Adobe Scan

Hello! I have some PDFs saved in Adobe Scan, but I didn't realized that some pictures came out automatically cropped. I see that there's an option to modify the PDF, and I could successfully do it with some more recent files, but I found that with some elder ones  I cannot bring the single pictures in their original version anymore. Is there a way I could retrieve the original pictures from those PDFs?thanks! 

Cannot get my paid / Purchased Adobe Apps from Apple iOS  App Store to Allow me to use advanced options on The Apps I purchased ( they are purchase App Only Apps ) not subscription apps !! it recognizes my email & Adobe account so why is it not allowing my Apps from App Store to work fully on my IPhone ?? 

App was freeze while sharing the documents. Doesn't work any option in adope except scanning, there no use only scanning the documents, not shareable to any one. Please resolve ASAP.

I have used Adobe Scan before and installed it again on new my iPhone. I have enterprise CC subscription thru my employer. Last week, I took pictures and added existing photos to the pdf and it was fine. Today, I wanted to add a new page to the pdf but Adobe Scan gave the following error:the operation could not be completed dcfsfilesystemerrordomain error 3I tried to share it and export it, it did not work. I tried accessing it thru the document cloud (https://acrobat.adobe.com/). I could see my other pdfs but not this one. Last resort, I rebooted my iPhone and now the file is totally gone.Searching thru Google and this forum shows so many people experiencing a similar problem. How the hell a product with such a big bug or issue can be offered? I'd understand if the cloud sync is delayed but corrupting the file is unacceptable for an enterprise grade product. Acrobat is a fine product but Scan is certainly a very shi??y one. When I go to share a scanned document via email, the Adobe Scan app automatically creates the email and inserts a default signature, which consists of my name, employer and cell phone number. I assume I set up that signature at some point, but now my employer has changed so I need to edit it. I can manually edit it each time I am about to send an email, but would like to find a way to edit the default that the app prepopulates when creating the email. Anybody knows how to do that?Thank you in advance

Android version of Adobe Scan has ID Card scan feature, but it's missing from iOS version. Has anyone else observed this? Is this deliberate?

Wenn ich mir ein eingescanntes Bild anzeigen lassen möchte, tippe ich in der app auf den Scan. Es steht da allerdings nur dass es geladen wird und es öffnet sich nichts. Vor 1 Woche ging das noch ohne Probleme. Ich habe mich bereits ausgeloggt und eingeloggt und sogar die App deinstallieren und wieder neu installiert. Leider keine Veränderung. Ich bitte um Support.

Adobe scan not opening on I phone 

Tengo Adobe Creative Cloud de pago. Hoy escanee tres expedientes. El primero, de 12 hojas, lo grabó sin problema. El segundo, de 100 páginas, me puso un aviso a las 25 páginas de que gracias al abono premium el soft me permitía escanear 100 páginas de forma seguida, así que así lo hice, y al terminar cambié el nombre al escaneo y puse GUARDAR PDF. Luego, me dispuse a escanear un tercer expediente, y la cámara ya no me funcionó durante unos minutos, dando una falla de cuelgue sin control del teléfono. Cuando pude volver a usar la cámara, y escanee el tercer expediente, saqué 41 páginas, cambié el nombre al archivo y puse GUARDAR PDF. Al ir a Home, me encuentro con que solo estaba apareciendo el primer expediente de 12 páginas, esto fue hace siete horas. Aún no me aparecen en la Document Cloud ni en mi app del celular el segundo y el tercer escaneo, sigue solo apareciéndome el primero. Como no tenía configurado "Guardar imágenes originales en la galería"... ni siquiera puedo chequear si

Auto image capture is working but unable to click manual camera.

I have a IPhone 11. This app is not proper work in my mobile. i.e Click button not work therefore i am scanning in a automode. Automode is time killing. Hence it is requested that this above problem have make kindly solve.

Please add larger landscape and portrait page sizes for the PDF creation. Page sizes like 11x17, A2, 22x34, A1 would be very helpful. These larger sizes are commonly used for engineering drawings.

When I press on the circle, right below the indication "document" nothing happens. The only way to scan is by using the auto scan option which I don't prefer most of the times. Any opinions on that? I have reinstalled and rebooted several times. iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 15.4

I'm using the Adobe Scan mobile app on Android, which I like a lot.  However, it automatically applies the "Auto-Color" filter to every page I scan with it, and I don't like this. I can switch it back to "Original Color" which looks much better for me, but I have to do that for every page that I scan, which can be very tedious with multi-doc scans. I cannot find any settings or any way to adjust this.  Is there a way I can have it use Original Color by default instead of automatically applying this Auto-Color filter? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

I cannot simply capture photo on adobe scan manually, whenever i try to click it doesn't capture the picture. Unless i turn auto click it is not capturing any photos. Also i tried uninstalling and installing the app back still the same issue 

Since upgarding to ios 15.4, I cannot manually take a photo of a scan- I can only use auto capture. When I hit the camera button it doesn't do anything and my camera privacy settings are enabled How can this be fixed?

Adobe Sacn was working perfectly, then all of a sudden while scanning a document, the scanner scanned it by the photo didn't click. I tried clicking photos from my camera and it works fine. I have restarted my phone several times. But still it did not work. Moreover I am unable to click photos manually in the app. Please help....

Hello, theres this issue after the updates, when we use the add photos option in an open project in adobe scan on iphone, they send us to this tab to browse where the photos are unorganized, previously we were able to navigate to albums view and pick photos from there in a more organized way which is not possible anymore after the update, anyone know whats the issue?

On my Android Pixel 4a I keep getting Notifications from Adobe Scan when I am NOT using Adobe Scan and have NO pending scans. The Notifications always say Don't forget your scan - nothing else and no explanation. I have nothing pending, I am not even using Scan at those times. How can I stop this message?
