When opening the Media Encoder application, an error message appears:- Error:Could not load library: sx32w.dll. What should I do?
Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with exporting a sequence from After Effects. The requirement is to export it as an mp4 file without audio, using the H.265/HEVC codec. Additionally, the target size is 12032px x 96px, with a frame rate of 60 fps and a duration of 20 seconds, as it's intended for display on an LED strip. The predicted file size is around 20 MB, which is good. However, every time I try to export the sequence, I encounter an error message:Error during export Error compiling the film. Here are the export details:Error during exportError compiling the film. Error during export Encoder could not be created. Writing with exporter: HEVC (H.265)Write to file: ....Final.mp4File type is written: HEVCTo timecode: 00:00:00:00Component: HEVC (H.265) of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: 3 Could the error be related to the size? Exporting at 12032px x 200px works fine, so I'm wondering if there's a minimum height requirement for HEVC encoding. I'm e
Is it possible to add additional columns to the Media Browser, such as Date Modified? How would I do that? Thank you!
I realised this today. It's not the first time this happened to me.I had to leave the PC to render overnight. Project from AE. (besides all renders in ME are painfully slow, for example if I put same source files into Premierepro and export directly from there it takes fraction of the time )So I started exporting. estamined time was 7 hours. When I was leaving the PC 4 hours passed, 3 hour left. I turned off screen and left.In the morning ( about 8 hours later) after turning on the screen I noticed that export time got stuck. 4hours passed, but estamined time was now 10 and half hours... Just afterwards the progress bar and passed time started to move again.( my media server has power options set to never go to sleep, never turn on screensaver, all power savings are turned off) I'm used to render a lot overnight ( not just video ) and this ( and slows renders from ME in general ) it's really annoying. Does someone experience a similar issue? is there any solu
Ayuda amigos!!!Todos los video que exporto desde after effect a Media encoder para procesarlos me aparecen asi; parece como que no sale cortado del lado izquierdo y se ve esa parte en el lado derecho como lo puedo solucionar
Hi, Can anyone explain why everytime I use media encoder my program monitor closes down in Priemer Pro? I then have to go to Windows>Workspaces>Editing to open my workspace EVERYTIME I use media encoder? Why? This has been happening for around a year. I thought it was a bug but I guess it's not? Thanks, David
Does anyone know how to fix, when I tried exporting my footage in media encoder it changes the original color. I need help ------WHEN EXPORTING IN MEDIA ENCODER----ORIGINAL COLORS
I made an animation in Adobe Animate, and exported it to Adobe Media Encoder, the preview looks fine and just as I want it to, but when I open it depending in what program, it either has a black screen with slight glitches or just a straight up black screen. I have tried many settings such as changing from software to hardware, different presets in both animate and encoder, resetting preferences, I genuinely don't know what to do
I'm pretty sure that you used to be able to preview your content in Media Encoder but I can't seem to be able to do that now.So I can select a range to be exported but I can't actually watch what my selection is!Is that really the case? How am I supposed to select the bit I want to export based on the audio?Or simply know exactly what I'm exporting? Why isn't there a play button in the export settings window???????
This error happens to me constantly when trying to create proxies for 4k footage (usually happens on longer clips 4+ minutes in length). I've already tried every different proxy preset ingest setting, even made a few of my own in Media Encoder. Nothing seems to work, errors out at the same timestamp. Posting Media Encoder logs as well as system specs, not the best PC but this still shouldnt happen, please let me know if anyone can help ! I'm using Media Encoder V.22.0 and Premiere V.15.4.1
Hi,So, we already have the 2024 version of the encoder. Nevertheless, to my shame, I still cannot figure out all its rich possibilities. I found out that there is no special filter for deinterlacing. But so far I can't find a way to add something from the filters that are installed in Premiere without opening it. So, how can I use the filters installed directly in the encoder? When I start it, I see their list running through, but where are they, how do I apply them? Thanks.
Macbook M1, All Apps and OS automatically updated. This used to be smooth, but now it feels like a clogged pipe. I hope you look into this.
When I export MP4 from AME, it will not play in Media Player, but will play in MPC-HC. I looked up a "fix" for this, and it says to use hardware accellerated encoding. Well, the preset settings show Progressive checked but grayed out, and if I try to change the Encoding Settings from Software to Hardware encoding, I get an error message "Your system's hardware does not support hardware accellerated encoding for the current settings." I'm following the same workflow that has always worked before, which is rendering to Quicktime Animation compression and compressing to MP4 in AME. I'm on the latest version of AME on a new computer with i9-14900K and RTX 4080 Super GPU. I just updated the driver to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I tried disabling the checkbox shown disabled in the Preferences Media tab to see if that would turn off Hardward Encoding and fix the problem, but it had no effect. It's not that I particularly need it play in Media E
I have exported a few videos from Premiere Pro CC 2019 through Media Encoder that don't have the color grading in them. I have done research online and followed some directions. My custom luts were in a folder, in my movies folder. I then copied and pasted them into the proper folders inside of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (LUTs-Creative forlders). I even removed the lut and reapplied them from the dropdown inside Premiere Pro under the creative tab.All apps are up to date. Exporting inside Premiere works as it should and fine for quick couple minute exports but anything I export with some denoising done takes forever so I need this to work properly. What else can I do?IMac Pro3.2GHz Intel Xeon W32 GB RamRadeon Pro Vegas 56
Hi! I am converting hundreds of video files which get posted to YouTube. We remove the raw background noise using Encoder and apply a still watermark. This is good.I would like to replace the audio with the same audio file, with a voice and our business music theme (no copyright issue). I do not see an option in Encoder to replace audio.Does anyone have a workflow to do such a thing? I don't want to reformat the video file - just replace the audio. Has to be part of an "automated" process. Files go to a folder. Media Encoder does its thing, gets uploaded to YouTube with very little interaction by this tire human - because I am doing hundreds of these every few weeks. Thanks!
No es posible exportar la composición utilizando Media Encoder, trabajando desde LionBox.Alguna idea de lo que puede ser?No exporta ni arrastrando directamente a Media Encoder ni tampoco enviando desde After Effects.Gracias : )
Hi, I flagged this years ago but its still present within v15 AME. The AS-11 preset, no matter what the start timecode of your sequence, or even if you manually change the timecode within the preset stripes in 09:59:30:00 to the file. We deliver commercials which have a starting timecode of 09:59:50:00 and promotions with 09:59:55:00 starting timecode. No matter what you setting you use, if you export with the AS-11 DPP preset it changes the timecode to 09:59:30:00. Please fix!
when I export video from Adobe PR and AE in mp4 format. It shows the glitchy screen stuck and audio only. I tried cleaning the cache and turning off hardware acceleration but nothing worked. The video size is just 500 kb which is also very strange, it should be around 15 to 20 mb. plzz guide ...........
I am attempting to export a video about 35 minutes long, in High Quality 2160p 4K and in the H.264 format. I have tried to export twice. The first time, the video appeared to have exported normally (using GPU acceleration), but in playback in VLC media player, and the standard Windows media app ('Films & TV') the video fails halfway through. The second time, I switched to Software only as the renderer. It took 1/2 the time to export as the first time, and appeared normal, but again failed 3/4 of the way through in playback (note that it failed at a different part of the video). I have exported before with GPU acceleration and all the other same settings, albeit not a video quite as long, in the past, with no issues. How can I fix this? Thank you.
We have several AME watch folders set up to run automated transcoding for incoming media. Is there a way to set up AME to run as a Windows service so we can avoid running it in the foreground? We are running the latest version of AME.
Is there any advantage to run a jpg threw media encoder and have it render a png. is that png goint to offer a better edit excperience i think thee may be an advantage but it could be wishful thinking on my part topaz has a softwear they claim can produce raw but i wan't impressed i
i recently upgraded to OSX Catalina (finally) and as such, updated all my Creative Cloud apps (to 2020). I had issues trying to open Premiere Pro the other day, but eventually after trying a dozen times, it opened. Now that i've edited my video, Adobe Media Encoder won't open. it does the "Verifying Adobe Media Encoder" and then just stops.... nothing. at all. i eveen tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. can anyone point me in the direction of how to make this work? i really gotta get this project done!
Hi everyone,I've some H.264 video that has no GPS data, but I'd like add them in post-production during the encoding. In the Media Encoder metadata window there are GPS fields but I'm not able to edit them as you can see in the image:Do you know any tricks to achieve my goal ?I'm working on Adobe Media Encoder 24.11 (build 2) but I've the same problem in Adobe Premiere....Thank you all in advance.Simone
HiWhat are currently the smallest files with alpha that can be created in Media Encoder?I need them as proxy files with alpha in PP. (I know how to make an ingest preset etc.)Many thanks in advance, David EDIT – it should be a very edit-friendly codec 🙂
