Premiere does not support pdf nor do older versions.
Are you referring to Premiere Pro (which forum you are now in) or do you need Acrobat DC?

Change position of one clip,
Ctrl + C
Select all other clips in timeline,
Right click > Paste attributes.
Bear in mind that all other Motion properties will overwrite the exciting values.
You can also make a preset of the position of one clip
select all in the timeline and drag preset to these clips in the timeline.

Just tested this 4 cameras and 1 extra audio track will trigger 3 in a row.
Maybe next time start with just the cameras and add the audio after multicam is enabled.

Original, it was designed to correct misinterpret framerate.
Nowadays, it's used for matching the sequence settings, slowing down footage, etc.
But worth a try to interpret 60 fps to 59,94: saving on converting.

Might need to scale the image down in the Effect Controls to make it match the sequence settings.
Or right-click on the image in the timeline and hit Set to Framesize.

If the footage is variable framerate a build in converter would not be of any use.
Why not interpret footage from 60 fps to 59.94 instead of converting.

This is not related to Premiere.
A movie frame is either horizontal or vertical, cannot have both .
You can however adjust a vertical movie in a horizontal setting by scaling it up or down and v.v.
