Adobe Scan

 The app used to be very good but from a month or so. Whenever i go to scan the screen is dark as shown above even if there is good light available. And the scanned document is also dark. Deleting and reinstalling does not seem to fix the issue. I don't know what to do. 

I have used adobe scan long time. Was always able to open scanned documents in Acrobat. When tapping Acrobat icon in Scan, Acrobat would open the scan as an adobe acrobat doc. Now I get error message "Unable to open Acrobat Document Unknown Error Occurred" how can this be fixed, this is how I used to save Acrobat docs on my iPhone now cannot do that .. thxD

How do I sync scans between two different devices

I'm running Version 20.03.09 on my S10. I only use the FREE support but I do love it, the OCR is better than anything else I've used to date!!I also love that I can now Copy To Device (at least I never noticed it before), but ... when I go into the Save To ("hamburger" on the left) to choose a location, I think it is inappropriate that I can UNMOUNT (EJECT) my SD card from there!  Hopefully I'll only do that the one time, but why would I ever want to do that from Adobe Scan?  Also the touch area is relatively small on the phone screen and it's too easy to mistakenly hit the EJECT icon!  If there are developers listening, this is hopefully an easy suggestion to implement!

I am trying to use Adobe Scan to scan A1 and A2 drawings to pdf. After sent the file will print out OK, but when trying to scale looking at the image on a screen, measuring tool does not seem to correspond? Is there a setting for these size drawings within Adobe Scan?

Can Adobe Scan be used for personal and business use or is it just a personal licence?  Would be very useful for all my colleagues to use Adobe Scan as working remotely but concerned that we may infringe the user licence by using it for business?

Hello Folks, I need help to retrieve my account. I had created my adobe account with my Facebook Account. I no longer have access to my facebook account. How can i get into my adobe scan account? I have access to the email i have had the facebook account with.  I have had very important documents in my account so it is very important to get back into the account without facebook. I just signed up for Adobe Scan. I see that my scans are sent to efse2jign7@privaterelay.appleid.com. what is the transmission path for my scans and what does this email mean? thanks, Rob

How to share scanned document on Adobe Scan app as pdf in A3?

Many of the online forms require me to submit documents as jpg, right now I have to resort to using another app. Pretty much all competitor scanning apps offer this feature already.
