Adobe XD

Hello, I am creating a mobile app game for a project of mine. The game itself is almost complete, it's just missing one thing, a timer. I know how to create timers for one artboard. But, how do I create a timer than runs across multiple artboards, in the background of the game?   <Title renamed by moderator>

After linking artboards to each other XD is not creating public link to demonstrate my project. Its showing this error. "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again." Reffer the screenshot below.     <Title renamed by moderator>

Working on Windows10 on a Elitebook. My empolyer holds the Creative Cloud Account. When I go to open XD the program crashes just about everytime I try running it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. Ever since ver. 50 + came out the program isn't the same, Well it won't even open. I went back to ver. 49 before and it was working a few weeks ago and here and there it opens up like maybe once a week and even after it opens I have lost all my plug-ins and libraries that were created. After I launch XD I will get the report screen but I'm not allowed to send report it just quits right away plus it won't even let me send report at all. I have checked with our IT department and everything looks ok with permissions etc. Is anybody else have this issue??? Please help.....   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, when i lunch ADOBE XD on MAC OS, my LAN connection is crush.I need to shut down my computer and restart it. Then it detects the cable again. I have no such problem with other ADOBE CC applications"None of the component interfaces are connected. Click Advanced to view the details."   <Title renamed by moderator>

Seems it's something we have to live with. Even I don't mind seeing this blue button saying I've to "Update" the library. The problem is that after more than 4 documents attached to this library, it multiplies the issues, missing lkinks, long syncing times, slowing and freezing XD... etc, etc, etc.Worst of all... I end up creating new files from zero, trying to alleviate the update problem. First day OK, but when I start to add complexity in components, everything goes out of control (and ending with dozens of files with similar naming, because of the urgency to solve problems)Thanks god, I've started to learn Figma... at least they take users seriously.   <Title renamed by moderator>

My files in XD are suddenly showing question marks when starting a new paragraph but only for certain fonts and some of the fonts used by the application in the tool bar are showing question marks as well(see photos below)I pulled up the file on another computer and these errors were not occuring so seems to be a system issues.Adobe Chat Support was not successful, installing and reinstalling the app did not work. I'm running MacOS Big Sur Version 11.22017 macbook pro

I try create a link, it starts directly from 50% and the next minute it shows this error. But after repeted uninstalling, reinstalling Adobe Xd and signing off and on Adobe Cloud, the result is still same. The internet is working fine. I have also tried copy pasting the artboards in a new file and creating link, so still same error. I am also finding that I am unable to access links I made in different projects.I believe it is somewhat an account corruption or something else. Please help!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Po zrobieniu projektu nie mogę go nagrać. Klikam w Record Video i nic, cały czas pokazuje 0:00 nie nagrywa się i nie ma możliwości zapisania. Dzieje się tak z wszystkimi projektami nawet tymi co wcześniej w starej wersji nagrywałam.kasia

Hi my latest update of Adobe XD keeps crashing am not sure why it keeps doing this. Anyone else with a similar experience?   <Title renamed by moderator>  

I have 10s of ongoing projects with 100s of pages in each.I created the 'Share' link to share with the developers and stakeholders.All those links have disappeared. When I open my XD file and try to 'Update' the Share link, it does not show me the existing URL but only gives an option to create a new URL.All the previous links do work but I cannot update them as I don't see those in the dropdown list under the Share tab of XD.When I click on the 'Manage Links...', they are not even present there under the 'Publish' tab. What's going on. I want to recover those links. 

Our team has an intermittent issue when updating our designs, we sometimes don't get the option to update the link and are forced to create a new link. Often the previous link is referenced elsewhere so can be a pain for us, especially when changes are minor.Are we missing something? We can't work out why most of the time we have the ability to update the link, while other times we have to create a new link.TIA if you can shed some light on this subject!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi all,    I thought I'd try the community as I've having issues with publishing my docuemnt assets as a new library. I've built out a design system, and have all the templates/assets saved in the document assets panel as components. These are all elements that I've built myself and aren't being linked from another document. When I hit 'Publish', I'm served with the attached message "You don't have access to the existing library - You don't have access to the library published from this file, or it may have been deletd" To be clear, this is a brand new document, using assets that I created myself, within that document, so there's nothing that I wouldn't have access to. I've also not created any libraries from it previously.    When I create the new library, it is empty. Even though the document access panel is full, nothing is pulling through from the library. Not even character styles or colours. The little blue dot shows to tell me that there's been an update to t

Is it possible to install the Adobe XD app on a mac without the Creative Cloud crap? Creative Cloud is running a lot of processes and slowing down my mac. It's always whining about not being able to install updates. I have to click on update button several times to start updating XD. I think this whole Creative Cloud software is  completely unnecessary for me.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, i had adobe XD installed and running and all of a sudden it stopped working, it said: "You should reinstall your adobe XD" So I deleted it.First i couldn't start install from downloaded XD_Set-up.exe so I downloaded it again but no luck there either.Basically when i double click on set up exe, and click on run, it shows on my mouse cursor that is "working" then stops and nothing happen.. ever. Couldn't do it even when i run it as a administrator...Help please! Thanks

Latest version, Mac Big Sur 11.6 I literally used the video recording tool in XD from an animated prototype, saved the file (~5MB) and tried to import it back into the same file, then an entirely different file, and both times I am met with the modal telling me XD supports .mp4 at h.264. Well that's what the file was saved as and is marked as. Super frustrating as once again my workflow using this product is slowed to a crawl because of a usability issue/bug. Again, this is the video that was captured using the prototype preview record functionality in the same app.

Since windows added KB5014699 update, our Adobe XD won't login on our school network.   We enter email address and then you just get a blank screen and it gets stuck. Remove the update and it works perfectly well.   Can anybody suggest anything?  We are on the lastest version of XD and it is on a fresh install. We've tried to stop the update installing but it keeps going on so need a workaround.   Thanks in advanceSteve   {Renamed By MOD}

As I'm working or design new experience for point of sale machine , I need to test my design with merchants so I was searching for a way to extract a user test link but in order to make users feel like they're living the exact experience I need to run my design on a Point of sales machine.... Is it possible to copy an existing element into an existing component? I haven't been able to find a way to do that. I have to ungroup the component, select all the items, including the new one, and remake the component.   <Title renamed by moderator>
