I don't know the answer, but I'm having the same problem. Projects that used to render fast are now taking forever. I thought perhaps it was my hard drive being too full, but even now after a big clean up, the rendering is painfully slow. Right now, I'm rendering a 15-minute 4k video into the Twitter 720HD preset. Other than Lumetri Color and a bit of a zoom-in, there are no other modifications in the timeline. However, after 15 minutes of rendering it's only half way done. It does this with every project, and to different presets, wheteher it's YouTube or ProRes422. I'm running Media Encoder version 24.6.1 (Build 2) on a M2 Mac Studio. Please help. It's really slowing down my progress.

It has to do with the external drive I have my photos in. In one of my external drives it does not support trash, but in the rest of my drives it does. I don't understand because they are all SSDs set up the same way.

You're right. After the last upgrade, it collapsed all my menus and didn't realize where I was. You may want to leave this thread up for others to see.

I'm running LR 13.1 on Sonoma 14.2.1 The issue was still there in the previous Sonoma version. Upgrading Sonoma didn't fix it. I see the red overlay of the mask, but when I adjust it, like darken it, it darkens the whole image, not just the mask.

I reinstalled, I gave LR full disk access, and still it gives me the same notice about not being able to put files in trash and needing to erase permanently. Next, I'm going to try an older LR version to see if the problem is with Adobe.

In fact, it made it worse. The permissions are now for only two things instead of four before (I don't remember which) And now the masks now don't work in LR. I'm uninstalling LR and installing it again. I'm also giving CreativeCloud full access to my drive, which it didn't have before.

I don't have a screen capture because I had to go back to the old version as I'm in the middle of a tight deadline. 23.2 works. 23.3 you cannot even drag the image around or grab any handles to resize it. It just doesn't have a blue frame around it at all. The scale and position parameters are there, and that's the only way to move the image or resize it. Furthermore, if you click on the clock to modify the motion or scale over time, the timeline with the dots that is to the right of the parameters doesn't even show up. If this is not enough information, please let me know. I could get you some screenshots, but it would mean that I'd have to reinstall 23.3 and then uninstall it again so that I can keep working on my project.

The timeline for Motion (scale and position) is not even showing up in version 23.3. And you cannot drag the images around to scale or reposition either. I'm on a Mac Studio M1. Please fix, Adobe.

From Adobe Support. This fixes the problem, with Goddess as my witness. Search Control panel in the search box. >Programs >Programs and feature >There will be 7 Microsoft C++ files with the computer icon in the list. >You have to repair the files individually. >Right click on the first file and click on Uninstall >Click on Repair. >Close Please follow the steps for all the 7 files with the Computer Icon at the front. Once the steps are performed please restart you PC and relaunch the application and check once.

I chatted with Adobe support and they helped me. I needed to repair all C++ programs, not just 2013. No need to download any new software, just go to the uninstaller and uninstall all of them, one at a time, but instead of uninstalling, repair them. Wait to reboot once all of them are repaired.

When I click on OPEN from CC app, the program doesn't even respond. I have to find PPro in the Windows pop up and from there it's where it gives me the same error.

I reinstalled CC and PPro to see if it works now that the CCXProcess is enabled and that I had repaired all the C++ versions, but still no luck.

MSVCP110.dll was not found. Try reinstalling software... I tried re-installing all C++. Curiously the 2019 one was not installed at all. I also found that CCXProcess was disabled in my startup. I enabled it. Still no luck.

I was mistaken, the Windows update hadn't gone through, so that's not what caused the problem. I did do an ASUS update and a NVIDIA driver update the date before the problem started. I reinstalled the NVIDIA DRIVER and still no luck. I also went ahead an ran the Windows Update and still no luck.

I was just trying to explain that at the same time i started getting the adobe missing dll I also got the logitech missing dll to see if that helped in figuring out the issue. I was mistaken, my Windows has not updated recently, although it has a pending update that it never did. Maybe that will fix it.

I uninstalled every Adobe, ran CCleaner to erase unnecessary files, reinstalled CC and PPro and still same problem. The LogiLDA is from Logitec. I uninstalled Logi software and the missing dll pop up still shows up.

There was another DLL missing, LogiLDA.dll. Even after uninstalling all of Adobe products, I still get that error. Back to the drawing board.

I tried all 14. versions, uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting preferences... and still not queuing into Media Encoder. I have a feeling something is missing in the installation files because this happened after I had to reinstall all of Adobe from a system reset. Please help.

I went back to versions 14.0 for both Media Encoder and Premiere Pro and still having the same problem. It renders the software pretty unusable.

For the last three versions of Media Encoder I haven't been able to add to the queue from Premiere Pro. I was hoping the new upgrade would fix it, but still no luck. I had to reset my system and reinstall all of the Creative Cloud software from scratch right around that time.

The upgrade gave me trouble too, but of a different kind. I don't have a Logitech camera. My trouble is that all the audio that I had edited in Adobe Audition is now in slow motion. Anyone knows the solution? It feels to me that the Hz are off. Thanks
