Hi Anshul, I tried absolutely everything in your list (most of it I already tried before). Even renaming the UXP folder, and it didn't work, the issue remains the same. My situation: MacBook Pro 8 GB RAM, MacOS 13.5.1 Rest of CC Apps work fine, even the latest Photoshop Beta. It only happens with Illustrator. I have another computer (an older iMac) and Illustrator 27.9 works fine (but cannot install the Beta because of OS). I badly need to work with Illustrator, I am now totally stuck :

After I updated to 27.9 or above, or latest BETAs, Illustrator remains stuck in this blank screen before Welcome screen: I tried everything you can imagine, but remains the same. With 27.0 version everything works fine. I am using MacOS 13.5.1 (Ventura) Anyone that could help solve this? Thanks

Hi, While I am using Creative Cloud app, I have a search bar in every section (Stock, 3D, Fonts, etc.) in everything BUT in the Complements of Plugins section, where I can only see the ones I got installed already, and nothing else! (look at screenshot) Why is this happening? Thanks

It looks like it works with Dropbox. Adobe CC ignores .idlk files and does not sync them. This makes very difficult work with InCopy workflows as InDesign users cannot know whether an InCopy user that works with synched files in the cloud is locking an assignment or not. But with Dropbox, it works.

There is actually a solution that avoids this annoying manual editing, not an option for most users. It's about working with InDesign Books, every chapter being a document inside that book. This way restarting of footnotes per chapter is perfectly possible when exporting the EPUB. Not the best, but as long as it seems Adobe doesn't care much about it, I don't expect they'll fix that anytime soon.

Hi all, I have an ID document such as it restarts footnote's numbering in every Section. And it works OK except when I export the reflowable EPUB. Then, footnotes numbering are continous, with no restarting anywhere at all. Is this a bug? Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks!

Hi all ! 🙂 One quick question: is there any way to play with the "Orbit camera" in 3D environment smoothly and precisely? Can I constraint that orbit to just one single axis? I am trying to make an orbiting animation with a 3D depth map (as you can see in the screenshot) but it's like I barely can keep it under control, it flies freely... :_(

I downloaded the .ZIPs from the NLM FTP site for all DTDs I found. I got (once expanded) something like this: These seem to be the .ent files InDesign is missing when trying to load the JATS 1.1 DTD, as the error message I get are from the type "Cannot find external entity". So... may I place these .ENT files in the same folder than the DTD file? Is it the way it worked? Thanks very much. This is a crucial aspect of editorial design and there is few or no useful help at all about it!

Hi, I am experiencing problems with my Connect Room for 100 users: - When I reach a number of about half users already inside the room during the session (about 45 or 50), next users wanting to enter the room get a message of "User limit reached" and they are kicked out the room inmediately. - If I check my admin console in that precise moment, I get a message saying that my meeting room has 97 current users, when in my attendee pod I see just half of them! Anyone has ever experienced that? Thanks!

Photoshop 21.0.1 under MacOS 10.13.6 Cannot open any KMZ files, never. From Google Maps or Golgle Earth. Always the same error message. Already reseted the preferences. All remains the same. Thanks.

Everytime I try to open a Google Earth KMZ file in Photoshop CC 2020 I always get the same error: "Couldn't open .... .kmz because file could not be parsed"

Hi all, I have a very specific need, so the question: I need to build an Action inside of Acrobat DC that allows me to batch process Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files in order to save them as a very specific type of PDF. I know I can do it from within Illustrator, but I need to to do it via Acrobat Batch Actions. Thing is that I need those .AI files to be saved as PDF disabling the Illustrator Editing Capabilities. No matter what I do, the PDFs from my existing batch process are fully editable back in Illustrator. Is there any way I can manipulate those .AI files inside Acrobat DC so they become PDF without those capabilities? Thank you!

Okay, after different tests, I was able to run the HTML client, of course only entering as Guest, and from Incognito windows of previously cache-cleaned browser windows. I only had this problem of blank page dead end under a computer with Safari version 10.1 With another computer with Safari 11 everything works just fine. Thanks to everyone involved in this help !!

Thanks for the reminder. I am trying to enter as GUEST forcing HTML client. Using Chrome of Safari (always MacOS) it's not possible. I can't even get into the login screen. Typing the room URL with the HTML parameter leads directly to the blank page dead end. Same procedure under Firefox 67 works just fine.

In summary, after a lot of tests, here's what I found: HTML client + Chrome in MacOS ==> adds proto=true, leads to blank page HTML client + Safari in MacOS ==> adds proto=true, leads to blank page HTML client + Firefox in MacOS, entering as registered user ==> adds proto=true, leads to blank page HTML client + Firefowx in MacOS, entering as Guest ==> Works just fine It looks like under Edge in Windows works fine as well. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I just changed my settings on my Connect meeting, so now HTML client is allowed.Later, I "forced" HTML client by adding the parameter "?html-view=true" at the end of meeting URL. My intention is to experience the full HTML Connect client. What I get is a totally blank screen after login with my registered meeting account. This blank page has certainly some JS source code behind, but it is a total white page, anything happens. Tested on several computers and browsers (all up to date). Anyone else having this issue? I agree with user skepticus. We have a problem here with large educational institutions with lots of students going in and out in lab computers every academic year. Named licenses or shared device licenses that also require login is not going to work well. We wait for some solution for this...
