Looks like the trick was uninstalling Bridge. I guess that once you install ACR as part of another install, you can't get rid of it until you uninstall every other program that uses it. Works fine for me now. It was quite a journey figuring this out! Thanks for the input.

I went ahead and uninstalled LRC as well. That leaves Premiere, Media Encoder and Bridge.

No luck. I uninstalled PS and AE, restarted and then I pulled a Canon CR2 file into PS. Still 13.1. Should I also have uninstalled the latest version of LRC or any other apps?

According to my CC app, I have ACR 13.2 installed and the latest version of PhotoShop (22.3.0), but when I open PS, it says I'm only on ACR Version 13.1, which is a big deal because I really want the Super Resolution feature. According to Adobe's system requirement page, my computer is up to spec. Any ideas of why I can't get 13.2? It's really strange because it says right in the app that I am updated, but in PS it opens as 13.1.

That's correct, but it's a mystery why there is an Undock Panel but not a Dock Panel or Re-Dock Panel option in the menu. Think about that from a beginner's perspective. The natural, intuitive way to re-dock would be to go right back to the dropdown and click Dock Panel. The omission is very frustrating, considering what a simple maneuver it is. AE has baskets of these non-intuitive features that absolutely require forums like this. I love the Support Community, but I hate the fact that I have to go deep-diving to uncover the mystery of how to do such simple things like re-dock a panel. You HAVE to grab it by the name? Who would ever guess that? No one, and that is the whole point of my rant. Sorry. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks Trent! It looks like my only problem was in not selecting PRESET in the top field. I assumed it had to be INDIVIDUAL CLIPS, but when I changed it to PRESET I got the full list of presets, including the one I made for Prores 4444.

I'm trying to add and view export presets under "Render and Replace." I can't figure out how to create and import a Quicktime/Prores 4444 preset that displays in the list. Any ideas on what I might be missing? I'm on 2018 CC. I've created the preset that I want in Export Settings, but after clicking the "Import Preset" button under "render and replace" and navigating to and clicking the .epr file, no new preset is displayed. Thoughts?
