Adobe XD

Hey there, I have been working on a file that has the swipe/drag element. The swipe/drag auto animate works for only 4 slides on the pages and stops working on my last page that needs this function. Is there anyway to fix this as I'm stuck on how to fix it. No issues with the other pages, just this one. Any help would be appreciated!

Hei.Im using the web export plugin to export my Adobe XD project to html. Everything works fine, except the hyperlinks and the prototype animations such as "hover" .Any advice? RegardsPK

See video attached for clear idea of what is happening. Device: Macbook Air, 2020OS: MacOS MontereyXD version: 49.0.12 I am editing a document in XD for which I am not the owner. This document houses a lot of components for our visual design system. I went in to edit a text element within a group, within a group, and as soon as I centred the text, all of the elements within that larger group were relocated, resized, disorganized, and somewhat warped. I'm not sure why this happened, and it is not happening for the other versions of this component for different sized screens. The software is also behaving very slow and taking a long time to process. Not sure if this is related or not.

Hello, I was recently working on a project on my laptop. But when I open this project on my pc, the text doesn't fit anymore... The text got bigger somehow, while the font and text size is the same. So I used the same font and text size on two different devices, but they arent the same size... Is there anyone who knows how to solve this problem? Does it have something to do with the size of my monitor? And how could I fix this? Thanks in advance

Hi,  I'm designing the homepage for a website I'm designing. The design will be relatively complex with animations. However, how can I do this all on one artboard? For example, I'm including a card flip animation that requires two artboards. But then this will take the user away from the main homepage- unless I make several duplicates. Any advice would be really helpful thanks 🙂 

Hello guys,Kindly refer to the mobile mockup in the hero section, it appears grainy when exported. Viewing the document yesterday was fine. However, today I am getting a black screen.  Disabling the cache and reloading results in the same issue. This does not occur on Chrome. 

Why I can not change border size? There is no place where I can put a border size value. I have tried open multiples documents, new and oldones, and this issue perssists. 

In Adobe XD, when I select anything (component, interaction, etc.), and use the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut OR select Edit > Copy, SnagIt opens and the object is copied directly to SnagIt as an image. However it is NOT copied into the clipboard and useing CTRL+V does not paste.This is driving me nuts. Is this a setting somewhere, or how do I fix this? Thanks!

I  have many hours working on components  and suddenly the disappeared. I find no way of roll back to the work I have worked.. 

Opened the XD file using another adobe account in the same MacBook. All artboards duplicated one above the other.how to fix?

Having trouble while importing PDF or PNG/jpg file in XD. Thought images can import through file/import but can't PDF. Please help ASAP.Thankyou

Hi, I am unable to find one of the files in my cloud, it's not on my computer nor on the cloud. Do not know where it went. It is only showing up in my published links. Please help! How do I retrieve the XD file?

Hey !!I am trying to copy and paste from my PC to adobe xd but it does not work also I have tried uninstalling everything but it looks the same for the past 5 days please help me out  I think the problem is the xd itself because I am able to copy and paste in paint 3d, Figma, etc.  Thanks

Hi there. I'm trying to send my XD prototype out to the client for them to start testing. I have advised them once they open up the link in their browser they can save it to their home screen to avoid the browser options, however...we still can not see the full screen as the status bar seems to be fixed and in the prototype, I have a fixed taskbar located at the bottom. Because of the loss of real estate thanks to the status bar, this means we can only see the top half of the faux 'task bar'. Is there another workaround? The client intends to demonstrate this on their mobile but does not have Adobe CC.

I love Adobe XD! I had to get that out first. what would really be awesome is if XD took over the presentation market. I like PPT for certain things but boy would it be nice if full video embed mode were added as well as play, pause stop features for audio were added. when I say full video in bed mode I mean where I can in bed a video and when I present my design it doesn't pop over in YouTube or any other third-party application it plays directly within the presentation. Lottie files are awesome but you get five seconds worth of a loop and that's it in for presentation mode sometimes you need a little bit more. I know that it XD is built for prototyping  and wire framing and collaborative creative sessions however XD brings a whole new level to presentation mode for meetings; so that's just my take on what I'd love to see added to XD.

Hi,I've come across an issue with Adobe XD CC (I'm on Windows 10 if that makes a difference - 10.0.12.9 Starter).  My designer will put together views at laptop and mobile sizes for me, but includes images at their full resolution.  So, the laptop size may be 1366px horizontally, but the original image he's added may be over 2000px horizontally, or larger.  I know in XD I can simply change the dimensions of the image to export to the size I want - but is there an option to export an image at the size it was originally loaded into XD?I've tried Design, Web (2x), iOS, and Android exports as PNG files.  In all cases, the file comes out as whatever the width and height as entered into XD are, not the original size the image was when put into XD.Thanks for your time,-Tim

Hello,I think this has been covered before, but I can not seem to find an actual solution to the problem. We have been using XD for a while now to send demo's to clients that they can simply open in their phone browsers to view. Things have been working fine until today when all of a sudden one of our development phones simply will not open one particular demo url link. It has worked just fine for the past month with no issues, but today for some reason it just shows a spinning circle and will not load. Oddly enough it will open in "private mode" on the browser and it will open up just fine if we add it to the homescreen as a traditional PWA. It will also open on all other phones in our office, but just not on this one Iphone Xs for some reason. This phone will still open all of our other demo's with no problem, but not the one in question.The phone is running IOS 12.1.4, but so are the other phones where the URL will open correctly. Everytime I open this particular file; it attempts to load but it gets stuck here: No other file behaves like this. 

I have the exact same problem, I followed these steps and didn't help. How do I fi   I missed my entire work file from the Xd cloud. And I followed all these steps but I still did not get my file. 

Screen will cut to black, and then... the computer is off.  I've tested it and it's definitely XD that's causing it.  No other program, Adobe or otherwise. I've even uninstalled and re-installed XD.  That helped for a time, but the hard crashes still happen.  I'm currently downgrading my OS (backing up my HD as I type this).  Here's the specs of my machine:  macOS Big Sur Ver: 11.5.2MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)16 GB 1600 MHz DDR32.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB Anyone else getting this?
