Adobe XD

Hello everybody, I published an XD document last week so that colleagues could comment on it. Unfortunately, they can't open it anymore, and the following problem occurs. (in Anex)When they click Report Problem, they are prompted to log in. They are not using Adobe Program.What can I do, so they can still comment on my work.

now we can not use xd for free as personal use? is that so? while other tools are free for personal use. why adobe did this?? i cant get

Hi everyone, On the windows version of Adobe XD there seems to be a dropdown menu in the top left corner whenever I prototype it. When I click on it, it says voice and then a checkbox that's labeled show notifications. I have no idea what it does, but that isn't the issue. I don't want it to show up when I am using the prototype function in Adobe XD. Especially when it is completely absent in the Mac version of Adobe XD. Any help to change this would be greatly appreciated! (Refer to screenshot pointing to the downwards arrow)  Thanks!

Hi guys! I would like some help. I'm developing an academic project, in my project as soon as I open the site, a 9-second video is played, is it possible after the video is over, a text appears? As if it were the credits of a movie coming up the screen. Thank you for your attention.

Issue: Icon Exported as SVG is incomplete. Lines are missing.More info: The icon consists of vertical lines [height(36), width(0), border size(3)] and horizontal line[height(0), width(20), border size(3)]. These line is missing in the exported SVG. First Analysis - Root Cause/possibilities: As per the link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/import-export-issues.html#SVG-files-with-unsupported-properties,  under the section "Why can't I export files from XD?" it explains:One of the assets you may be exporting is under 1 x 1 pixels large, or an invalid object. For example, a path with only one point, or a text object with no text.Here, in this issue, the missing lines in exported SVG is having either width or height as zero pixels, and this could be the reason for export failure.As XD does not  allow to change the width/height of the line from 0 pixels, request XD team to address the issue. 

Hello, I have a problem that I had a month ago but got saved by a local copy. What happened, today March 23?I was working on section A in our web-app on its own Adobe XD window. But I was refering to few things from section B opened in a different window. But at one point, Adobe XD gets very slow, then the app freezes and MacBook restarts. When boot again, I open the file with Section B from the cloud and it showed an old version from February 9th.I try to open from history tab a version from last week, but earlies available is March 14 (which is the date I finished working on the project Section B, since I had it open for reference only), then different hours on March 3 and few other hours in March 1, then other versions in February 9, 8 and 7 when I did started the Section B.I open March 14 and and is the same old version from February ast today's version.  I try to open March 8 but I receive an Error 49: Section B window close.I sign out, closed Adobe XD and Adobe Clo

I was tried to open a file in adobe xd but  my mouse freezes and i can't see my artboards . This problem start after the loading process of adobe xd was over .Is there a way to fix this issue.

I'm trying to share a file, and I get the error "maximum number of invitations reached".I am on Enterprise account and there is no limitation for that feature. never experienced such problem before probably V.49 updateI signed out and signed in, reinstalled, restarted my computer. it wan't work. Please give advice ASAP. Thank you in advance!Adelina

Good morning,I am having an issue with the XD cloud documents not saving the order of the Artboards. I have a very specific order that I want my artboards to show in the layers window, and I take the time to put my artboards into a specific layer order so that I can move from one artboard to the next and if I need to go to specific artboards, I can just scroll to the one I need, press it, and be taken to that artboard. With the artboard order not being saved, this is much more difficult and time consuming. The image attached is of the current order of the artboards after opening the document this morning. When I closed the document at 5pm yesterday, I had placed the artboards in numerical, descending order from 1 through 38. Some of the order remains, but much of it is not in order. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.  

Whenever I tried to shrink the button from it's center it's not going like that, but shrink from bottom right corner no matter what i do.It's happened before  but resolve on it's own & I just reinstall xd aswell, Im thinking Im missing some points somewhere.

I went to download XD, but the message says 'not comptable' as my mac version is older (only 3 years old), i could use XD fine last month.  How do i download a compatble version, i pay a yearly subscription which covers using this app. Any advice appreciated - I don't to buy a new mac! Thanks Claire

The line spacing of the menu fonts in XD has problem on my Windows 10. All of the latest updates are installed. Any ideas?

I'm curious what workflows people are using to go from wireframes to more completely designed prototypes in XD. I want to take a fully functional wireframe to a real design as efficiently as possible. Does anyone start a design system at the wireframes stage? What's the best way to turn your wireframes (after the functionality has been tested) to fully designed pages? What tips are there for replacing wireframed elements/components with fully designed ones? I know you could design all this in XD, but what if you want to design wireframes in Photoshop or Illustrator first and bring it over. Can I use Creative Cloud libraries in this process? Or what if I want to make wireframes in XD, but do my full designs in Photoshop, then bring back to XD? Any workflows, tips, videos, or resources that address this? Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am trying to have 4 different videos playing inside of their dedicated masks (the videos are mp4) but the problem I encounter is that only one of them plays. Even if I copy the one that is already working it simply does not play.Any idea what it could be?Can only 1 artboard play one video at a time? Or am I missing something? Regards, Seb

Hi everyone, I am building a low-fidelity prototype in Adobe XD. Is there a way to make my prototype change from the desktop artboard to the mobile artboard depending on the viewer's screensize?A​lternately, do you generally create seperate prototypes for desktop size and mobile size?

Hi dear everyone,    Currently I having few issues:   1. Copy the vector from Ai, and paste to XD, the effect is not same as Ai. (The middle shape's stroke is missing)   2. Open same Ai file from XD, the shadow effect isn't right.   It happens the same if I add the vector into library and open from XD.    Anyone have the same issue?
