week I couldn't queue AE comp into ME so I have worked around and exported into a MOV file and then drop in ME to export to desired format, which doubles export time. any suggestions on getting these too apps back connected.
Hello, my goal is to encode a 10-bit depth file with as much space-efficiency as possible (for archival purposes,) and so I am interested in HEVC encoding. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Video_Coding#Profiles there are different profiles, levels, and tiers available for HEVC, and they correspond with options within AME's Encoding Settings panel. Can anyone clarify the following: For profiles, "The Main 10 profile allows for a bit depth of 8 to 10 bits per sample," but doesn't seem to guarantee 10-bit depth encoding. How can one guarantee the result is 10-bit?Also, "The Main 4:2:2 10 profile allows for... 10 bits per sample with support for... 4:2:2 chroma sampling" (as opposed to 4:2:0), but Main 4:2:2 10 is not an option in AME, correct? For levels, the article says "A level is a set of constraints for a bitstream," and outlines what bitrates each is capable of encoding. Why should one not simply choose the highest option, Level 6.2, and

Hello, Everytime I compress/export a video longer than about 20min (estimated file size > ~1GB) either my Adobe program crashes, or my entire computer crashes (turns off without warning and reboots). It happens when I either encode/export directly from Premiere, or send the video to Media Encoder, and happens about 2-5min into the encoding process. It's a new problem (both programs were working fine until last week). Hi,I would like to export video from Character Animator via Adobe Media Encoder but AME repeated saying "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted" even the file is there. What can I do?
Anyone having an issue where you have a Premiere multi-track composition and you've queued it to render in Media Encoder, and it's just rendering out with random "blips" of audio desync? I'm getting a ton of these "blips" from just rendering a 25min composition. I know it's not the composition because when I render it straight from Premiere with the same output preset, it renders just fine. Any advice on how to fix this? It would be nice to beable to background render again.
Hello, people! Suddenly, my Encoder stopped working. I use it to transcode files to import in Premiere and to export from Premiere. But when I try to do that, Media Encoder opens but does nothing... Don't load the file either...

AME says "Your system's hardware does not support hardware acceleration for the current settings" How do I find out which settings are incompatible? I'm happy to change the setting so that it is compatible, but I cannot work out which one is preventing hardware encoding. How do I find out which setting?(and yes my machine has the required intel CPU, I've used hardware encoding on it before) Thanks
Recently updated OS on MacBook Pro (2018?) to Big Sur. Since then, when Exporting to Queue from Premiere Pro 15.2, Media Encoder 2021 (15.2) gets stuck on the splash screen saying "Loading Importer QuickTime Bundle". Trying to reinstall Media Encoder 15.4 using Creative Cloud desktop app but the download/install is extremely slow (over 1 hour). I'm seeing multiple threads about Premiere Pro getting stuck Loading Importer QuickTime Bundle. Is there a solution? Has anyone had issues with Media Encoder + Big Sur?
Hi there, I cannot figure out why I'm facing this issue. I set Media Encoder to store the cache and preview file in a Hard Disk named D (one that I use only for cache), as you can see in the image attached. Premire Pro has the same settings, to store cache in D. But for some reason, the audio preview file is stored in C (where the programs are installed), as you can see in the second image attached. Someone could please help? I'm doing something wrong?
Hi there,My Adobe Media encoder 2021 freeze on lunch. No code error !Freeze on loading ExporterAVI.prm, do you have any solution ?System : Windows 10 Thanks a lots !
I have a 1080p 60fps 7 minute video that I made in After Effects that I want to render. On After Effects, Media Encoder, and Premiere Pro I have the CUDA GPU accelerator turned on. When ever I try to render the video, my GPU usage stays are around 8-10%, as if its not being used at all, and I see my CPU as 8-17%, and only four of the 12 cores in my CPU are being utilized, and its not even to the fullest. I don't know how to fix it so that its actually utilizing my GPU. Please help! Specs:Ryzen 9 3900X64GB 3200MHz RamRTX 30802 2TB m.2 NVMe SSD
After installing Media Encoder and Premiere, App won't open completely and crashes.I've tried installing 5 earlier versions but still always same problem occurs.
I am trying to export a project from AE into ME for rendering. The project consists of a video file with chromakey effects applied to it over a background image. The preview in AE shows no issues but when the project is rendered in ME (the export format is H264 for an mp4), the background image is there and so is the audio for the video but no actual video. I attempted various solutions including clearing my media cache and changing settings but no avail. I've been working on this project for far too long and need to get it out. Thank you! I'm using AE and ME 2021.
Recently the audio is completley out of sync after rendering. Now even the videos I rendered prior to having this problem are out of sync. Other videos that I did not create are fine. I found out through support, for another issue, that ME is having problems with h.264 format, but I don't under the videos that were already rendered and working fine previously are now being effected. I've tried watching the videos on my other mac and I'm having the same issue. I've already reached out to Apple and they couldn't help. iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) 16gb
Hi everyone,So I have a Intel i5-10400F series CPU, which doesn't have an integrated graphics card. But I do have a GTX 1650. When I was rendering my video through Adobe Media Encoder, it basically just runs on my CPU rather than my GPU Do you guys know how to move rendering from CPU to GPU?
Is there a way that Adobe could link previous exports to new ones? When rendering out long sequences, if an update needs to be made to a small section of your video, and you have to re-export, being able to select just the in and out points of where you made the update and exporting out only that section to the previous file would save so much rendering time. I know for workaround I can import my export and put it on top of original edit and fudge things, but there would be very slight quality loss. Being able to link exports and merge certain time codes would be a game changer.
I am getting Out of Memory errors creating proxies. I'm using a Dell Alienware M15 with 32GB memory, Windows 10, two x SSD, and I have Windows automatically manage the virtual memory. AME is version: 15.4.1 (Build 5).In AME I have allocated 26GB to Media Encoder and 6 to everything else. I am rendering h.265 10-bit 4K clips to h.265 720p proxies. After a few clips it starts to error with Memory issues. BTW. The reason I am creating h.265 proxies is that h.264 doesn't support high frame rate video. At least AME doesn't support it. Any ideas for what I can try? I have received a few updates to fix Media Encoder problems. All those update claims to fixed minor problems. Great! Now that those minor problems are fixed Adobe Team will have time to fix major problems like the randomness of their application. For my part I have to downgrade from the new version to be able to export film from animate or After Effects.
Latest AMD driver 21.6.1 - latest AME 15.2 and it just BSOD my computer everytime I try to render in H.264 - any solution on the horizon? Tried to include the .dmp but this forum apparently do not allow that
