I see two files that might be your catalog. But as the file name extensions are not shown, it is hard to be sure. In your Windows File Explorer, enable filename extensions (view) to assist in this Also, one issue that just screams potential disaster, and at least potential performance hit, is your use of MS OneDrrive file sync for the folder your catalog is in. Some state that LrC and OneDrive is the best thing since sliced bread, many others think it is a disaster waiting to happen. This is not a user-caused error. This is caused by Microsoft insisting that people use MS accounts to login to Windows as opposed to Local Accounts (It is tricky to do otherwise) and MS assistance on OneDrive being used by default to sync to the cloud several user library folders. (Pictures is one of those folders) (The above may or may not be your catalog in question, I just posted that to show why I think OneDrive is in play) What occurs is that each and every edit in LrC causes a sync to the cloud, to OneDrive. Hence, a lot of communication between your computer and the cloud. And on a bad day, when the Internet is slow, or MS Servers are taking a hit, LrC performance can take a hit. And on very very bad days, but rarely, the catalog can get corrupted. Oh, and that blue circular symbol to the left? Sync underway, busy busy: Typical recommendation is to either disable the folder sync to OneDrive, or move the catalog to a different folder not associated with OneDrive (typically a folder you create)
