Adobe Scan

I have some letters from a German relative typed in the late 70s on blue airmail paper. I've scanned them in and converted to Word doc so I can use DeepL translation. However, the result is just a black page. Help please! thanks. 

Howe can i use this camera as default

I've scanned in several docs over the course of several months but now the app made me sign in & provide my DOB and NONE of them are there now???"You don't have any scans"where can I find them???

I have used adobe scan before but my docs aren’t showing up anymore. It says it keeps saving my PDF’s but I can’t find them. Any idea where they are or why they aren’t uploading? 

I used to be able to scan documents and now when I do it after I take the picture it says saving it to pdf and then I can't find it like I used to. Did something change? What do I need to do to find the document after I scan it and save it to a pdf? 

hello,  On the 17th of January I scanned many documents on my mobile adobe scan app and saved them as pdfs but I can no longer find them on my phone. Please, help me find them because I really need those files.Thank you.ruxandra

As is, Adobe Scans allows the user to save the original images, but it should also allow the user to save the processed originals to the camera roll. There is way more value in saving the cropped and processed images than the untreated image. If I want an untreated photo, I can always use the camera app.

Hello community, I scan old magazines and create pdf files from them.Today I tried to create another magazine, scanned all the 68 pages, changed to color of all pages to original, browsed the pages backwards just to see it every page is right and then suddenly the app crashed. I restarted it and there appeared the first three pages and the others were loading. Then the app crashed again and when I tapped on it, I saw the main screen with my previous scans. I tried to load the photos but all the photos the app took were not there. Even not in the iOS gallery. Something went really wrong and it makes me really angry that can start all over again without knowing if this happens again! Any advice or is it just a bug that needs to be adressed? Thanks in advance!

Hi how can I set The Scan to default to original color when I take a picture of my notes?

I've used this app on my iPhone 6 with iOS 11 for about a year with no issues, but after the recent update to 12, my scans air print with huge margins, and the document size is shrunk within the page. Sometimes it's as much as 75% smaller,  though mostly it's 25% or so. I can't find a setting for this and the small print makes the app practically useless for my needs. Help?

 This is my problem i meet after scaning a paper using IOS

For some reason I now get the watermark "copy" on newly scanned docs. Is this a new limitation for free Adobe accounts? Otherwise, how could one remove this? 

I sanned documents (actually long receipts) in a portrait mode. But when I reviwred them they were scanned in a landscape mode. So i had to rotate them all manually. Is there a way to keep scanned documents in portrait mode?

I see a charge on my bank account that I am not sure why I was charged. States "Adobe ExportPDF"??? Thought

Can the scanned images be converted into images in jpg format 

This is for Adobe Scan Version 20.01.07 on iOS 13.3. The screenshot window that you open by tapping on the screenshot miniature at the bottom left of the screen immediately after taking a screenshot, where you can edit the screenshot and crop the area to share or save, does not play nice with Adobe Scan. Every time that I try to share the snapshot with Adobe Scan from the screenshot window, Adobe Scan doesn't see any data. And if I tap first the share button, then Adobe Scan, and then - upon seeing nothing in the small Adobe Scan preview window - I tap Cancel in stead of "Review in Scan", things go really wrong. If I again tap share, then Adobe Scan, nothing happens. I need to tap twice on Adobe Scan for it to respond. I fiddled around with this and pretty quickly my entire iPhone froze on the sharing menu of the screenshot window. No reaction to any tapping or pressing the home button. I regained control by locking the screen with the power button and then unlocking it

I was so excited when I found this app because I am entering a lot of recipes from my cookbooks into MealBoard, a meal planning app. I was happy to take a picture of the humorous descriptions of recipes and the directions so I could copy/paste instead of typing everything by hand. At first I went recipe by recipe but I thought it would be good to be able to do more on the go by having all recipes saved in Adobe. So I took pictures of all the recipes to be saved in a single document. This totaled 71 pages, some sore muscles from holding my iPad and the book where they would get the least glare, and about one and a half hours of my time. When I finished, I was relieved to be done with that major hassle, only to discover that it wouldn’t take text from documents more than 25 pages long and furthermore, there was no way to split it up into three documents. If I tried to go back, it warned me it would delete the whole thing, so I had only two options that I could see: delete 2/3 o

Hi, new forum user here. I'm having an issue at the moment where I have tried to share pdf files from my document cloud to my Facebook page. I can open the pdf, click share and create a link to the file and then paste it into a Facebook post. However if I click on the link or if any page visitors click it we get an error message (see screenshot below). I tried restarting my device - no change. I signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in and this fixed one file link but when I repeated the process with another file I get the error message again. Can anyone help resolve this issue please?
