This page says that the Quicktime Animation codec is supported for export in AME.https://helpx.adobe.com/media-encoder/using/file-formats-supported-export.html#video:~:text=HD-,QuickTime,Animation,-Apple%20ProRes%20422%20Proxy I'm running AME 14.3.1 on Windows 10 and this codec doesn't seem to be listed anywhere. Is this information up-to-date?
Hi everyone. I'm experiencing a weird problem. I have my project all set up in after effects. Then I go to File>Export> add to media encoder render queue. Then it sends over just fine. However, the text gets changed to gibberish. See the screenshots below. I have no clue what the problem is or how to fix it. So if anyone can help, that would be great. Thank you! After effects view: What i see in the preview for the media encoder Then what the final video comes out to be:
Hello,I have a fairly powerful HP Z8 workstation with an NVIDIA Quadro P5000 (16GB) and 64GB of RAM. And I thought about the possibility of parallel coding of sessions, which now seems to be unavailable.Could you add this feature to a program update to get the most out of workstation's resources? Thanks
Hi Guys, I am having trouble with converting a .mp4 file to .mov using adobe media encoder. When I try to open the converted .mov file i get an error. I attached a screenshot. Thanks in advanced
It seems that since the beginning of h265 support in AME, it's impossible to encode interlaced data content ; the field order choice isn't available, and my tests using profiles "same as source" always deinterlaced the video. I've asked support but all the people I talked to couldn't answer me. Has anyone manage to do it anyway ?Thanks
I am transcoding old DV/DVCPRO tapes that I captured in PPRO v14, when I use MEdia Encoder v14 to transocde to Pro Res 422HQ, the resulting file is shorter than the original by many minutes. Funny thing is when I compare the content, they start and end on the right frames, but the 422 file is about half the length it should be and when I watch it seems to just skip or shorten shots. Any ideas on whats going on?I am also surprised at how quickly it converts a 20min file and it doesn't even use all my computer processing power. Help! Jeff Jeff
I had the issue, my computer it isn't the best option but ago after months Media Encoder worked successfully. It isn't because of error of my PC, not the software (I tried to restart my PC and reinstall the software "lack of success"), not the drivers (I realized checkup yesterday), not the disc inner (I have 720gb free), I don't know why the failure.- Source File: C:\Users\aleja\AppData\Local\Temp\Presentación.prproj- Output File: C:\Users\aleja\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0\Secuencia 02.avi- Preset Used: PAL DV- Video: 720x576 (1.094), 25 fps, Lower, Quality 100, 00:01:45:20- Audio: Uncompressed, 48000 Hz, Stereo, 16 bit- Bitrate:- Encoding Time: 00:01:4406/23/2020 05:54:02 AM : Encoding Failed-------------------------------------The Operation was interrupted by user-------------------------------------- Source File: C:\Users\aleja\AppData\Local\Temp\Sin título_4.prproj- Output File: C:\Users\aleja\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0\VID_20200625_131815_1.mp4- Preset Used: YouTube 7
when i "add to AME queue" (14.3.1) from After Effects (17.1.2), it results in the render hanging 4 out of every 5 tries. restarting a render makes AME draaaaaag like crazy. 1 in 10 tries will crash my computer completely. and when i bring an APR422HQ in AME, i never know when it is going to add a random green frame. i honestly believed nothing could be worse that AME2019 and i'm kinda blown away that i could be so wrong. please stop releasing such buggy versions. please?MBP 2019 2.4Ghz/8GB, Intel Iris Plus 655 1536MBOS catalina 10.15.5
I have a brand new MacBook Pro (16 inch, 2019) with the following stats:Processor: 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9Memory 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB I am trying to render a 14 min 4K video in the Adobe Media Encoder Version 14.3.1 (Build 39), however, it's extremely slow and causing my computer to lag. This doesn't happen on my Windows desktop computer, that only has 16 GB of memory. This should not be an issue at all. What is going on?
I'm exporting from Premiere and when I try to use the Queue appear empty... There is no video to start render. Very strange. Some help?
Hi, We running Adobe CC Media Encoder 2018 (12.1.2) Recently we had issue with Adobe Media Encoder where some of the media failed to encode with error Export ErrorError compiling movie.Render ErrorRender returned error.Writing with exporter: H.264Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users\vpms_admin\Desktop\72811459.mp4Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:02:57:22 - 00:02:58:12Rendering at offset: 118.960 secondsComponent: H.264 of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: -1610153867
Rendering on ME slows down the rest of my iMac. Struggles to work properly. It slows down my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015 with 24GB memory) to 1/3 of its usual speed. Copying and pasting a text from one app to another will take around 3-4 seconds (as example of performance). I tried using only 8GB allowed for ME, but seems to do no effect how many memory I allocate for it.Closing all applications has no improvement, still get a slowed down performance (like just moving the windows around my desktop get slowed down and jumpy). Only when rendering, as soon as it ends rendering everything goes back to normal.Render speed seems normal, so ME works fine, it just overwhelms the rest of my iMac.
I have created an animation in Ae and go to render. I get the error message that quicktime doesn't support the file and have then moved over to rendering in Media Encoder. When I do render through Me, the file does not save the way I have made it in the project. i.e. my animation is on a white background, when I go to render it saves it on a blacked out screen, can't see anything properly. I am fairly new to many of these programs, and I have made sure the transperency and compositions are correct on Ae, but still nothing. Does any one have any solutions, please? Thank you.
I've just updated Premiere to version 14.0 and Media Encoder to version 14.3.1. As long as I've used Premiere. exporting by clicking on the Queue button loaded the file into Media Encoder and then I started the export. Now when I hit the Queue button, there is a momentary flash of a dialog box( which happens so fast that I cannot see what is says), then the Media Encoder window opens with no file listed to export. Can someone help with what is happening here? For now, I'm having to use Export instead of Queue, and am losing the ability to work in Premiere during the export.
Since i updated to Media Encode 14.0 and now 14.3 I have not been able to export anything from Premiere. All attempts end up 'Failed' with "accelerated renderer error" I have been able to export from After Effects and converting Quicktime is no problem. I have tried trashing my Premiere prefs - still doesn't work. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Premiere and Media Encoder but nothing works. Exporting straight from Premiere is fine. I am currently on Premiere 14.0.0

Hello all, I've been trying to export an AS11 in version 14.3.1 of Media Encoder and the content of my video looks OK (video after 10hr starting time), Encoder has done something very peculiar to my bars. I've added some screenshots of the original bars (image 1), and the bars after they've gone through the AS11 export in Media Encoder (image 2) Does anyone have any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks in advance!
Working on an Adobe Animate project.Trying to import an mp4 file which it will not. Looking for an FLV. Encoder, however, does not have an mp4 to FLV converter. How do I convert an mp4 to FLV?
I have a gif I made in Photoshop that's only 4 frames, and a friend who knows more about animation than me said to export through Media Encoder. What steps do I take for this simple 4 frame GIF?
