I have a 300dpi image on a layer with a transparent background. 1. I select the image using the selection tool 2. Copy 3. New document by using the exact image size 4. Pasting the image on a new layer 5. Scaling the image down using 72dpi => The scaled image has a 1px lighter border around the image I need to scale the image up again in order to eliminate the 1px border. It's annoying. I don't want the image to obtain a slightly lighter 1px border around the image after the scaling down process. THANK YOU

Is there a chance that Adobe removes the slightly light 1px border around images when I scale down an image on a transparent layer. The light border is annoying. This side effect did not occur in earlier versions, indipendent of different scaling methods. THANK YOU.

I thought "Anti-Bot Fraud protection" is enabled by default as I place any form in Adobe Muse via drag&drop? No? This should be the case if it's strongly recommended to use " at the very least the {module_cc} as that can stop spam submissions. " I was not aware that I need to activate or enable anything on the server backend side. To be precise, there a are 4 different protection methods. From a web designer's point of view. The less choices do exist, the better and easier. (Preferably without subscribing to another third-party service to get another long hash code snippet I need to copy & paste into the widget panel.) PS: The web forms are not listed on BC for sub-domains even though they have been labeled correctly. Thank you.

Since I had to make many experiences by creating sub domains and finding out how it works ... I have a large list of different sites still in your database but I have not idea how to clean up this entry list of (Disabled) (Inactive) sites produced by BC trouble shooting in creating a sub domain. With my former web hoster ... creating a simple sub-domain ... I do this in 5 minutes without trouble shooting and producing an "unstructured file directory" with different sites and sub domains. It's really confusing.

I created a Muse site project for each individual sub-domain you want to use. I have three Muse site projects. www.yorhekin.com portfolio.yorhekin.com mailings.yorhekin.com I am using the DNS service of BC. 1. First you need to remove all DNS sub-domain entries from the main domain (in my case yorhekin.com) 2. Second you create a separate site project in Muse and upload the site to BC using another temporary domain your-sub-domain.businesscatalyst.com 3. You upload the files to BC using your-sub-domain.businesscatalyst.com 4. You log-in to BC and create a sub-domain entry under Site Domains > More Actions > New Advanced DNS Record 5. Create a sub-domain using the Record Type "TXT" That should do the job but that only works as described if you use the DNS service of BC. PS: I took my hours to find out how that works. I have now a chaos of several BC site projects under my account and I could not create an email address because of internal email sync problems between CC and BC. With my former hosting package, I do this in five minutes instead of spending an entire day for this rather SIMPLE TASK.

‌It works now. Seems like there was an issue because of deleting sites and adding them again to BC and assigning domain names too quickly. It needs some time until Muse and BC is in sync again. The main domain and sub-domain via A-Record is in place and the login works again as expected.

1.) I see a copy not allowed icon when I drag and drop the FX icon from the palette onto another object. 2.) How can I prevent the effects values to be "scaled" when I scale the object itself? (I would like to have fix values for the effects and stroke widths for example.) Keeping the handling of fx just like in Photoshop CC by using a contextual menu entry "Copy Effects" and "Paste Effects" would be a nice to have feature.

I am little confused with the favicon.ico file format. There seems to be some Photoshop Plug-Ins and others say a PNG and renaming the .png into .ico is totally enough. Can one of the developers be more specific? I need to create a favicon.ico file for my website in several sizes. I found this website to create a favicon.ico image format. My question is as follows: 1.) Does the .ico file format store/include several images of different sizes (such as 16x16,32x32 and 64x64) in one file. Therefore, three different images in different sizes in one file? 2.) As far as I can see on the favicon maker website under advanced settings ... Is there any text information stored within this favicon.ico file such as website url, website title, background color, rss feed url, pixel sizes? 3.) Is there a way to create a favicon.ico file format in Photohop CC? 4.) Can I use an SVG file (no more need to create different screen sizes) ... what are the "perfect SVG settings" to create a standard favicon.ico then? Thank you.

Shut down and restart worked. The installation of Media Encoder on my iMac did work without problems. I don't know why the installation on my Macbook did not continue after 90%. Whatever, the Media Encoder installation worked now as well on my Macbook. THANK YOU

Hello, I tried Solution 3 (I don't rename folders manually or whatsoever, since we have an easy to use Creative Cloud installer and application uninstallers. I only copy application system files manually for my "old" Apple Garageband Jam Packs installers since some of the installers are no longer working properly.) Step 1) I used the Uninstaller from Adobe, however, on the first run the application Media Encoder and folder was still there even though the uninstall was completed. I used the application "AppDelete" to make sure nothing of the application and associated files are still there. Step 2) I tried to re-install the Media Encoder from the Creative Cloud application but the the installation gets stucked by 90% for 15 minutes. Step 3) I used the Uninstaller from Adobe within the Application folder Media Encoder again and now the application and the application folder was removed successfully. Step 4) Creative Cloud installer now indicates "Media Encoder CC 2015 ... Cancelling " I have no idea what is canceling or happening in the background since the installation got stucked by 90% and the uninstall was completed successfully.
