Adobe Scan

I am using Adobe Scan app on Android. The app functions well and saves as a PDF. Whenever I try to open on ANY other app, I get an unknown file error. I do not wish to reopen every single app and convert it to a usable file type to use on my Adobe reader, so how can I correct this severe programming error within the app, or is there a quick work-around before I leave a review? Thanks!

I have used adobe scan for a long time. No problem with printing it. Recently these couple months, when I try to print a document it came out small not the actual document size. I love to use adobe scan it's a perfect scan app ever. Please! please help me fix the problem. Thank you so much!

I am Chinese and if I want to use this app, I have to switch the nationality of the App Store to another country, such as Hong Kong or Canada. If I switch the country and region back to mainland China, then I will not be able to use the app, and after scanning, the homepage will still be empty. I'm a student studying design. I really need this application. I often use it to scan sketches and convert them into electronic manuscripts.

I use adobe scan on my Samsung Galaxy S8 for school and I have to turn in lab reports weekly. Resently I've had a problem with the first page showing up upside down. When I go to fix it by rotating it, it will show up right side up from the home screen and when downloaded or tapped on it will still be upside down or will just remain upside down without pretending to be right side up in the home screen. I'm not sure if this is just the modifications just not going through or if its something else. I don't believe I am scaning them upside down because the rest of the pages are fine. I hope there is an easy fix because I like how easy this app is for me to turn things in, but if I cant find a solution I will get points off for turning things upside down and will have to use something else. And when I use the term "home screen" I mean the page where you can see all your scans. Also all my first pages are graphing notebook paper, maybe thats the issue? I recently changed phones from iphone SE to iphone x, the Adobe Scan app loads but when i clik to sing into my Adobe account there is just a white screen with 'Close' in the top left corner - it goes no further.  Any help greatly appreciated.

I tried to scan a document for the first time which has an only page, but I failed.I have never used Adobe Document Cloud, so I have no idea why the storage limit has been reached and I cannot use the app.All I want to do is to use Adobe Scan successfully for nothing. Could you let me know how to solve this problem?(I'm just a beginner of English, so please forgive me even if there is a grammatical mistake.)

Is there a setting to prevent a scanned containing sensitive information (SSN, bank acocunt number, etc) to NOT be sent to the Adobe Document Cloud or any location outside of my iPad? Thanks,Philip

After emailing a scanned doc from the app, how can you verify that it was sent? Is there a "sent" box like in Gmail, or some other saved area I can check?

I used Adobe Scan on iOS for 599 pages. App crashed as I hit save. It says I have no scans. Can I recover my scan? iOS 13.3.120.01.07

Mapping of folders on sd card and the root folders of the phone 

I accidentally deleted all my Adobe Scan files from my phone (Pixel 3a). Now, all the files are gone. It seems there is no way to recover these. Don't you also think it's an incorrect design to be able to delete all files without a warning or a confirmation and then have no way to recover them? Extremely frustrated. What am I going to do now? These were my scanned copies of receipts for $10K worth of expenses to be submitted for reimbursement. Now, I have to pay these out of pocket. In other words, Adobe Scan cost me $10K + monthly subscription fee. Next time, I'll take a photo so it's synced with Google Photos and I can't delete them (they go to deleted folder for 30days to be able to recover). Please escalate this to Scot Belsky. It's more important to not lose files than correcting creases, etc.

I understand that Adobe Scan App does not work offline. If this is indeed the case, then this is extremely POOR software / App design. I need OCR functionality even when not connected to the internet and being online should not be a requirement. Why on earth would such a RESTRICTIVE design decision be made?! AP

Is there a way to put a signature on your scans when using the mobile app rather than seeing scanned by adobe scan get the app

I have multiple scan files that I would like to save to Dropbox. I placed a checkmark in the box to select each one of the files, but when I save to Dropbox, only the first file is saved. So, I have to keep repeating the same procedure of saving to Dropbox for each file individually. Is there a way to save multiple files to Dropbox with one command?

Hello I just downloaded the Adobe Scan app and Adobe is charging me with a 34.48CAN . The transaction on my debit card is showing ADobeExport. I didn't authorize any payments and I ask please to be refunded as soon as possible. 

I used the iPhone app adobe scan about 2 months ago and now I have no idea now to access my scans. I've looked in the app and on the cloud and nothing. These were incredibly important docs how do I get them back?? 

La aplicación me parece muy util por lo que decidí suscribirme. Después de 1 mes, decidí ampliar la suscripción por un año (del 13/01/2020 al 13/01/2021), pero a primeros de febrero dejó de funcionar y me pide me suscriba de nuevo.En el servicio técnico de Adobe me dicen que cancelé la suscripción mensual y no encuentran la anual.He intentado cerrar sesión y volverla a abrir. Anular la aplicación y volverla a instalar. También volver a suscribirme y  me indica "La compra se ha completado. A la espera de que se active la función" pero no se activa, también me indica "Error en la suscripción. No se ha podido completar la operación, Error de AccountService 4)".Tampoco funciona la opción "Restaurar compras anteriores".Tengo un iPhone XI i IOS 13.3.1 actualizado.El hecho es que recién he pagado la suscripción anual y no puedo utilizar la aplicación.¿Podeis darme alguna solución? PLEASE include the option to open one page and apply "no crop" to that page and then apply to the rest of the pages - like you have for colour. The scanner NEVER crops properly and I see no way to take it off auto crop.
