No I reckon the issue is more likely related to graphics display… I have uncovered a bit more about this: laptop is plugged into a Docking station and connected to two monitors… IF I remove it from docking station and relaunch Captivate it works OK. So it appears the WebGL graphics card support might be lost through docking station connection. Also, if I launch Captivate without docking station connected, then connect the docking station: it works too. In other words: As long as I do not relaunch or launch Captivate when the laptop is connected to the docking station it continues to work fine. Hi Captivate legends. I am looking for a work-around to get 360 interactive images working on computers that do not display them inside Captivate (this is a realworld issue). We are running 2019 Release, 11.5.1.499 (no ability to update to later version, I believe this matches Update 3). Published projects and previews properly show the 360 slides, so WebGL in browsers is supported. However, the Captivate 360 slide appears blank (screenshot below), with just a visual visible in the Filmstrip. The process we use currently: Use the 'Add Project Background' to bring the image onto the slide as the + icon is not available. A hotspot can be added and formatted and selected for editing in the Timeline. However the hotspots appear in the 'centre' with seemingly no way to reposition them 'blindly' Has anyone discovered any technique or work-around that will allow us to blindly reposition the hotspot? Still the same issue in 11.5.1.499 sadly. You can only change the order of the first three master slides, but try moving a slide to or from later positions and it's a no go. Like @Lilybri I'm teach people to put the most used slide designs at the top. I really wish Adobe would take some time to fix this issue, as it slows down production work.

Would like to add to this thread, as also seeing a lot of crashes in Bridge CC 2019. macOS High Sierra | 10.13.16 Adobe Bridge 9.0.3.375 Almost all my crashes are related to handling and editing metadata. I can consistently crash Bridge by doing the following: Right-click an image that contains metadata. Choose File Info > Export Save the XMP metadata in the default folder Right-click on another image. Choose File Info > Import, navigate to the previously saved XMP file and select it (use default options), click OK. at that moment Bridge crashes. I've also had it crash when just editing a metadata field. Have tried clearing preferences, purging cache, etc, but the issue persists. ON THIS TOPIC: It would be lovely if I could simply right-click an image and 'Copy Metadata Settings' and then right-click another image and 'Apply Metadata Settings' ... similar to how you can copy and reapply CRW settings.

In Field editing mode, you'll see a list of all the fields in the right column. If you don't see that, choose View > Show/Hide > Tools Pane. Then use the following steps to select all the fields: Click on ONE of the fields to select it, press Ctrl-A (Win) / Cmd-A (Mac), Right-click on one of the fields and choose Properties and make the changes to Appearance Note: This assumes you only have Text Fields in the form to edit. If you only want to select all the text fields replace step 1 & 2 above with: Ctrl / Cmd-click on each text field in the Tools pane, Scroll down and continue selecting the fields to edit until you've selected all the text fields

Were the forms saved with reader extension enabled maybe? Are you able to use Save as a Copy and then open the copied version of the form and edit it? P.s. I've assumed you updated to Acrobat Pro DC , not Pro 2017 as that application doesn't exist afaik.

You'll need to reverse engineer this process here as Acrobat Text Fields only have a font size control and no line-spacing control E.g. use your current form design. Add the text field and format it the way you want to. The fill in the field with all the lines of texts it can contain and measure where the baselines are. Then return to your original form design application, and adjust the line positions to match what you've measure. Recreate the PDF from the original form design application, and use Organise Pages, to Replace the page(s) in your form. This step means you don't have to recreate all the fields you've already created. Alternatively, choose to not have any lines at all in the design for the multi-line field..

Just checking to see if I'm understanding this right: If the selection total can only be "1" or "5" (I'm guessing, the 5 is for the ONE checkbox that has a value of 5 assigned?) You are basically after mutually exclusive checkboxes? E.g. only ONE checkbox can be selected at any time? Could you not use radio buttons for this? and then use a Text Field that basically is a read only field in which the value of the selected radio button is displayed? And make the radio button a required field?

First thing I'd recommend is looking at the following: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdf-error-1015-11001-update.html If that doesn't provide help please: Provide details on Operating System you are using and version (e.g. Windows 10). Version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC you are using (have you updated to the latest version?) Information on the file type you are opening (I've assumed you are trying to open PDFs?). Provide screenshots of any errors you might be seeing as well pls. Are you opening a PDF Form? or any PDF? (If the issue is not specific to PDF forms I'll move it to another forum for better support).

Aah I see you are printing from Adobe Acrobat. As a work-around to see if the issue disappears when you 'rasterise' the content on printing can you try this: Choose File > Print Click Advanced And then select Print As Image Click OK and then Print I'm guessing that will eliminate the issue you are currently seeing. Also there is NO need to outline fonts, unless you are using a font that can NOT be embedded in a PDF: When you create a PDF from InDesign fonts are always automatically embedded, this means that if someone else opens the PDF on another computer they don't need to have the fonts installed to see the file as intended.

Hi Jeff, Correct: the History panel does NOT exist in Adobe Bridge. It DOES however, exist in Adobe Photoshop. Which makes me think you might be confusing the feature with what the History panel does in Photoshop. To show the History panel: Choose Window > History. If possible, can you provide the codes for one or more of the images you are looking a licensing? And also what type of license are you looking at purchasing? As I believe the requirements are different depending on the type of license you purchased. If it's a standard license, I believe that if you don't make changes to the image it is classified as using it in 'editorial manner' ... you would need to add the credit. However, I'm not sure if you might need to change the license so you can use the image in 'advertising'. I'll ping someone from Adobe Stock team to have a look at your question.

It's not entirely clear what you are after (sorry) : Did you purchase a Month-to-Month plan? You should be able to cancel that ANY time in that case. Did you actually pay for one month, or did you end up not paying anything at all in the end? E.g. you never completed the original transaction? Or did you pay for one month, then forgot to cancel your subscription and that's when Adobe contacted you regarding inability to process payment for month number 2 due to lack of fund in your PayPal account?

I did a small test where I only adjusted the Word Spacing in the Justification dialog box. Notice how the text in pink, which is set with 100% word spacing is takes up more width then the text marked with the light yellow H&J violation colour in the screenshot below? In other words: It appears that H&J Violations appear not just when the maximum spacing is exceeded. I'm not sure what algorithm is at work behind the scenes, but the H&J violations appear to be working as expected from what I can see.

Are you able to provide some more information? What operating system are you on (Mac OS / Windows) and version. (e.g. Windows 10) What printer are printing to? (Brand, Model) Are you able share screenshots of the printer settings you are using? It appears from your image that the printout with the lines is printing at a higher quality? Have you tried calibrating the printer and cleaning the nozzle? (assuming it's an inkjet printer).

What fill are you using in the object before you paste it? (it almost appears as if there is a pattern type break-up occurring?) Does the same occur when you use a default white fill, black stroke and copy and paste across? To be honest I've never been a fan of copy and pasting artwork from Illustrator into InDesign. I'd recommend saving the Illustrator file as .AI and placing that in InDesign (File > Place) instead to avoid any of the issues you are seeing.

If I create a New Illustrator document with Web intent and define an artboard size in pixels, exporting for screens gives me an exact artboard size: in other words, I can't replicate the problem in Illustrator CC (2018) and do NOT see an extra pixel in width or height. I'm wondering if step 2 in your settings is the culprit – and possibly due to stroke weights and stroke positioning, there is a minuscule bit of 'rounding' occurring that when exported for screens results in a rounding up. Are you able to provide some step-by-step screenshot examples of what you are doing? are the document units of measurements set to pixels? does the artboard size display an exact number of pixels? etc.

Try: File > Export for Screens Select the dartboard to export Set the export format to PNG Click Export Artboard Other option: File > Export As Set Format (or Save As Type if you are on Win) to PNG Ensure you select Use Artboards option, then click Export and set the rest of the settings

To help out in the meantime: Objects in Illustrator must reside in Layers. You have ONE layer containing multiple objects. The screenshot shows that the top level layer actually contains a number of SUB-layers (each of which will contain an object). The easiest way to mimic the same and be able to complete the steps in the instructions: Select an object in the Layer, then from the panel menu choose Collect in New Layer As soon as you do that you'll be able to move the new sublayer as per the instructions. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each object and that should get you up to scratch. You can rename the layers to mimic the course layer names.
