Thank you Neil. I will try LiftGammaGain forum.   For me, I am not needing to view the playback at the same frame rate as my timeline. I am only using it to get a better idea on colors using a cheap display that has rec 709.   The fact that the DaVinci software provides a tab to set playback (signal sent to monitor) at 60fps while allowing me to work on a 24fps timeline is good with me. I am just looking for the feature in Premiere. In the BMD manual it states"change the playback frame rate to 60. But in the Premiere instructions in only states select the BMD device in the playback tab.   My mistake was taking a product description printed on the manaufactures website as well as the product box itself as a fact. "The UltraStudio Monitor 3G works with Premiere and playback can be displayed on a big screen TV."   It also gives intructions for using it to display Photoshop files out to the reference monitor. Thanks for the suggestion Neil. BM support suggested I use the Adobe Premiere forum.   I posted on the balckmagic board but no one has given any input.   DaVinci provides a tab in the project settings to select the playback framerate. I can have a 24fps timeline and set the playback as 60fps and it will display on the monitor.   Premiere does not seem to have an option like that. In the BMD Monitor 3G manual it simply says check the device in the Playback tab of the project. Did that. But it will not display 24fps timeline, only 60fps timeline.   If using just DaVinci, it works as long as you specifiy the playback FPS as 60.   But the device is advertised that it works with Premiere and After Effects. On the packaging it states the UltraStudio Monitor 3G can be plugged in to a big screen TV.   BMD support are saying that my displays doesn't support 24fps. Where do I go and find a big screen TV that supports 24fps? I thought this device was supposed to be converting my 24fps timeline into 60fps so it can be displayed on a monitor or big screen TV.   I asked them to email me a list of monitors and big screen TVs that work with the Monitor 3G. They do not have a list. If its my equipment give me a list of approved monitors. Hello Richard, Thank you for the reply.   My sequence is 1080p 23.98.   Before I start Premier I can open BM Desktop Video Setup app and it list the UntraStudio Monitor 3G - "Video Output" 1080p 59.94. Once I open Premiere with a sequence set as 1080p 23.98 the BM Desktop Video Setup app updates "Video Output" as 1080p23.98. My reference monitor reads "Out of Range".   If I change the Premiere timeline to 1080p59.94 the reference monitor will start displaying the video. Also, the BM Desktop Video Setup will change back to "Video Output" to 1080p59.94.   Per the manual the Monitor 3G should be converting my 1080p23.98 seuqnece to 1080p59.94 to be displayed on the refernce monitor. But it does not.   If I connect the HDMI from the Monitor 3G with a Premiere 1080p59.94 sequence to a standard HD TV it displays "Format not Supported".    Again, I thought this box was supposed to take all of my video feeds and convert them to 1080p59.94 to display on refernece monitor or HD TV.   Thanks for any insight you can share. -Brett ... They suggest updating Catalina to 10.15.4. I am on 10.15.3. Hello All. Changing the GPU setting under the Project Setting did not resolve the issue I have been having. Again, to describe the issue: the software seems to be lagging behind my actiuons. I can grab several key frams to move down the timeline. I move my mouse to move the key frames but the keys do not move. About 2 seconds later the keys will jump down the timeline to where I now have my mouse placed. Same can happen when I click on a clip on the timeline and drag it. It can be a few seconds slow to react. This type of things does not happen all fo the time. It probably occurs evry 4-5 times I try it. I never experienced this on my old 2011iMac which I used AE CC all the way up to AE 2019.   I would like to try and load an older version of AE to the newiMac to see if it behaves the same. However, it seems I can't load an older version without removing the current version of AE. ... View more

I loaded to server and all seems to be working fine. I had sent the file off thinking it was working fine but I was told of this freeze error. Which I did encounter when I would open the file on my HD using a web browser. That must be why they are also getting the same error as they are viewing it on their HD to review before upload and found the freeze error. Thank you everyone for your input. The images are in the library - none are being pulled from other places.. Test viewing in Animate works. No issues. All images display fine. ClickToGoToAndStop works fine. When I open a browser and open the html file it freezes. Then the JS console gives the same error about cross-origins security. But the images are displaying fine. If I remove the ClickToGoToAndStop code it works fine and the images display fine. It is the code that seems to be making an issue. I opened some older files where I used the same code that worked perfectly 12 months ago. They are also now freezing when I view in a browser. I have tested in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I sent html file to a friend and they also run into freeze. Everything seemed fine until I downloaded Animate and used it. I have tested these files backward in Flash 2014 & 2015 and now get this error there too. Would installing Animate do anything? Thanks for your help. ... View more

Ok. I have worked my way through attaching an AS package to my FLA AIR file. At the moment I am working on a MAC so for testing purposes I am trying to launch a Photoshop App as a substitute for launching the Windows Virtual Keyboard. If I can get the Photoshop app to launch then I would assume I can swap out the Photoshop info for the Windows Virtual Keyboard info. nope. I didn't do that right. Still searching through steps on how to incorporate this NativeProcess. I have purchased an AS3 keyboard but I cannot get it to type into the Form Inputs on the html page I have loaded with the htmlLoader in AIR. The keyboard will only type into space that are set as InputText. The AS3 keyboard does not recognize the loaded HTML pages Text Inputs. I can use the Windows Virtual Keyboard to type into the HTML form fields. But I still need to work through how to actually call up the keyboard with the NativeProcess. Plus, I only need the keyboard to be called up with someone is visiting the htmlLoader portion of the kiosk. Not sure if I can call that up with a button as needed or not. Ok. I figured out Packages have to go into an ActionScript 3.0 class file. I copied the code in and saved the AS file into the folder with my Flash file. When I am in Flash looking at the AS file it list my Flash Kiosk file as the Target file for the AS Package file. Now I am going to Publish the AIR file and include the AS keyboard file I made with it to see if that works. ... View more

The compiler with Flash give me an error   "1083: package is unexpected." Did I over look the instructions on how to incorporate the "package". Thank you for the reply Sinious. I will test out and see if I can get the virtual keyboard to launch. Regarding building a keyboard. I looked at that and I bought a pre-built AS3 keyboard to see if I can implement. What I couldn't figure out was how to make a text input on the web page a target.
