Adobe XD

Sorry I have tried to trace old posts for the answers. Unfortunately I was unable to follow the steps despite repeated trials. After I enter the programme, I already choose "Environmental Setup 環境設定" -> "Language 語言" -> English, and close and open the programme again, however it was still in Japanese!   Anyone might have any idea how to solve that 😞   <Title renamed by moderator>

We have a massive environment with over 10,000 projects in our Jira instance and there are only a very specific set of projects which actually need to Adobe XD Jira App enabled. We have followed the provided documentation and removed all projects to then only add the ones which need the app enabled. However, going forward every time a new project is created the default behavior is to enable Adobe XD which is not needed. Is there an option in which we can turn off the automatic enablement of the app? Unless there is a way to change this default behavior, we will not be able to install this app. This will add additional UI elements to an already very busy view for 1000s of our users who will have no idea what Adobe XD is.

A designer has shared a link with me, but I can't seem to be able to access it no matter what browser am using. I am always recieving this message:I trierd reporting the error, but, once I sign in, I receieve a message telling me that I don't have access to the forum.

Hi all, I am new user on Adobe Xd, I have a question is can Adobe Xd live preview on Mobile Android ? Because my phone is Android and I am design UI mobile so if I can see live preview on mobile i will help me a lot of things. It's not creative cloud, it's XD.The fonts are fine in Photoshop but for some reason,Fonts I activated In Creative cloud are nowhere to be shown in XD.Has anyone gone through similar problems?

Please stop pushing users to save in the cloud. We know how we want to work, let us choose.   Right now any time we start a new doc, Xd automatically saves in the cloud with no input from the user.   Also, forcing us to use a 4-key (Cmd+Alt+Shift+S) keyboard combination to save locally (vs Cmd+S) is ridiculous.   Please stop forcing this new wave of ideologies on users who have supported Adobe for decades.   At minimum, we need the ability to configure these options so it works like every other program we've used for years.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

It was 2021, Apple had even released laptops for arm, where is ADOBE XD for arm and ipads ????I am madly in love with adobe xd, but I do not want to leave adobe xd, just because you have not been able to make a version on the iPad in the 2 years since I have been using it, let me switch to work with graphics on the iPad, I do not want to occupy my pc with this.I've been waiting for two years for a normal adobe xd to appear on my iPad, there is an illustrator, there is a heavy photoshop, you can edit the video damn it, where is my XD on the iPad ????

Hi, me and my 3 teammates cannot open our shared project and it just says "syncing" and won't stop. It's been like this for a week. We've shut it down, restarted, etc. Could it be due to too many files since it's affecting all of us? What do we do? Most of us are using Mac.

Yes dear friends, Adobe upgraded our plan from some old one to Adobe Enterprise Plan and for that they have created two accounts old-business-name and business-name and were supposed to transfer all xd designs. That was 4 weeks ago. Phone support is helpless telling me that it has been "escalated" and I have our designer without being able to properly work for a month now.  This is just sad. 

I added some fonts to my CC by dragging files over on the "Add fonts to Creative Cloud" tab, they all have green ticks and say "installed" but they haven't moved over into my "Active Fonts". I've tried closing down everything, signing out and turning fonts on and off. My sync is all up to date. Has anyone had this before? I don't know if I'm just missing something.

Hi all,  So now Adobe has decided to charge people to share protoypes which has put me off Xd and makes me want to switch back to Sketch. Not happy.  

I have a free account and my friend has a premium account. Every time I sent him a file to create a link. The file is the same, but the changes were done.  Every time a new link creates, How should I get the updated link from him?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi everyone. My middle mouse button is not working. Just the click, not the scroll behaviour. So I can't grab and move around the workspace. Is there another way to do this? With keyboard or something. Thank you.   {Renamed By MOD}

At work I want to export my file for development. Everything shows fine but the images. They just do not show. File is PNG and sometimes SVG. Has this happenend to someone? 

Hi! Some of you guys seem familiar with Figma.I have a prototype where all images are visible on desktop, but on all phones they’re gone (see pic). Deadline is early tomorrow. I have tried flattening (then I only see the shape of the mask). Then I tried exporting all of them as pngs to get rid of 1000 layers, and also reduce image size in Photoshop; neither of them seem to work. Read about cache in a forum, but haven’t tried as I’m scared to lose stuff now right before exam. Ideas?

I am working on several large projects in XD and have shared the link to the steakholder for feedback and comments. They dont have the ability to edit the xd file but they all want to be able to ad images for reference to the coment pins they ad to the document. Is there a way for them to do this already and I am just missing it, or is this a limitation of XD that needs to be addressed?  We started using XD to get away from using older software like PowerPoint, but at least there there is no limit on mp4s, and the users can add images at will. Adobe XD expired what to do? Adobe xd is showing like for minutes. What to do?

Hi everyone. I'm enrolled in a Coursera UX Design course and they gave a starter plan subscription to their students. However, I have created a project in XD and now want to share the link of complete flow, which consists of multiple pages. Moreover, I've generated a link before & found it somewhere that the problem I'm facing must be the reason that XD only allow only one link at a time. So please guide me on how I can remove any previous links to generate a new link for my current version. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you

I tried to install Adobe XD, but it is returning the error "required component VCRUNTIME140.dll" After "installing" Creative Cloud, I couldn't open Adobe Acrobat DC anymore, and it's returning error "required component MSVCP140.dll"What's happening with this program? how can I fix this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

I was trying to re-install adobe xd and suddenly the application can't be opened, there's a windows error sign "There is a problem with Adobe XD. Reinstall the app from its original install location or contact your administrator"i'm already try to re-installing the xd for several times, even re-installing the adobe creative cloud itself, but nothing changehow do i fix this?

So i made this Xd project as a part of a school project, wich was due in PDF file. So for convenience i used the " share " feature and copy pasted the link in my PDF (also tried to make it an hyperlink). The issue is : when in the PDF, the link is not working, and the preview site says that " i can't access this file" and i need the owner to invite me in it ... ironically enough, i'm logged in. Same thing when i try to open it in a private browser tab, it'll required me to signup in order to see it ... The catch is that when i click on the link while in Xd or when i share it to colleagues and copy paste it in my browser it opens ( and i don't need to be logged in ) ... So anyone knows what's going on ? and how can i fix it ?  

The Adobe Acrobat extension for Google Chrome enables users to convert web pages into PDF with formatting and link fuctionality intact. Can I leverage this in XD? It would be nice to be able to convert screens my Team's working web app in process as a starting point to then layer on some proposed design changes to those screens using XD.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
