As a new user of this product and a new member of the group, I have to admit that coming from a radio background, I was initially skeptical about the potential output. However, I've been very pleasantly surprised! The way it handles audio condensing and the production value it offers for a home studio make it a great plugin. When paired with the ability to remove unwanted background noise, I consider this a significant step in the right direction for the brand. Overall, it's a fantastic production suite for the creator. Nice job.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help.  I recorded a podcast using Adobe Podcast.  Recording and editing went well.  I hit record again to a 23 sec closing statement and it is not transcribing and now it is perpetually stuck in loading mode.  I can hear the audio, but there is not transcription. The loading circle will spin for hours if I allow it.  I have cleared all cookies, restarted and rebooted my laptop as well as trying different browsers and nothing.  Since it is stuck in Loading, I am uable to download the MP3 file. Has anyone experienced this before? This took great effort scheduling with mulitple people and would be highly difficult to re-record due to scheduling challenges.  Thanks! Michelle

 click download, it changes to downloading then back to 'download' and nothing's happened. I tried on Firefox and Chrome on desktop  Any solutions?

File extension or content not currently supported for enhancement

Adobe Podcast touts being able to identify and separate speakers, however it is not doing it for my .wav file.  It won't even allow me to edit and add in where a new speaker should be with the edit function.  There seems to be very little tools on the podcast page.  I have paid for the upgraded podcast version. Can someone tell me how to get the speakers to be separated when translating?

When enhancing audio on podcasts of two independently microphoned speakers who are live in a studio or in the field (even with the best microphones) the enhance speech tool is often unusable.It is unusable even when there is no cross talk (two people talking at the same time)This is because in the audio file for each microphone all throughout the conversation the microphone will still pick up a faint trace of the other person speaking and try to bring it to the foreground.This creates a LOT of extra work hours in a long format podcast and often makes the tool more trouble than it is worth.There are some 3rd party ai tools already doing this so I'm imagining the team at adobe can easily adopt this feature.I have contacted these 3rd party companies and they do use models that train on the material which is problematic and unethical for most podcasts that do not have subjects sign agreements to allow their voice being used to train ai models.If there was a tool to simply split the audio (

Hello everyone, I have purchased the Enhance Speech subscription and I wanted to clean up old Persian audio files with this program, but unfortunately the output of these files is very incomprehensible and has sounds (for example, a semi-mute person trying to speak) that are very strange and drawn out for a Persian-speaking listener. Please advise what I can do to fix this problem. (This problem exists in both version 1 and version 2)Thanks

I click on Download for the enhanced audio and the button changes to downloading and then reverts back to download.  I have deleted recordings and then reuploaded but it makes no difference. I have Premium access.

For about a week-and-a-half now, any time I upload a file to Enhance Speech, it fails immediately without any explanation; It just says “Enhance failed” alongside the name of the file I’ve uploaded. I’ve ensured the files are all M4A files, no larger than about 500mb, and have even tried enhancing files I’ve successfully enhanced in the past. I’ve tried this across two different computers (one PC and one Mac), and three browsers: Chrome, Edge, and Safari. All browsers are up-to-date, and I’ve cleared the cache and search history  on each. There was a recent post about this made by another user that’s marked as being solved, but doesn’t offer any repeatable steps to fix, and doesn’t explain what fixed the issue. Can someone please help?

i was sent a podcast recording and they insist that they are on seperate channels however, they are both in the same track.  So, is there a way to remove the much louder speaker so I can hear the second one?  I can then put both tracks into my software and level them out.  Thanks.

Where have you moved the feature to download a simple txt file of my edited transcription? This is the main feature that I use from Adobe Podcast Studio. After the new additions of video features, I can no longer find this option.Also, I cannot determine exactly what changed but it has seemed more difficult to edit the transcription recently (compared to before April 2025)

We have recive three invoices in our Paypal account and we don't know anything of them. The three are 9.99 and we suppose that they are from a suscripción, but we don't remember any suscripción and we don't want it anyway.

 I get an unknown error, it doesn’t matter if the file is .wav or .mp3, the size of the file is small (less than 2.3 MB) and it was tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, same error in all 3, the connection is stable and fast, so the only thing that comes to mind is a program failure, any solution from adobe side? Was working perfect yesterday.

It's helped me so much!I use it to produce transcripts of the audio & video interviews that I do for my radio broadcasts. Today, I used it to edit a video and supply it with subtitles for the first time.I have 2 questions on this:1) After having corrected typos, etc. in the transcript and having produced a subtitled video I would like to translated the transcript into German and add that translation as subtitles to the same video - so that I have a German and an English version. Is that possible? If so, how?2) Is it possible to adjust the subtitles, so that I have 1 or 2 equally long line(s)? In my video, I sometimes have a full line while the second line might only contain one or several words. I'd like to have a block of 2 equally long lines. Is that possible? I am trying to enhance some audio files but notice that the size of the enhanced mps audi files is atleast 6 times more than that of the original audio. Due to this its taking me forever to download the enhanced audio on my syste,m. Is anyone here facing similar issues and can share a way out please?

Every upload takes forever, & ends up failing. What is going on?

Hi, my audio uploads get stuck at “Finishing” and never complete. I tried different browsers and file types, but the problem is the same. Is this a known issue? The same thing happens with transcribing them as well.

I have a podcast episode nearly complete, but a portion of the interview I tried to upload the audio file (it was recorded outside the web-based studio), and it's stuck in an upload loop. It will not complete uploading, it's just spinning in a circle, but I have no way of deleting it. The timing of the file has been added to the total time, so somewhere the Studio is recognizing the length, but can't complete the upload. Any tips? I'd love to just delete the extra file, but I can't. 

Hello Adobe Community,I’ve been using Adobe Podcast to enhance my video’s audio for a while now, and it’s been working perfectly every day. However, today, I’m encountering a problem. Despite following the usual process, the audio enhancement feature isn't allowing me to download the final result. I’ve tried multiple times, but every attempt ends with no success.This issue is particularly frustrating since it was working flawlessly just yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try, or is this a temporary issue from Adobe’s end?I’ve already checked my internet connection and cleared my browser cache, but the issue persists. I'm sure I'm not alone, but is anyone else finding they have to upload their file twice before Adobe Enhance Speech accepts it? It just started happening for me last week after they were having issues with the site.

I will probably be cancelling my subscription before the end of the free trial. Here's some feedback: 1. The audio enhancer feature works well, but it took 6 times before I was able to upload my mp32. The "studio" (Beta) didn't work at all: it said it had enhanced the audio, but nothing had changed. This happened twice. 3. Editing the transcript is too complicated: my podcast has the word "Kop" in it, which by default was transcribed as "Cop", but there's no feature to "replace all", so I don't want to go through 57 minutes of audio transcript to find eaxh example. There were many other errors apart from the name, and the transcript included words like "um", which is unnecessary. 4. The idea of turning the audio into a video using the feature (I can't remember the name) is a good one, but there's no way of customising the background image I uploaded. Nor is there a way to automatically create segments for the audio, for which an image can automatically be selected, too.

v2 doesn't seem to recognize the entire vocal correctly, leading to a lot of 'drop outs'--moments where the audio cuts back and forth between enhanced and un-enhanced audio. I like the warmer sound of v2's enhanced audio--I'd just like to be able to extend it to the whole track. Otherwise the end result is filled with tantalizing moments of how great it could be, but ultimately it is not usable. v1 recognizes all of the vocal, but I like the warmer v2 sound. Are there any ways to help v2 recognize all of the vocal? I tried adding some light background noise to heighten the contrast and help v2 distinguish between the voice and background, but it didn't work. Has anyone had success with other methods? Thank you 🙏

What's with the 4-hour daily limit of enhancer? We're paying for premium and are a busy studio, we often need more than 4 hours a day but there seems to be no way to even pay for this?
