You might use the Cleaner tool first to remove all the traces of Adobe Photoshop software installed on your computer: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems Once uninstalled, try installing Adobe Photoshop and make sure that you are logged in as administrator on your machine. Hi Cary Hayes, In Photoshop, there are several ways to add captions. You could even place the text directly over part of the image down at the bottom. However, it is better to create a white border onto which you can place the caption. Load the images that you want to add captions to onto your computer, either by copying them from a computer or other digital storage device, or by scanning them in. Save them all to the same folder. Open Photoshop. Select "File" from the menu and choose "Open." In the dialog that appears, go to the folder you saved your images to and open it. Open the first one you want to add captions to. Select "Image" from the menu and choose "Canvas Size." In the dialog that appears, go to the "Anchor" section and click the top middle arrow. Increase the height of the document by the number of pixels you want for the height of the caption area. Click "OK." Select the "Type" tool from the toolbar. Select the font type and size that you want for the options at the top. Use the mouse to drag a text box over the caption area and type in your caption. Save your work. Regards Sarika

Hi All, Could you please check if anything changes if you view the image at 100%, If it does not make any difference then please uninstall and reinstall Photoshop as that would recreate the LUT files which are just presets. Just make sure that the application folder is deleted after uninstall incase the files are damaged and that’s the source of the issue. Regards Sarika

HI Mciac, You can easily switch between the Rectangular and Elliptical Marquee Tools from your keyboard, although exactly how you do it will depend on how you have things set up in Photoshop's Preferences. Every tool in the Tools panel can be accessed by pressing a certain letter on your keyboard. Both the Rectangular and Elliptical Marquee Tools can be selected by pressing the letter M, and to switch between them, you either press M again by itself or you'll need to press Shift+M. Again, this depends on how you have it set up in the Preferences. In new Photoshop CC 2015 we have an option to customize toolbar according to your needs. If you have some tools missing, then simply click on the "Three dots " present at the bottom of the tool bar panel and customize the tools afterwards. Please let us know if it helps. Regards Sarika

if its not creating a new layer you can try another way of placing images into the blanl document 1. Open a blank document 2. Go to file> Place Embedded 3. select the file you would like to include in your collage 4. Click Place 5. Arrange your image accordingly 6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to get all the other images . Hi Steves, Adobe does not bundle any version of Helvetica with any applications. Nor is it available via TypeKit.You can find the alternative for Helvitica from Adobe Typekit. Photoshop uses the operating system fonts. Windows does not have Helvetica, Mac OSX does. Therefore it will show up in the Mac version of Photoshop.You might have used it as well. You have to purchase it separately and install it yourself in Windows or get a Mac. Refer How do I get "Helvetica" fonts for free when I use indesign by the creative cloud? Regards Sarika
