Adobe XD

Greeting Community, I am a Student and I am currently working on a project where I evaluate a variety of prototyping tools for my professor so that he can decide which tools he should use for teaching UI design. A feature that is very important to my professor is the availabillity of standard interaktion elements like radio buttons and such. Now Adobe XD does offer the tools for one to create these interaktion elements themselves but of all the available Kits and Libraries I have found so far, none of them allows the user to, for example, drag a functioning radio button onto the canvas which is what my professor is looking for.   Now my questions is as such: Are there kits/libraries which include interactive komponents that one can use in their prototype? I have seen some kits that include art assets which would allow on to create such interaktive elements more easily  but so far none of the Kits seem to offer readymade interaktive komponents.   Thank you in advance. &lt

Hello support team, last Friday afternoon, I worked on the file and successfully published the shared link. When I opened the file this morning, I found most of the artboards created on Friday were lost. And I checked the version history, the records are not right also. I worked till 04:40 PM last Friday, but no records after 1:49 PM. Could you please help me to check the issue and let me know how to resolve the problem? Thank you for your support.

Hi everyone, I have been working on a file since some weeks and the prototyping was working fine earlier. But yesterday when I tried to add prototype linking to a certian screen from certain elements of another screen, I couldn't see any linking on share tab for that screen. Also when I clicked on the artboard in prototype tab i couldnt see the linking until I clicked on the element(from where I created the linking). Everything worked fine except when the period of some update was approaching, but it has been more than a month that I can't open XD. Either the screen freezes even before opening the program, or the program opens but as I try to open a file or create one from scratch XD crashes. It does not even allow me to fill in the space dedicated to the explanation to send a report. It is impossible to work like this.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I want to have annotated graphics that are shown in Design and Prototype screens, but do not show when Previewing.  Is this possible? It seems layers are always on or off, but not in context to the view mode.   {Renamed By MOD}

Is there a reason to choose to keep the old version of Illustrator on your computer when upgrading? 

Been a long time user of Adobe XD but for some reason at the moment I can't seem to get my plugins to appear. On the menu bar I don't have "Discover Plugins", I only get the "Development" dropdown. Even in the sidebar I just get the message "Get started by installing plugins to streamline your workflow", I don't have the plus symbol like I normally would have to install new plugins.   This is also happening in Photoshop. I enter into the plugin section but lack any way of installing a plugin. Just showing "You can download and install plug-ins on your device, and access them anytime from this panel." message.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I have downloaded free Open Dyslexia font to use for designs (New_ opendyslexic-0.9.10-beta-2019.09.16 via https://opendyslexic.org/). I was working up to the point but now I am unable to change the font colour hence I cannot create accessible design using this font.Any idea why that could be? Font is free to use so there should not any licences issues.Is there anything needs to be set? I am new to XD maybe I have done something wrong?Using version 51.0.12.6 x64 on macOS Monterey 12.2Thanks

Hi everyone,I have a website design I've created in Illustrator with 27 artboards. To present the initial 4-5 page concept design to the client I previously imported the AI into XD without any issues. Now when I open the 27 page AI, it brings the site in at 10% of the actual pixel size. For example, the homepage artboard is 1440px w X 3454 px H but imports in at 144px w 345px h. Please help as you cannot zoom more than 200% when sharing the XD link. Anyone had this issue or tips to rectify?   <Title renamed by moderator>

I just started using XD, and during my first project, I tried to use the type tool only to find out that none of my fonts are available on this program. I can access my fonts on all other Adobe programs that I use, just not XD for some reason. I mean literally, ZERO fonts are available, not even my activated Adobe fonts. If I: create a rectangle colour it red make it a component create a hover state apply 50% transparency to that hover state then in preview mode, should that rectangle turn from 100% opaque to 50% transparent?   When I apply 50% transparency to the hover state, it also changes the default state, when I correct the default state, it changes the hover state! This is driving me insane when it should be so simple!   https://we.tl/t-PqHo7sVp4R From the file linked, you can see the same settings for a rectangle when part of a group works as expected, but when it is a rectangle by itself, it just won't work. Why?   Can this feature not be applied to a single object? Does it really have to be multiple objects within a component before this works properly?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hallo Community, ich habe ein älteres Betriebssystem am laufen, möchte jetzt ein Update innerhalb der Cloud auf XD 50.0.12 machen, damit ich XD-Dokumente auch mit Kollegen teilen kann, die auf neueren Systemen arbeiten. Beim Versuch erscheint Fehler 190 was soviel bedeutet wie "Systemanforderungen nicht erfüllt" bzw. ich muss das Betriebssystem updaten. Das möchte ich aber vorerst nicht (da ich Programme laufen habe die 32 bit sind). Gibt es einen Workaround?    also die Frage noch mal im Klartext: gibt es einen Workaround damit ich Dokumente, die unter 50.0.12 erstellt wurden auf meinem Mojave öffnen kann?    {Renamed By MOD}

Hi Adobe, Co-edit is a so handsome feature, since it can allow multiple users to edit one file at the same time. But now, only owner can update the link, for some cases, owners are not available to do so, can co-editor updated the link instead?That will be an amaing thing.

I think something changed in the latest version of Adobe XD. Before, when you exported an artboard with a background before, there was no Alpha Channel. This is because it wasn't needed. Now, however, the PNG export always puts in an Alpha channel, even if the background is present. Seams like this is a bug. An alpha channel should only be included if the background is less than 100% opacity.

Theres a couple of issues that have been driving me a bit crazy. Would love to know if anyone has a fix. When I make an icon in illustrator, the bounding box is based on the points in the icon. The weight of the stroke might fall outside the bounding box, but that's fine. However, when I copy and paste the icon into XD, the bounding box now fits to the outside of the weight of the path. The result: a 20px square icon with a 2px stroke weight in illustrator becomes a 22px square icon in XD. The fix for this issue is to export the icons from illustrator as SVGs and then import them into XD. Then everything works as it should... However it throws up a separate issue: If I have a bank of icons exported from illustrator with appropriate file names, when I import them into XD the files all appear with the name 'b' instead of the file name. So I'm having to rename them all again inside XD.  Both issues seem bananas to me  - The two programs don't seem to work very wel

Something went wrong Message appears to some of my clients when they try to access XD links, the reason is not clear at all and they tried to open it from different devices and browsers but still the same. Since the update (Version 28.8.12.1 - Mac OS 10.15.4) everytime I click save it displays the above message - The document “document name” could not be saved.  - Saving to Google drive on Desktop. After I click Okay, the document appears to be saved anyway (the * asterisks * dissapears) but the document doesn't actually save.
