Adobe XD

Hello, Since yesterday all the people that I invite in my design specs or prototype can't access it. They have the following error message when they click on the link after logged in in their adobe account with the same adress : Can someone help me to fix this bug ? I already tried several times to delete and publish a new link but it's still not working... Does the stakeholder need a premium adobe account to access it ? Thanks, Elsa

Hi, I have been trying to install Adobe XD 51.01.12.6 on my macOS Monterey 12.1 the last couple of days.  XD will install, but when I try to open I get an error that says "Adobe XD quit unexpectedly" and sends a crash report to Apple.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled, shut down/restarted my computer and also logged in and out of the creative cloud...repeatedly.  I have not found anyone else with this exact problem in the community or with a Google search.  Any ideas out there? Thanks! 

My icons need to be placed on a pixel grid. No fractionalized pixels. To do this, I need to create a mask around the shape before copying + pasting it from Illustrator into XD. The stroke on the mask in for visual reference only – there would be no stroke on the actual mask. Example below.I found when pasting a shape without any curves, the mask will not paste as a mask – actually, it doesn't paste at all. I tried pasting the 3 squares below, with masks. See below.The first square wasn't edited. The second square has a curve anchor that's aligned perfectly at 90 degrees, therefore creating no curve. The third square has a curve. Both square 2 and 3 are now "paths," instead of "rectangles," yet only square 3 pasted with its mask. This is how I know it has to do with having a visible curve, along with other tests I've done. Below is my pasting of the 3 squares in XD respectively. I have been trying to publish a shared cloud document with colors, text styles, and components as a library for about 2 days now. The spinning loader has not stopped, and I've tried closing the app, closing processes in creative cloud, and re-opening. So far, no luck. It shows up on new documents as a library option, but I'm not able to share edit functionality with colleagues since it's not done "publishing." Can anyone help?   

In recent months we have been having a problem with the links to our products. Recently we are producing updates on the same product which already has a link, at the time of the update and at the time of sharing the software requires us to create a new link. Which creates poor communication with our teams.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello,now that I have a personal and a company profile attached to my Adobe account (I previously only had a personal account), I have an issue related to library sharing.A colleague tries to invite my to collaborate to his library (savec in Adobe cloud), but the invitation notification is only sent to my personnal profile. My company profile doesn't get this invitation, and therefore I cannot work on this library.Can someone help me?Thanks

I have a sticky section on the bottom of a mobile design that i've checked the box "fix position when scrolling". This causes the section to be sticky which is great. Within this section there is a group that i've given a vertical scroll property to and adjusted the height to only show part of it so the user can scroll through 4+ line items vertically.When both of these are selected, only the fix position scrolling works.When just the vertical scroll group is selected it will work, or if I move it to a new artboard it works. Is this a bug, this feature should in theory work? Can someone from Adobe please respond, i'm on a time crunch thanks.

I just finished linking my web prototype menu bar on 9 different artboards to show to my client, but whenever I test out the prototype it does not want to work. I've even tried to generate a shared link to test it outside of the XD browser, but it keeps giving me an error message: "You're disconnected. Try checking your internet connection and try again." My internet seems to be working fine though. I thought it might be a VPN issue, so I disconnected from it but there isn't a difference.  So for example, I start on the homepage and click on a menu item to go to Page 2. Everything works until I want to go to Page 3, 4, 5, 6... and even back to the homepage. The page just blinks whenever a link is clicked and on some occasions the fonts get all messed up.  I've tried opening and closing the project and app. I've even uninstalled/reinstalled XD. Logged out/in of Creative Cloud. Not sure why it doesn't want to work or what the issue may be.

I have been facing this issue for a while now and cant seem to fix it. It shows up if I try to update the link and even if I try to create a new one. Would really appreciate any help. 

Hey guys,So my clients are requesting me to work with Figma. Why? That's simple, because the developers like it more.It seems that for developers, Figma is light years ahead. Not for me though, as a designer. For me, as a designer, simply put, Figma sucks. XD is a million times better, Figma feels stupid and absurd, they over complicate the simplest things, and you simply can't learnt hat tool without some tutorials, because everything is like a quest to find a secret, that's how bad the UX is. So PLEASE ADOBE, do something so that the developers will prefer XD, I really don't like working with Figma, and I'm really starting to miss XD.Cheers,Chris

J'ai récemment installé la dernière MAJ de XD seulement l'appli ne se lance plus, j'ai juste un carré blanc avec le logo, j'ignore si cela charge... J'ai réinstallé l'appli mais ça persiste ! Je sais pas quoi faire....  

Whene I use xd for longer period of time I am not able to change the values that require keyboard to change like width, height, renaming components and groups, changing border width, etc. The timing is not consistent and it varies.

Dear all,   I am currently working on a calender app for my school project. The screenshot below shows the schedule artboard. The user is taken to this screen when he presses the "calender" button on a previous screen. However, I cannot figure out if I can change the default "camera" position. I would like to have the user land on the schedule artboard and have the camera or view start at 7:00. I hope the question makes sense. I have a little trouble trying to explain exactly what I want to do.    

Came across a strange issue with Adobe Xd, after I upgraded to MacOS Catalina (developer beta). Xd won't let you record the prototype previews (video in the comment section) not sure whether this has to do with privacy settings etc. for those of you who plan to upgrade, not recommend to do at the moment...Xd version: 19.2.22.3MacOS: 10.15 Beta (19A471t)Video: https://streamable.com/kk0jw

Hi, I was using Adobe XD on my iPhone XR and it was working fine about an hour ago, when I went to use it again it booted but crashed within a few seconds, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and updated my phone to the latest software update but it still does the same exact thing. can anyone help, please. thanks in Advance    {Renamed By MOD}

Hi, The Adobe Xd application will not open. I don't even get an error message. I click on XD and nothing happens, I click on open in CC and nothing happens like the button doesn't even work. If I want to use XD i have to delete and reinstall it everytime, which is very annoying. And I can't download the older version because the file I was working on was started on the new version and won't work in the older version. 

Duplicate fonts displayed and Missing font alert displayed in library. While exporting in PDF output fonts are not displayed. Image attached for reference.    

Hi all. An editor that I work with published a XD file and I can't access it anymore. The doocument is in my Published tab, when I click on it, it open on the web app, but not in XD. There are some updates that we need to do and can't open it in XD. I can copy the link – but it does nothing and I don't knowwhere to paste it to. How can I move this published file into my Cloud documents so I can edit and work?

iPhone X with iOS 13.5.1Loading screen appears upon launching the app, then crashes within a few seconds.A few hours ago it was working perfectly fine, took a break and when I got back to work it just crashed. Tried rebooting the phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, no idea what else to do.Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi everyone,I'm working at an enterprise where the internet access is only given through proxy. Is there anyway to give internet access to adobe xd through proxy so that I can add plugins or share my prototypes with developers?
