Adobe Scan

I am using Scan on Android and need to change the default email app as I recently changed employers. Not my login email. How do I do this?

After I upgraded to the latest ios 15 and with the latest app version available on the app store,  I am unable to get into the app.1. When I sign in. It shows - You are successfully logged in.2. Then immediately shows - Unable to sign in. Please try again later.3. The catch here is that I am able to login to the documentcloud and see my documents there.4. I tried to login with other account id - got the same error.5. I tried login in with my account on my other apple phone running on ios15 - got success. What I already tried:1. Restarting my phone.2. Reinstalling Adobe Scan several times3. Definitely looks like some version or cache problem in my apple iphone XR. Please help!! 

How doni transfer my phone fiels to my computer

I signed up to the free trial of premium but whenever I try to use file merge it claims I need to subscribe. I then click on subscribe and then it tells me I have already subscribed. This is on Android. I have checked my account page and it says I have subscribed there. I have cleared the cache and restarted but nothing has made a difference so far.

Hi, The PDF are saved and I can see from my phone. But when I open Creative Cloud on my computer, they are no files. - Both phones and PC are logged on same account - Creative Cloud Synchronization is OnWhat can I do to access the files from the PC?

Adobe updated yesterday can't open pdf's

I have scanned a document an hour ago and hurriedly saved it. But somehow it was not saved. How to get back those images? Thanks.

Respected sir, it's not possible change the file name. The rename of a file is not available. Please fix the problem as soon as possible otherwise I will uninstall this app.

Why Adobe Scanner often sign you out from App in phone (Android) and it does not remember id or password at all. This is fustrating.

I don't know why, I can create pdf easily but when I upload it or send it to other it says that this pdf is not accessible!! But the same things had been going right I have made lots of pdf and send it to others then it was ok but now I'm facing accessibility problem. Please let me have the solution for this as soon as possible thanking you!!

Hi,i did some important scans last week and today I needed them and opened the app. They showed up but the app crashed then. When I restarted it there were all my scans but just not the important ones from the one day. I've already looked in the document cloud but there are also exactly not the needed ones. Does anybody know what I could try?thank you 🙂my device: iPad Pro 2020 iOS 14

Whenever I make PDF'S it will auto crop which is irritating to me because some important numbers or words will miss and I have to click NO CROP for all images if there are more than 100 pages how can I click NO CROP option time waste process. So I came here for a request that is please keep an Option in the settings to do not crop the pages and keep it at default without crop. If we want we can crop. So this is my humble request. Hope you will work on this and expecting that option in the next update in the future.THANK YOU.

I have an Iphone 6 with software 12.5.5 and i had adobe scan downloaded onto the phone. Now when I try to open the app it tells me it is not possible to download it - i don't know what happened. Can i get Adobe scan back on my phone? 

I use this app in my classroom a lot and am having trouble with compatibility of screens between my note 9 and other devices. Here's my order...1. Create file2. Share3. Share a copyMy phone's next screen is all apps, but the other screens are 2 rows of apps followed by a black space with about 4 choices1. Markup2. Email3. Save to...4. Save to filesAm I able to change my all apps screen to look like theirs?

Hi there. This might be an already covered thread, though I couldn't find in the search.  I would like to ask the developer to add a grid visible while scanning, like we see when taking pictures from the phone camera.  Regards Michael

How can I scan a document with my iPad to a folder or server on my desktop via network?

Whenever save the pdf on adobe scan it doesnt show up at all on canvas 

All my Adobe Scans are missing from my phone. And ipad with the newest apple update. Where are they? I thought they are supposed to be saved in the Adobe cloud???? What's the point for the premium subscription if they aren't being saved?

screen frozen on my new iphone 13 iOS 15.0 while sharing file by adobe scan v 21.09.22still works perfectly fine on my old iphone 12 iOS 14.7.1 with Adobe Scan v21.09.07. 

Yesterday, I opened the app to add some job related expense receipts to a file I build over the course of the month, and send it to my accountant by the end of it.I have done this for years, with no problem whatsoever.Today, I opened the app, saw the file there for a couple of seconds, and then boom! It crashed.When I reopend it, ONLY THAT FILE was missing. Not any other files I have been working on or modifying dissapeared... only my most important one of the month.I truly do not understand what happened, and the chat support does not know how to handle my situation.I NEED THIS FILE BACK, PLEASE HELP ME!!!I went to my iPad, turned off the wi-fi, opened the app, and I saw the file there... of course it wouldn't open (screenshot attached), but I knew as soon I would turn the wi-fi on, it would disappear... it actually did.The app crashed, and my file was gone.This is absurd and frustrating... I've been loving this app for years... now I'm considering another option. It's ridiculous!Than

Adobe Scan is an  awesome app and I have been using it for some time now. The thing is now I scan really important documents like passport , driving license, etc. I would want some kind of fingerprint authentication or pin lock on the app. Is that already in the pipeline to be build or maybe something new. 

I have uploaded 2 files in documentcloud.adobe.com in a Adobe Scan folder, but I'm unable to see those files in Adobe Scan app on my iOS. Would you please help me how to fix this issue.Note: I'm able to see the files in the cloud, but not in the app. I have logout several times, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, no change... Please help!! 

When i sign in with google with my email, the user profile shows a different name than mine. Not sure where my documents are getting stored. Even now I am posting this as someone else. This is a huge bug in your sign in process and privacy and security issues will arise.. take this up with utmost urgency and rectify immediately   [PII removed by moderator]
