Adobe XD

We are maintaining a large website and three designers all need to share XD files. We are all using the same CC version of XD and the same Adobe cloud font. BUT – the text box containing the font is changing position from one designer's screen to another. This is only detectable in buttons, where text needs to be vertically centred within the button. On one machine the text is perfectly centred, then open it on another machine and the text has moved two pixels lower and the text box itself has different vertical proportions? It looks like we're using different cuts of the same font, but this is impossible as they are all from Adobe cloud. So our working environment and set-up is the same, but the end result is different??The two screenshots attached show the same document opened on two different machines.Anyone know what this could be?

Greeting Adobe Discussions. I wanted to ask if there as a way to rectrieve missing fonts when you view your project on the phone app? I have been having some difficulty with getting my fonts activated on there which has lead to the result of me not fully seeing the full potential or what my work could look like on a phone. 

After the update (51.0.12) Adobe XD simply does not open. By this I mean that the initial window opens, but nothing happens after that. If I open the Windows Task Manager, XD doesn't even appear in the list of programs. I've even tried opening an XD file directly by just double-clicking on it from the file explorer, but I get the same result:I tried downgrading, but for some reason I have the same problem in version 50 as well.I need to be able to use this program for my job, so swift help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,What are people doing to work around the lack of grid in XD?  I understand it is in the requested features, but I need it yesterday. I did try the "Tables for XD", but without the ability to import data it's not a solution.  However, I understand the import of data is coming. I am currently building the datagrid completely manually and then editing each cell to update the data.  I was told today that there are going to be many data refreshes coming and need a better solution.Thank you. 

I have a library. I duplicated it and renamed it as it wanted to use it as a basis for a new library along the same lines but different (a light version of a dark theme style guide). I have been able to edit the main instance of the components in this new style guide and also see it along with the other libraries within a new file I have set up to use components from. All fine so far. However, when I copy a compontent from this new library file or apply it from the library in the new file it displays a version that is different in colour etc. It is not the component that is in the library file. I even tried to create a brand new compontent in the library file. I updated the library in my new file and tried to add it from the library assets in the sidebar. It wouldn't add the compontent and came up with the attachment about components and conflicts. I've checked the component and it doesn't seem to be linked to any other components. What is going on here?

Since updating to XD 2020, every time I alt-tab to XD from another application, the program doesn't respond and displays the pinwheel. After a few seconds it will "wake up." None of the other CC apps have this behavior.    Is there a remedy for this? I haven't tried uninstalling, but if I need to, is there a specific method of uninstalling/reinstalling?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I had to move my files to another account. Therefor all my linked asstes to XD libraries are broken and i have to fix it. Problem: It's impossible to fixa the links to the "new" library. See video attached. XD library is published. I can also find it in my Creative Cloud > My Libraries.I have uninstalled and reinstalled latest XD version. XD is running on osx big shure. What else can i do to solve this annoing problem?  

I need urgent help cancelling a 7-day trial of Adobe XD, after unsuccessfully attempting to use it in my work computer using the starter plan for free.Details:・I have a paid plan for Adobe, which does NOT include Adobe XD・I installed Adobe XD through Creative Cloud・I opened Adobe XD, and now Creative Cloud shows that I am on a 7-day trial which I did not will to start・https://account.adobe.com/plans includes no mention to my 7-day trial of XD, and I don't know how to cancel it・I definitely cannot delete or cancel the plan for my Adobe account, since I use Analytics on a daily basis at workPlease provide me with support, since I am not allowed to subscribe to new services with the money of my company. Hoping for a quick and accurate reply.

Hello everyone! I recently learned about the starter plan, which allows you to use Adobe XD with some restrictions in regards to file sharing.I have downloaded Adobe XD from the link provided by HARSHIKA_VERMA, as below:https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html However, after installing the program only allows me to register for a 7-day free trial, which is not what I am looking for.Is the starter still available? If so, how can I use Adobe XD with the starter plan?Thank you in advance!

Hey there,my creative cloud libraries don't initialize in XD. The shared libraries are shown in my Creative Cloud (online and desktop) but I don't see them in XD. All I see in XD is the error in the attached screenshot. I tried all steps described here, but with no success: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html#adobe-xdRe-installing didn't help, too. Another indication of the problem is that all documents fail to connect to Creative Cloud, as you can see here in the document title, see the attached screenshot. Few more info about my system environment:XD 51.0.12 (occured in 50.0.12, too)Windows 10 Pro, Version 21H1 Any suggestions that might help?Thanks :)!

Hello.  Im creating an app which involves asking 10 questions...the answers are either "Yes", "No" or "N/A". I have created the App so you click on the firest answer and then it brings you to the next question.... Question...How Do I collect the answers the user has chosen at the end of the questions.  So say for example.. Question 1 answer was Yes Question 2 answer was N/A and so on...  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks you.   <Title renamed by moderator> 

Estou com um problema que me impossibilita de usar o Adobe XD normalmente. O teclado não funciona de maneira alguma no Aplicativo, tentei de diversas formas resolver o problema, todas elas sem sucesso. Reinstalei o Adobe XD porém o problema persiste. Acredito que o problema seja alguma portabilidade do teclado em especifica para o meu sistema operacional. Fico apreensivo pois o Adobe XD é a minha principal ferramenta de trabalho, e pela qualidade do App estar superior as outras, não gostaria de migrar para outra ferramenta. Detalhes técnicos:Windows 10 Home Single Language x64 bitsVersão: 1909Compilação do SO: 18363.959Adobe XD: 31.1.12  

Hi, Starting from 23 Dec 2021, we are not able to update any of the Adobe XD prototypes created from the XD files created after this date. We may only create new prototypes without the possibility to update them. How to replicate the issue:Create a new XD file - place an artboard (it might be empty).Create a share linkVisit the given link on your web browser.Back to Adobe XD, add some changes to the existing artboard, and click 'Update link'. You will get a message under the link: 'Updated today at [date]'Back to webrowser and check updates: Not changes were applied, the date is from the moment when you created the sharable link.  Platform: Adobe XD 45.1.62.3 and Creative Cloud Sync 5.2.0.17 (Win 10). Summary: Prototype updates are working on older files than 23 Dec 2021 - For those, we can easily perform updates. New files are simply not supported. My Team can't provide changes to design and redistribute it to developers. We are waiting for help.&nbs

Hey, please help. I worked on the file in xd, and created 20 flows with responsive breakpoints (7 for each flow), so it's 140 screens total and saved it as an iCloud file and shared it with my co-worker and I made 20 links from that xd file with those 20 flows and I have access to them to view in a browser, but. I CAN'T find that initial file in the creative cloud, I am so upset about that...what can I do? maybe someone accidentally deleted that file (who had access to that file). If so, can I restore that file somehow? please help

It is a big drawback that adobe doesn’t allow searching of files in adobe XD. Is there a particular reason they’re still not doing it or what?   <Title renamed by moderator>

I had the Adobe XD Starter Plan on my old laptop. It always worked fine. Since installing Creative Cloud on my new laptop, every time I try to download the starter plan through this link: https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html It opens up Creative Cloud & a message pops up saying my account does not have access to XD, but I have XD on my old laptop with the same account! I'm not quite ready yet to start the monthly plan. Could someone please let me know how to get the Starter Plan? Do I need to do the trial first?  Thank you very much for your help in advance 🙂 

Hello! Adobe XD breaks down when shrinking the object. For example, I draw a shape and it takes on different states when shrinking it. I was able to shrink this object in Photoshop without breaking it, but I don't know how to do it in this program. Please help me.

For the last 2 days, I try to open XD, but it is throwing out an error to me, despite that I have a license for Adobe Enterprise. The screenshot is attached here for your reference.   I am sure some of you have already experienced this issue. Was the issue already fixed? Please let me know.
