when I logged in today, to ehance a podcastI had finished, the entire UI changed, and now nothing seems to allow me to do ehance.  I select enhance set the parameter, but then there is nothing to start it. I saw the message the the audio has to be transcribed so I did that and still nothing.  I even tried exporting the file to see if that is where it was happening but file is identical.  What going on, this site was my goto since it came out, not it is not usable at all.

Right now I need to download the audio and edit it in audacity.

Uploaded files have been processed but I'm not able to download them. Download speeds are a few kbs and ETA on a ~100mb wav is 6 hours.I've tried Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Safari with all extensions disabled. I've also tried using 3 different internet connections all with different ISPs. I use it everyday and 12 hours ago it worked fine.

I finished editing my podcast, and then I tried to export it. At first, I wanted to do an audiogram, since that is what I normally like to do. However, I kept getting a message that said it failed and to try again. I did so many times, and it never worked. Therefore, I tried to just download a wav, and that didn't work wither. MP3's won't download as well. Nothing works. Is anyone else having these issues?

I cannot figure out how Adobe puts its name behind an app that supposedly is going to create podcasts that cannot even handle a 20 minute audio file. The app is great when it works, but lately it’s all sit and spin. Adobe, if you cannot figure this out and support it-- then pull the app and stop wasting people’s time.

Recorded a audio and video podcast via the studio and now audio processing keeps failing. Can’t download original recordings so does that mean it’s lost forever or is there a solution I can try/do?

Added two (2) .wav files. Each 16:14 in length. Processing never ends. Sliders do not stay to specified settings. Time is deducted from Account, even though audio files are unusable

Enhance Speech is taking an original Spanish audio and taking it to a strange unrecognizable language. is there a setting to "help" Adobe Podcast identify the correct language? 

There’s a sample podcast on the home page when you create your account, with something about Mark Webster.  I’ve tried to delete it but it just keeps on appearing.  Any ideas how to permanently delete it?

No matter what file I try to upload  it won’t trainscribe? MP4 WAV ACC etc. It worked perfect first time then just stopped? Its only a 27 min clip Audio only, ideas 

Hi all, I have recorded a podcast with two speakers in Adobe Podcast and would like to download the original recording with the two speakers as separate files, however, only one of them will download. The other one only downloads half of the file. Have tried this multiple times on multiple different computers over different internet connections and the problems persist. Is there any way to recover this file?? It plays fine online, so it’s all there.  Thanks,Emma

I uploaded a large .MP4 file - 17 G 4K - and the process was in a spinning Finishing mode for over 30 minutes. 

Hello,I recorded a podcast using Adobe Podcast with three guests. I had sent them the link but after the session, despite seeing the transcript on the screen, I was unable to access or download the recording or transcript. It subsequently disappeared. Now, the system says I don’t have access. It does not show up under my projects.This was a one-time conversation, and I cannot re-record it. I was the host and launched the session from my account.I now urgently need help recovering the file.Is there’s any way to retrieve the recording and transcript? 

I purchased the license in November 2024, but for the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to use it. The tool keeps prompting me to buy a new license. Adobe support confirmed that the license is active in my account, but they told me I need to post here to resolve the issue. How can a product I paid for still be in Beta status? 

Any backup of my enhance voice that I Enhance froma done podcast because I accidentally deleted my audio from device so I want that same file so any chance he store ina dobe podcast account
