Can anyone tell me how to organized my user defined brushes. They do not come up in alphabetical order....haven't been able to figure a way or organizing them. Would appreciate help with this. Thanks Bill Silbert. I've shared it back to the printer's dropbox as individual pages. I have my fingers crossed that he says he can work with it. This is a church cookbook. I'm an artist not an editor or writer, so, the only time I use Indesign is when I do the Women's Fellowship booklet. That guaranteed me as the "expert on printing matters"... lol. Anyway...it will all work out in the end...somehow, someway. I am so thankful for the Indesign community...having all my questions thus far...fabulous resource. I have a cookbook of 87 facing pages, which I need to now format for the printer so that the pages print correctly. I sent the pdf file to the printer, he need the pages to be layed out to be cut in half .... or something like that...it was kind of greek to me. I'm not quite sure how to go about this...I will greatly appreciate some help with this.... even to point me in the right direction to read or watch a tutorial.

I want to remove or hide the footnote on just one page of each section. How can I do this? I'm attaching a screen shot. I don't want APPETIZERS to appear on page 12. This occurs at the beginning of each section (with a different section footnote name). What is the best way to handle this. Any help will be greatly appreciated...Thank you!

I'm working on a cookbook of recipes. I want the footer to include the section name for the Recipe section. Example my sections are beverages, bread, cakes, cookies, meats...etc. I want the running footer established on the master page to have that info. I haven't figured out what I need to do. I feel sure I have to assign those paragraph style something to get it to do it. If some one can help me here I will greatly appreciate it.

Page Panel...isn't flowing as normal. see screenshot. I don't have any errors in preflight. Is there a way of moving the pages flowing out to the right ....under the others....any ideas....Any help will be most greatly appreciated.

Steve, This maybe a really obtuse question....but to create an alphabetical listing of the recipes (which I would call an index since it goes in the back of the book)....what do I do to tell Indesign to put in at the end of the book. Is an index the same thing as a TOC...just with another name? Thanks so much for your help!
