Adobe Media Encoder

I want to export 4 K Video Content to upload it at Adobe Stock.I would like to use MOV with ProRes HQ like suggested.If the Video content length is longer than 21 seconds, the filesize is larger than the allowed 3,9 GB.What would you suggest for MOV export?Most of the users export MOV with h.264 codec. Is it possible to export this out of premiere or media encoder?Thanks for your help!

Hi, I shot and edited a friends wedding a few years ago. The DVD has been damaged and they would like an original copy. I'd like to upload the complete video to Vimeo, but the master files is over 4GB. Does anyone know a good way to reduce the file size and maintain the quality? Many thanks Philip 

I am trying to export my project to Media Encoder and the connecting to Dynamic Link Server just keep loading until it says Failed to connect to Dynamic Link Server. I try to export from After effects but the project never shows up in ME. What should I do?  (ME 14.7)(AE 17.5.1)Latest update 

So, i’m encoding a lot of stuff usually while working on other things. but i can’t. Here’s why: As soon as i’m switching to another application like writing a mail, or going to finder, my processor clock goes from full boost clock (5ghz) to 1ghz. As soon as i change to media encoder it goes back up and it renders like 5 times faster. So as i know, media encoder is "Made for transcoding in the background" but since it is not performant in the background it makes no sense. Any workaround here? is this a feature of MacOs or is media encoder to blame for this?  Best Regards.

I'm trying to export a pixel animation onto my computer however I can't figure out how to export it so that it's not blurry. I've tried many different settings. Please help!  

Hi have a problem with adobe media encoder CS6, in media encoder preferences I change the Display Format to 25 frame timecode, I import a serial of TGA (170 frame) to media encoder as a TGA image file Sequence, this serial generated from 3D Max and ToonBoom applications, the specification of TGA serial 1080 50i "1920X1080 - upper filed - 25 fps", when I import the sequence, media encoder recognize the sequence as 1920X1080 - progressive - 29.97 fps, in interpret Footage options window I change the settings of the sequence to upper filed - 25 fps, and I export it to quicktime mov 1920X1080 - upper filed - 25 fps uncompressed the problem: the duration of mov file is 06:20 and that is correct for 170 frame as 25 fps but the mov file not contain all tga serial image, the image freeze at time code 05:16 (frame number 142) and duplicate the frame 142 to the rest of movie file if I don't change the frame rate in interpret Footage options window for the tga sequence which media encoder recogn

For the last week I have been trying to export a 4 minute video, I've never had issues before but now all of a sudden every time I render it randomly just freezes and does not move any further. The program doesn't freeze or crash it just dosent export any further. Has anyone got a work around for this? My specs areGeforce 1070Ryzen 7 2700x32gb ram Asus b450 mother board

Hi, I rendered a video (about 30 sec) and it stutters often in scenes with a bit motion and extremely in scenes with a lot of motion23,98 fps, 1280x720 (goes for footage, comp and rendering) I use h264  The bitrate doesn't matter. I tried it with a lot of different bitrates, it never worked. (from small to big)Just 2 days ago I edited a similiar video and rendered it with the same settings and it worked.  I rendered it once with MPEG4 and it didn't stutter, but the quality was terrible and a lot of thigns didn't match.  Can anyone help out? Thanks 

I've tried every solution in this forum - I think- but I can't start the AME 14.1, 14.2 o or 14.3.1I have to install a 13.x version to make it run.  I'm on Mac Catalina 10.15.6, but it happened with the previous version as well.Caches have been deleted, app has been reinstalled, WSMgrCfg deleted as well, I can't open the app yet.  Suggestions? Thanks.Cristian.

Hi,I have a Windows 10 PC with this hardware:CPU i5-7600K16GB DDR4-3200Nvidia GTX1050TiWith Davinci Resolve 15, on this machine I could export a 7 minute video almost in real time at 24 - 27 fps giving a render time of about 8 minutes.Now I switched to Premiere Pro CC 2019 and with Adobe Media Encoder 2019 the same 7 minute video takes more than 1 hour to export.This is totally crazy!!It seems like it's not using the GPU at all during encoding.The CPU goes to 100% but the GPU stays at 0% all the time.It seems to use Software Encoding instead of Hardware:and in media encoder under Rendering there is this selected:Nvidia Drivers are update to the latest version (417.01).How can I fix this ?

I use Adobe from 20 years... but I can't find a way to fix it.Please, I bought my new PC for editing. I installed adobe cc and premiere and AME.version Premiere 14.7version AME 14.7In premiere everithing is ok. When I click queue in export panel AME starts and open itself.But nothing appeaes in the queue tab like usually happened. Why? never happened. I search in web some solution, but none fixed it. Please help me.  

If you bring it from AE or PR to ME, 10 will be the highest value no matter how high the CBR of H265 is entered.10 or less can be set freely.If you try setting a still image in ME, you can specify CBR10 or higher. I tried various things, but it didn't work ... What could be the cause?Also, when I bring it from AE to ME, I often cannot see the export setting screen saying "The source could not be read". Is this also involved?If you know anything, I would appreciate it if you could reply.Thank you.

There's like no documentation on this thing I can find, there's a place you can look for more info in the premiere forums but this place is a ghost town.

I'm trying to render out a clip and although it is centered properly in After Effects, when it gets to Media Encoder, the whole bottom is cut off.  wth is going on?  The first is ME, the second is AE

I'm trying to render an AE comp by sending to AME queue that has the OpenColorIO plugin in it, but it keeps failing. The error log says "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted." I have narrowed it down to the OpenColorIO plugin as the one piece that causes the render to fail before it even starts. When installing the plugin it is just a drag-and-drop into the AE plugin folder. Can I add this plugin to Media Encoder? And if so where do I put it?

Been seeing this error way too much recently. I'm trying to export a video from Premiere Pro to Media Encoder, on a MacBook Pro.  (Both programs are up to date as of today.)  I'm used to seeing Media Encoder open automatically upon pressing "Queue".  Now, however, I get an indication that the video is exporting - I don't know where - and Media Encoder doesn't open automatically.  When I open it manually, the video's nowhere to be found.(I've set up the video to save in "iCloud Drive," but I can't find it there either.)Please help ... thank you!

I have seen a hundred posts about this issue dating back at least 6 years, and I haven't seen a consistant solution.   I am running the latest AME (14.6) and AE (17.5.1), but every time I push a comp from AE to AME the dynamic link error comes up. Since I pay over $600 a year for these programs, and I spend about 20% of every workday trying to fix or find a work around for some issue with these apps, can someone walk me through a solution to fix this error?   My system is macOS Catalina 10.15.7, 4 GHz Quad Core Intel i7, 32gb RAM.

Hi,I have been using media encoder for a while now.I initally had 8GB memory on my laptop, which houses a 4 physical core (8 logical ) core CPU.I usually encode videos at 4k resolution for uploading to Youtube. I recently opened up my laptop to upgrade to 32GB RAM.  It has made my system more fast, when using Adobe Apps. However, I see no speed up in the encoding of my videos.   I have a 13 minute video currenly beinfgencoded at 4K,  It says the estimated time is going to be 7 hours. I opened up my Resource Manager, and I see the system is only using 49% of the CPU, and only  47% of the memory, and 3% of the disk while the encode is going on. There seems to be a lot of horsepower in the machine that is going under-utilized while encoding with Adobe Media Encoder,, what should I do to get maximum resources to be used solely for encoding. Additional info:I have CUDA enabled GPU, with the latest NVIDIA drivers,  my GFX discreet GPU is

Can I render in adobe media encoder with alpha channel? Or a similar encoder? I'm basically want to make lower thirds and import it in vegas afterwards... I can't use greenscreen in the bg because the colors get messed up... So i basically need tranparency... Anybody can help me out?
